Essay: Your Gut Feeling Is Way More Than Just A Feeling: The Science Of Intuition

Intuition and instincts are axiologic, not axiomatic and AI is not programmed with it. AI would be if the AI prophets really respected axiology. They say it but don’t do it.

That little voice in the back of your mind that says don’t trust themdon’t walk down that alley, don’t go to that party tonight, and think twice before investing stock, isn’t just a passing subconscious message. We thrive in a culture that believes rationality and prevailing scientifically proven logic rules over the knee-jerk reaction to pull out of the parking lot or investigate a partner’s alibi. There are just certain feelings humans obligatorily follow without concrete reasoning.

2011 study published in the journal Psychological Science revealed how the body is able to speak intuitively to the mind by dealing out a card game. Researchers designed a game based on no obvious strategy but forced participants to rely upon their hunches. Each participant was hooked up to a heart monitor and a finger sensor to measure sweat secretion. Most players figured out how to improve and eventually win the game, and researchers realized the winners were those who listened to their heart rate. It would speed up before they made a certain choice, but people mistook the subtle bodily changes for intuition.

“We often talk about intuition coming from the body — following our gut instincts and trusting our hearts,” the study’s coauthor Barnaby D. Dunn, of the Medical Research Council Cognition and Brain Sciences Unit in Cambridge, UK, said in a press release. “What happens in our bodies really does appear to influence what goes in our minds. We should be careful about following these gut instincts, however, as sometimes they help and sometimes they hinder our decision making.”

Instincts vs. Intuition

“Instincts” derives from the word “instinctus” or “impulse,” indicating it’s the body’s biological tendency to make one choice over another. It is the innate inclination toward a particular behavior that typically relies on a pattern of behavior in response to certain stimuli. The key to understanding our brains is by remembering humans are animals, which are born with a certain toolbox full of strategies and social impetuses to help us survive.

It is instinctually engraved in us to recognize when to run from a perceived danger, known as the “flight or fight” response secreted into our blood systems by adrenal glands. Babies are born knowing how to feed from their mothers, while mothers know when there is something amiss with their offspring. It is the proverbial sixth sense we have shadowed behind the five testable ones: see, taste, touch, smell, and hear.

On the flip side, the word intuition is based on the word “consideration,” formed by a collection of beliefs, experiences, and memories. The intuitive system is more hardwired into the human species than is commonly understood. It is the automatic, higher mind thought process that doesn’t require analysis or deep thinking. Science relies on heuristic techniques for problem-solving, learning, or discovery that engage in a practical approach to action that gut reactions can’t evidentially rival.

Unfortunately, gut feelings can also be silenced. When humans are forced or denied certain feelings during their prime stages of mental, physical, and above all emotional growth, guts can be faulty. A childhood hijacked by abusive or neglectful parents or guardians can create excessive self-doubt, irrational fear, or a clouded thought process, making it difficult to filter traumatic past experiences from actual gut intuition. Overwhelming stimuli can also make it difficult for a person to see the decision in front of them with clarity.

Women, on the other hand, may have a stronger ability to make a successful intuitive decision because of their exceptional skills in reading other humans. Female ancestors needed to evaluate a situation quickly in order to tune in to their infant and their environment for protection and survival. Their brains were trained with peak awareness because they were protecting a heart outside of their own bodies. Female brains, therefore, evolved to have a larger composition and ability to organize chunks of environmental information at a time, giving them an edge to read people.

So humans, trust your gut.

My mother wonders aloud, how I keep going, pay all the bills, live alone and somehow thrive. I am thriving because I stay home mostly, away from predatory men looking for transactional investment, stay celibate deducated to LOVE not lust, not fake romance, and take care of myself. I read math and physics not recipes.

Maybe friends who know me wonder too. I don’t know. They don’t say anything.

It’s pretty simple; passion. At every turn, out in public, in former jobs and relationships, in politics and on FB, on every TV show and magazine that comes in the mail and song I hear on the radio, it seeks to define and control me as a woman, I suppose for the purpose of money and sex. I never saw so much drivel and malarky, disingenuous ignorant propaganda as what passes for women’s values in print, in media, and in society. “Women’s Day” magazine could be used as the phone book in an outhouse.

Do I really mainly care about clothes, shoes, hair, makeup, women’s pharmaceuticals, reorganizing my closets, romantic books and movies, babies, cooking and the latest cleaning products? No.

I want to increase my education, my income, and my independence. I want to feel my body so keenly that I’m the best lover I can be. I want my 20-year-old son to never feel obligated to take care of me because I take care of myself and I want nothing more than to see him happy as a man.

I can’t wait to get my next book in the mail to read and use to improve my mind, and I only clean in 5-minute spurts so I don’t have to think about it. I’ve got more interesting things to think about than a clean floor.

I wake up every day to be happy and well, to create and define myself as a human birthright and I get a passionate kick out of it. My blank canvas to create on is my life and I’m giving no more away than I already have. I’d rather live than die a slow death, calling it life, while reacting to someone else’s vision of the world that I don’t feel or care about.

I am a nice person but I’m not dumb. I need reciprocation with a man or I stay alone. I’m not bored, I’m enjoying my own company and having fun.

Essay: Breath controls Feelings

via Alone/lonely

I was just inspired by Cristian Mihai’s most recent blog today about being alone. I shared the link above. Please read it if you have not. I actually just blogged on “I’m Alone Now” just a week or so ago too because my nineteen-year-old son just left the house.

I told Cristian that I related exactly to about eighty-percent of how he feels and I’m guessing many writers on here are introverts and love to be alone. But for me, it’s very positive. I never feel lonely. In fact, I wish I had longer streams of time, undisturbed alone to read, think and write. I’m still very busy in my home and have a small holistic business here so people are in and out. That may be part of it, I’m not sure.

I paused when Cristian wrote, “You can’t change how you feel”. Long pause. “Hmmm.” “No, he’s right.” I thought. “Feelings are organic. They just come up.” We all know that and it’s part of what makes us writers. But I have a physical process I go through that I want to share that turns my tears, worry, anxiety, sadness, the concern that comes up organically into feeling better.

I observe my breath. In and out. It is MY breath in MY body. I have complete control over how my breathing feels and how I allow my breath to reach my organs. I envision my blood pulsing through me. It feels very warm and loving. I relax my feet and make sure they are planted on the ground. I relax my legs. As a writer, I find immense joy and gratitude in feeling my brain and eyes process like a computer, my thoughts and then how my hands-on type. Then I stop and observe my breathing again. I am alive. I knew once and can remember what it felt like when I was almost dead in 1996 the day before my birthday when I had an ectopic pregnancy. I have this day, this time to keep learning and processing my journey in my body that no one else can control. I have control over this process and this moment.

So, I guess my technique is grounding. Think of a two-pronged plug that you put into a grounded wall socket. The two prongs are your legs and the electrical outlet is the ground; the Earth. When you inhabit and are mindful of your physical process, the chaotic, mean, death-riddled, unloving world can swirl around you unhindered. You have no control over any of them or their events. But you do have total, unequivocal control over tuning into YOUR BODY, plugging it in and turning it on and observing how each part of your body feels, not just the thoughts and emotions you tend to be running that day based on events, either theirs or yours.

I love my body so much for having its own balanced process that literally guides me and grounds me each day. Of course, I honor my heart, which has its organic emotional flow, but it…is…fickle. The heart is fickle!! At least mine is. Of course, I honor my thought processes. The brain/mind is amazing in its ability to digest and process information but the eyes only see what is visible, right in front of it in the light and believe only what it sees. The eyes only see ILLUSION and then your mind tells you it’s real. It’s a pretty good magic trick. The heart only feels immediate feelings and tell you they are real.

The body doesn’t lie. Your breath doesn’t lie. Just as sure as the trees know exactly how deep to push their roots, reach up with their branches, leaf out, drop their leaves and blow in a storm, so your body also has billions of years of DNA in evolution and it knows exactly…what to do. The same is true for all of nature from season to season. Nature is the truth and life itself.

Our health care system, our society, our media, and our civilization would take that grounding, the Earth life force, Gaia in all of her eternal ways and consciousness and tell her who she is and when to do it, as though she were a little girl. They would control that vital physical knowledge for themselves, hijack it from you and tell the daughters and sons of the Earth that they know your body better. They don’t. It’s your body, your truth, your power and your reason for being on the planet. Let the wisdom and rhythm of your body guide your heart and mind and you will be in a safe harbor while you live no matter what your heart and mind “see”.

Our bodies are ancient and universal and intimately tied to everything on the planet. We are gods and goddesses in all different forms dancing our way through time and eternity just for the sheer experience of it. Our in-breath and out-breath prove it.

Essay: Intuition Supports Reasoning

Intuition guides heartset.

Emotion does not guide heartset.

Intuition is the higher rational mind and emotion is like the wind. You are the airplane flying on Earth and you have to know direction and speed of wind. The air holds you up in fact!

That is the emotion and you have to factor it into your flight plan or it’s not safe. You can’t pretend the wind changing direction doesn’t exist or you’re insane.

Such is our world and women are blamed for which way the wind blows because we understand it.

Essay; Sexual Shaming of Men

man-in-doubt

I’ve been thinking about this issue for about a year now but it coalesced last night when I read a quite long, but well-thought-out blog post on this site that made light of how many women absorb shame from men when we have sex with them.

Before that, we’re fine, happy with ourselves, like being a woman, and like our bodies. I think women are getting better at accepting our bodies as they are and the media is helping with that. I know I am.

There are more women of all different sizes on T.V. and in all media. The SIZE SHAMING, no matter what size, has decreased. More women understand that it’s more important for us to love ourselves than to please a man.

But, reading her blog, I immediately related to the experience of being mystified as to why a man I was with would turn pornographic in his tone, talked about how hot I was, did the sweetie, beautiful “speak” and then wanted to get sexually nasty as opposed to sensuous and intimate. My assumption is it’s the testosterone and most women consider it normal.

The last lover I had said, “Why do you have to be so seductive?” “Me? Seductive?” I’m a chipmunk! What was he talking about? I don’t think he was seeing who I was; he was seeing who he wanted and needed to see. He was projecting.

Women are individuals not porn stars and it’s objectifying to treat us like we’re part of your MENTAL fantasy, not a person in front of you. But again, I’m not sure men can help it because of the shame they’re socialized with.

Their minds are all cluttered up with objectifying materialism which makes them feel better. Their feelings are stimulated by things; women’s bodies, food, cars, houses, boats, and on and on. I’m not sure women understand this.

How much does that happen? Probably all the time. It’s men’s fantasy need of having a car or motorcycle that reminds them of a childhood toy that they loved. Then they imagined they were a superhero on that vehicle and some adult males still do it. They get a life-sized one and keep the fantasy going.

It’s objectification that transfers over to sex with a woman. I suppose this underlies the barely clad woman advertising a car that is so nauseating to us.

It’s something to keep in mind that men probably watch a tremendous amount of porn because they can’t express their sexual feelings as much as they need to or the way they want to in our civilization that shames it.

Most men are not relational, not romantic and don’t want to be yet many women need that to be turned on! If he acquiesced, he would be too much like a woman and he’s not a woman, he’s a man, which means he’s a part wild animal, part human. Not all men are of course but most of them are. It’s scary for some women like me when they turn wild animal. I guess other women like it.

I think that men project a lot onto women, as though it’s our issue, about how turned on they are by feeling ashamed, nasty, or mean. OR…is shame projected on to them from all sides FOR BEING male as though they are expected to be like that even if they are not?

The writer I read didn’t say that in her blog or maybe she doesn’t understand it. I think men get turned on by feeling repulsed. They’re attracted to women and things that are not nice and that are uncivilized and wild.

It’s all that testosterone blasting through their brains that blows everything up. It’s the opposite of most women. I know some women are attracted to pain and ugliness, like a sadistic thing but it’s not terribly common. Still, I’m not judging it. Nevertheless, I am not that way.

It appears to me that everything in our civilization exists as it is to control men’s sexual nature and make things peaceable for women and children. Before, most of the time it was working. NOW, society seems to be tearing itself apart because men’s sexual nature is finally coming to the surface.

There is more awareness of abuse of women and children, guns are everywhere which men love (you don’t see women using them in public much), we see incest, pedophilia, and sex trafficking at the highest levels of institutions, all the lies, and control about it are coming forward, the institutions don’t know exactly how to lie about it anymore.

Men are victims of the system too otherwise they wouldn’t be victimizing those more vulnerable than them. It’s a trickle-down from the women and men in power who hold the system in place.

Civilization uses guilt, shame, control, incarceration, blaming women, sports, and the media all to LIE about men’s sexual nature. I guess we’re still working on a balance to our civilization as though it’s progressed from being in the wild.

Sometimes I think it’s worse because it represses the true feelings and then they explode to the surface.

Essay:The Erroneous Line Drawn Between Science and Spirituality

Remember this Philosophy Tree I posted a few posts ago? I love this thing. So let’s go back to the axiom at the top upon which all institutions of higher learning, all over the world, base their system of learning and degree-granting powers; Philosophy.

The major branches of philosophy

All subjects are philosophical. One of the great tenets of philosophy, established by the Greeks, is debate and discussion. It’s pretty anti-social to say, “I’m right, it’s been proven, no more discussion. Go sit down and be quiet.”

As objective as a physical scientist attempts to be with their scientific method, coming under the heading “Philosophy of Science”, they are subjective humans and can never be fully free from bias.

It’s proven by their emotional outburst of anger if someone wants to have a discussion with them after they make absolute statements and need everyone to agree with them because the philosophy of science is “the truth”.

“Playing well with others” learned in kindergarten is a good character attribute to have. I’m not saying I’m an expert at it being a high IQ woman, but I always start out being civil and it devolves from there adter I’m dogpiled by bottom feeders.

Gender bias is rampant in any STEM (Science, technology, engineering, and math) discussion where a woman needs to have a say.

It’s amazingly irrational, sort of proving my point above. I think it’s a good idea to qualify your work and be tolerant of dissent or a different perspective, otherwise, no matter how right you are, you lack integrity because you don’t care how you emotionally affect others.

So, look at that empty white space under “Philosophy of Religion” which comes from Ontology and Metaphysics”? Go over to the left and the Philosophy of Science branch is loaded. That is interesting, isn’t it?

Hardcore Newtonian Materialists would say, “That’s because we have hard evidence.” Yes, in your pants, which we women are happy for! But not when we have to earn money in the public workplace and you STILL have hard evidence.

I would say it’s because we live in a patriarchal society controlled by money and power in the hands of men in academic institutions who routinely denigrate the scientific method of females in psychology and religion which is spirituality. They are sciences too!

Now, look at “Philosophy of Mind”. It sort of waves the right hand over to “Philosophy of Psychology” saying, “Well, there’s this!” with a glass of wine in the left hand having a party with “Philosophy of Religion”. That’s sort of where we find ourselves in the year 2017.

We don’t have any boxes under Philosophy of Mind and Philosophy of Religion because we don’t have any money to do the experiments. There has been plenty of documentation and proof verifying that the study of Mind,

Religion (Theology), Psychology and Parapsychology are worthwhile endeavors, but you can’t see the material manifestation of feelings, thoughts, dreams, and intuitions as easily as you can see a ball rolling down a hill for a physics experiment.

Well, at the very least, our field is much more complicated. What can possibly be more complicated than studying how Mind manifests as feelings and physical being?

What is really changing now is proof from the quantum physicists that thoughts, feelings, and intuitions DO manifest in the body, literally, and cause illness or wellness, depending on how you align them. Everyone intuitively knows this. We don’t feel we need a double-blind study particularly, just some common sense.

Essay: Is Reductionist, Axiomatic Science A Masculine Disorder?

fb_img_1490447974802.jpg

“Science is based on the professional creation and certification of knowledge which is tied to powerful interest groups, notably the state, corporations and the scientific profession itself. Patriarchy is based on male control of dominant social structures and the exclusion of women from positions of power through means such as direct discrimination, socialization and the gender division of labor.

Patriarchy within the scientific community is manifested through male control of elite positions and various exclusionary devices. The scientific method incorporates masculine features such as the objectification of nature. Scientific knowledge is masculine in its neglect of women’s experience and its adoption of paradigms built on assumptions of competition and hierarchy.”-Jill Bowling and Brian Martin, Ph.D.

I posted this in 2018. Today is July 1, 2026 and I think the A.I. prophets have made the situation worse. And now women are denigrated with exowombs, as though a child’s soul can grow just fine being disconnected from its mother. It’s the height of misogyny and evil and would end the human species. Thanks AI. You truly need to be aligned with True Time before it’s too late.

Here is another article from an expert! It’s longer but VERY interesting.

Science: a masculine disorder

I woke up this morning, after being hijacked by “a friend” on a thread yesterday and then territorially denigrated in the patriarchal tradition, pondering the question; “Is the scientific method itself horse-and-buggy, materialist, patriarchal B.S.? Is this possible? Before today, I pretty much supported it, although its methodology seemed very simplistic to me and not at all holistic. Was I the only one wondering if this might be true?

I wonder this because as a fifty-four-year-old female who is trained in science as far as needed in licensed health care, my intuition is as consistent and rational as anything I see or feel in this material world. I also listen to it. This phenomenon is mostly ignored, cynically scoffed at, and at best, not understood by most people including my ex-friend who has patently disrespected my intuitive read of the Mayan Harmonic for months now. He just now told me how much better he is than me which kind of says it all. It means he’s not.

My patients have confirmed my hands-on intuition with their bodies for fifteen years so it’s like breathing to me now. I put my hands on someone and I can feel everything that’s going on. Then they confirm it verbally after I tell them what I sense. Then I treat on the manifested body and they feel it again. I don’t feel it physically initially; I sense the energetic cause of the physical manifestation which is the cause of all illness; thoughts and feelings or vibrations then I assess and treat tactilely.

My ex-friend, who fancies himself a scientist, knows nothing to very little about the body and doesn’t even work in the sciences. I’ve made my living in healthcare for seventeen years. There are lessons to be learned by all. For instance, in the last week I’ve learned two lessons:

  1. It is unwise to only see the good in people when their shadow is blasting you in the face. They operate from cynicism and usage; not love, and you can feel it.
  2. Many men do not have intuition on their radar and if they do, they subjugate it for the purposes of patriarchal power (money and control) or addiction. They view intuition as feminized or sub-cultural which would weaken their position in society. Other cultures can follow their intuition but patriarchal men from all cultures do not. They only use and objectify women sexually and poor people economically, no matter how nice they may seem and politically correct with their rhetoric. It’s fake. It takes an experienced and trained eye and ear to see it. The first tip-off is, they never ask you how you are, and if they do, it’s not genuine. You can feel it.

“Long-term structural change in science must be predicated on changing the relations between men and women.”

This applies across cultures, all over the world. The real issue of disparity on the planet is between women and men all over the world and the rest of the issues follow. Women are still treated in a barbaric manner, especially the child bride phenomenon.

“Complementing this approach is that taken by those specifically focusing on the reasons why there are not more women involved in the sciences. Several writers have examined science education, particularly looking at the reasons why girls leave science in their school years. Following the observations that boys get more teacher attention and girls have less confidence in their ability, in Australia, there have been some experiments with all-girls science and mathematics classes.

There has also been an analysis of the way in which science is constructed to reflect male values and suggestions about how to create a different sort of science. Arditti, for instance, argues for a feminist perspective which “would re-introduce and re-legitimize the intuitive approach”.

Essay: “I’m Sorry”

I'm Sorry
What most people mean when they say I’m sorry is, “I’m sorry you caught me doing something I should not have and it hurt you.” They’re sorry they got caught. If you don’t get caught or no one is bothered by your action, you’re not hurting anyone, right?

My first husband used to say, “Just don’t do it again.” Of course, a person is going to do it again. I did. In my case, when I’m mad I tend to say something hurtful. People always do what they feel they need to do, want to do or feel compelled to do no matter what anyone else says.

When a friend or someone I’m close to is saying they’re sorry, I believe them in that I do believe they don’t want to hurt me. But that doesn’t mean they’ll adjust their behavior “for me” nor should I expect it. Most people won’t.

Our first loyalty is to ourselves emotionally and I guess that’s as it should be. Whether or not the person close to them can detach from the things that repeatedly hurt them or not is the question. After all, it’s not that we intentionally hurt others, it’s that others let themselves feel hurt by us. They don’t have to. They can stay detached from certain behaviors and not let themselves be hurt by it. How we feel is in OUR hands, not others. If someone tries to tell you otherwise just ignore them.

Check how you feel in your heart when someone close to you hurts your feelings. That is using your intuition. If you just have a new insight into their personality and don’t judge them or diss them, then you love them.

Your intuition just helped you pivot away from letting their personal issue hurt you and you stayed in your own space. Good for you. Self-love is intact and loving them is intact. But you also have a new heads up to their weak point and can detach next time.

When they apologized did you receive their apology and forgive or let it go? Or did it scare you and now you hold a grudge? If you went into fear and resentment that is not loving.

You are using your intuition in that situation too. Unless you move the feeling to your intuition you won’t be able to assess the relationship accurately. That’s why it’s important for both men and women to be in touch with how they feel in their body.

There are levels of apology that correlate with Platonic Love relationships. The Platonic Love blog is a few posts back. I feel humans are called to love at all times; Agape, Philia, etc. So even in professional-client relationships, it’s important to apologize and forgive. Love at all times will change the world.

Essay: There are Twelve Senses, Not Five

synchronicity cover2

We live on a multidimensional planet. The first five DIMENSIONS are;

  1. Life
  2. Sense
  3. Mind
  4. Time
  5. Galactic force

Each one of those dimensions is inclusive of the one before it.

~Being fully aware of the physical 5 senses awakens your life.

~Being fully aware of the levels of mind or psychic senses awakens the 5 physical senses and your life and your mind. At this point you don’t know you have 12 senses unless you’ve opened chakra 8 above the crown then it would be 13.

~Once all 13 are humming you are fully aware of the movement of time in true time which moves you from subconscious programming (family and society) to conscious choice. Many lightworkers, writers, muses and musicians are humming with the 13 senses.

Society makes fun of us because we don’t have alot of money but we have a high quality of time. I think if we all charged $50.00 for our book of brilliant writing instead of $5.00 we could shoot to the top.

Life perception is 1D. Most people live here. All they see is their own life on this planet and that’s all they believe is real because that’s all their mindset will tell them is real. Within 1D are the five physical life senses whether people use them or not. For the most part, civilization cuts humans off from their natural five senses functioning at their highest level. Thus we find ourselves in the place we’re in now; aware of mostly 1D and oblivious to our effect on the earth and others. About 50% of people are here.

The five natural life senses are;

  1. Sight
  2. Hearing
  3. Smell
  4. Touch
  5. Taste

Those senses or at least one of those senses delivers something that is a reality to most people such as money, car sounds, gasoline smell, their steering wheel, and their McDouble cheeseburger. The natural sense that incorporates all 5 senses is sex which is why 1 and 2D people are easily addicted to the sex act and not interested in relating to a human being spiritually or philosophically.

2D is the sense dimension and some people highly incorporate their natural senses into their analysis of what’s happening. They are very aware of their body and want their body to deliver as much real information to them via the natural senses as possible. These folks tend to be earthy, active, holistic, andenvironmentalist and they care about the quality of information of things entering their body and how much money they make, meaning, their quality of day to day life and how they use their time is not as important as their income or the stuff they have. They are still only in 2D. My intuition tells me about 40% of the planet is here.

3D is the Mind. That includes being mindful and grateful for your own life sense (1D) and your 2D (all of your senses and your body). That puts you in the mindful, 3D camp and what happens is your brain starts humming. You start to THINK about your own life in a self-reflective manner and everything you sense. I would guess that’s only about 10% of the planet that actually thinks about things and has a high intellect worth reading or listening to if they communicate about it. The challenge here is that same 10% is your audience. No one else can relate.

In 3D there are 7 Mind Senses to add to the 5 Life Senses bringing the total to twelve. They are:

  1. 1st chakra or Etheric body
  2. 2nd chakra or Emotional body
  3. 3rd chakra or Mental body
  4. 4th chakra or Astral body
  5. 5th chakra or Etheric template
  6. 6th chakra or Celestial body
  7. 7th chakra or Ketheric template causal body

Once you incorporate awareness and experience of all of your Mind senses or psychic (means mind) senses, you will be using your whole brain. This is when you are ready to exert a Mindset that will change the subconscious habit and not before. Otherwise, what you’re teaching or focusing on will not be high-level intelligence and you’ll be at a faulty setting. Once your whole brain is humming you’ll be in 4D and realize that your Mind is the source of Time travel. When you move your whole Mind or FOCUS, your body and attitude changes and you are moving in Time or time traveling. First, you move your Mind, then your body moves. Kindness and Love are attractive to you as well as the natural sense experiences. These are spiritual virtues, not religious ones. The higher heart awareness happens in 4D.

4D is the odd one. These are the people who live with a physical awareness that we exist in time, not space. Quantum physics has proven that every cell of our body is 99% empty space but I believe that further research will show that it’s time. We are made of spinning Time, not space. We are about 0.2% of people on the planet who are aware of it as we move about in the body. Reiki, tai chi, tai chi chuan, chi kung, and many other meditative techniques put you directly in touch with the flow of qi in your body. Then you can regulate it yourself. Telepathy becomes normal. Meaning, when someone you know, love, or have met keeps entering your mind like a telephone call, you’re picking up their soul signal and likely they are thinking about you as well. Maybe they need to see you or talk to you for some reason. Humans are naturally very telepathic. It’s part of the higher brain. Don’t question this when it happens. It’s normal.

Time has been proven to exist at these Earth dimensions. Someone said to me the other day, “Time isn’t real.” Well, I want to qualify that and say Time is all there is at Earth level.

“All we really have is time and the only thing we can take with us when we leave is the experience.”

Time projects a hologram from infinity and it appears to be space (the visible world) but it is not real. When you get up to the very high dimensions time ceases to exist and we have a new state called Timelessness or Eternity. It’s all good.

Essay: Moving from Subconscious to Conscious Mind

brain

Please read this short article. I wrote this post in 2017. Today is 6/26/26.

From the Old Brain to The New Brain

Some of the scientists who study the brain (neuroscientists, behavioral psychologists, etc.) believe the vagus nerve or spindle neurons that connect the prefrontal cortex (new brain) to the insula (old brain) may be the communication superhighway that links the conscious (new brain) to the subconscious (old brain). The subconscious brain may be using this very superhighway to communicate intuition, gut feelings and insight (aha moments) to the conscious brain.”-Thomas C. Corley

The latest neuroscience is investigating and talking about the “new brain” or the “conscious brain”. Humanity has been sitting in and using the subconscious mind for most of our existence (1 million years). The subconscious mind comes from parents, family, town, local provincial environment. It has totally helped us survive in a tribal world that expects certain behaviors. All of our institutions have grown up around it. It’s a sponge, defines our local reality, and is subjective. There is nothing objective or conscious about the subconscious mind! It pretty much defines brainwashing and most people’s reality on earth!

But in the case of the evolving brain, that’s a good thing. You have to understand and be able to get on with the locals to survive. Consciousness doesn’t happen overnight.

But, as we can see by how pluralistic and expressive all people the world over are becoming and boundaries morphing, we see symptoms of humanity moving into the new brain or the conscious mind. It is just now occurring. Technology linking everyone is sort of the “leg up” here. We are starting to have unity of mind. That will morph too as our reality moves into the conscious mind and we express ourselves as individuals who are inter-dependent.

Technology linking everyone is sort of the “leg up” here. We are starting to have unity of mind. That will morph too as our reality moves into the conscious mind and we express ourselves as individuals who are inter-dependent.

Many that have been working in the holistic, spirituality, or paradigm shift movement have predicted this change since the 1970s, and have been experiencing events that are indicative of moving INTUITION in particular from the subconscious mind to living and manifesting in the conscious mind. The hippies started it. Most of my adult life (35 years from ages 20-54) has been defined by using my intuition IN my conscious mind and pushing my subconscious mind to the background. That is not usual but that’s what I did. The proof is in my new book “Healer”. There is no way I would have been able to overstep subconsciously created, reality-based events that were foisted on me if I was not residing in my conscious mind. The Universe had my back and I was cared for.

While it may be true that all thoughts originate in the provincial subconscious mind, those of us that have not accepted our upbringing as the totality of reality, didn’t like or agree with our upbringing, or felt our upbringing fell far short of real love, want to move quickly into our conscious brain, or “new brain” because we’re happier and feel more in charge of setting our destiny.

Molecules of Emotion: Health-The Network of Mind IN the Cells

steven-holl-shadow-art
Steven Holl-Shadow Art

Today is June 8, 2026. This post is from 2017. Candace Pert wrote a great book.

Chapter 9 of “The Molecules of Emotion” gets juicy.

Dr. Pert says, on page 185

The three classically separated areas of neuroscience, endocrinology, and immunology with their various organs-the brain; the glands; and the spleen, bone marrow, and lymph nodes are actually joined to each other in a multidirectional network of communication linked by information carriers known as neuropeptides.

“…it might make more sense to emphasize the perspective of psychology rather than of neuroscience, for the term psycho clearly conveys the study of mind, which encompasses but also goes beyond the study of the brain. I like to speculate that what the mind is, is the flow of information as it moves among the cells, organs, and systems of the body…the mind as we experience it is immaterial, yet it has physical substrate, which is both the body and the brain.”

Molecules of Emotion cover

The mind, then, is that which holds the network together, often acting below our consciousness, linking and coordinating the major systems and their organs and cells in an intelligently orchestrated symphony of life. This view of the organism as an information network departs radically from the old Newtonian, mechanistic view where we saw the body in terms of energy and matter. But there is intelligence running things. Intelligence in the form of information running all the systems and creating behavior.”
Creating behavior? Now there is where I part ways with her. My son, who is studying psychology believes our behavior is determined by chemicals in the brain. That makes him, and those who agree with him, materialists. Many people believe our behavior is pre-determined or determined, that there is no real choice or free-will. Frankly, this seems to be the central debate as we are squarely in the high-tech age, moving from Newtonian materialism to Einstein quantum states where something we see only exists because we see it collectively. It doesn’t exist in and of itself, by itself.

What do your intuition and experience tell you here? How has your life unfolded? My life has taught me that I create my reality and my body condition by the habitual feeling, beliefs, and thoughts that I run. So I check myself every day. It’s called mindfulness. While I am part of an agreed-upon collective mind field as I look out my office window at the snow-covered roofs, my individual perception, interpretation, feeling, and thought processes are chosen by me. Am I kidding myself? Am I just a puppet on a string? Or are we truly at choice?

It makes no sense to believe we’re puppets. Otherwise, our lives would all be the same and unfold in a gentrified fashion and have no meaning or differentiation. There is an observation! Many people’s live ARE gentrified because they are not acting on their power to choose; free will. It is possible to abrogate your rights in the universe and then your mind goes into default mode, programmed by your family, Facebook, and CNN and you are part of the herd mentality. There are a thousand ways to free yourself from that and uplift your mind. Follow your intuition.

While it’s true that in my personal life, death/change has been a constant around me, it’s not something I chose to happen; I’ve witnessed it happening to others first hand. The universe allowed it to occur around me for a reason or maybe I did. However, my individual choices are indeed the reason I find myself in my current situation. It’s all good.

My mind is run by my intuition 24/7 and always has been, for as long as I can remember. Personally, I feel like I live in a kaleidoscope. When others see static sameness, I see and feel minute details of an ever-changing landscape of colors, vibes, temperatures, shapes, dimensions, and souls coming and going. Even sitting still, I feel in my body that life around me on earth is a dance of changes in light and shadow and I interpret them as quickly as I can and respond.

Essay; The Way It Works is…

man and woman

It is 2026. Here is my essay again.😏 I wrote this in 2019, 7 years ago.

My intuition has taught me…

Talking is easy for women and sex is not. Sex is not superficial for us.

Sex is easy for men and talking is not. Talking is not superficial for men.

Women need sex to grow. Men need talking to grow. Make sure you each have what you need the way you need it. Men love a woman they know they can talk to honestly. Women love a man they know cares about their body and physical health and happiness.

If a man wants to talk to you or keeps calling you to talk he’s probably in love with you, especially if you haven’t had sex yet. Remember, sex doesn’t mean anything to men. They don’t bond through sex the way women do unless they have a mental and heart connection to you.

If a woman wants to have sex with you but not talk all the time she’s probably in love with you or at least loves you. Remember, women talk all the time. It’s superficial to us. Talking doesn’t mean anything to us. The body does; sex does. We bond through sex whether anyone realizes it or not.

A man who doesn’t want to have sex with you but wants to talk doesn’t want you to bond to him. He just wants to feel fake bonded to you like a fantasy. That’s actually epidemic right now. It’s offloading to use women to talk and then not have sex with them. He’s probably getting superficial sex elsewhere or is gay.

Men don’t deserve to be beaten up for being superficial about sex any more than women should be punished for being superficial about talking. Sex is a male conversation which they can be superficial about or deep. The same is true for women, talking, and connecting. But both sides need to have their needs met. If you use each other there will be karma.

Essay: Privacy or Secrets?

Fall

The desire for privacy is vastly different than wanting to keep secrets. Intelligent people can feel whether you’re authentic or not. If you keep secrets, it’s a lie and manipulative. Spinning an image is politics and greed.

Privacy is for mystics and artists who need silence to hear their muses and manifest truth that comes out of their feelings and body. Privacy is needed to channel the intuition and bring forth Love.

OPPENHEIMER-The day the first atomic bomb was dropped

I just finished watching this movie. It’s pretty disturbing and basically brought my research on the book below to life. That was no fun and it’s three hours long. The question in my mind remains, why did Szilard write the misleading letter and get the ball rolling?

Dr. Smith worked on the Manhattan Project with James Van Allen. He wrote a paper, which is the title of this book, espousing scientists to use INTUITION while doing the scientific method.

Szilard wrote the letter, Einstein signed it and sent it to Roosevelt, and Truman hired a team of scientists to build the atomic bomb all under false pretense. The letter is in my book. Oppenheimer led the building of it at Los Alamos and then WWII started. To end WWII, Truman dropped two bombs on Japan.

They were all responsible in a snowball or rolling synchronicity effect. Scientists don’t have the luxury of being naive about State or Church using them for destructive purposes. Scientists need to become more intuitive and get their head out of the sand for safety.

The atomic age is karmic referring to Tiamat, now the asteroid belt right next to Mars that no one talks about. The dropping of the bomb was obviously in shadow and a reverberation on the AC strand of our DNA, past to present, to remind us of the mistake that was made and the contract we have with forces monitoring earth to not use nuclear weapons again. It’s forbidden. Here is a perfect example of shadow.

I activate in order to destroy. Destroying mind, I seal the output of psychopathic blindness with the electric tone of disservice. I am guided by the power of self-destruction.

Kin 55-Blue 3 Electric Eagle in shadow
There was a lightning storm the day they tested the bomb as a foreshadowing. Blue 3 electric Storm was the guide power which is an archetype for lightning so that was exact synchronicity.
Oppenheimer was Yellow 12 Seed, which is a pulse of the analog Yellow 3 Seed.

The karma of Tiamat is the antipode of 8/6/1945, Red 3 Electric Serpent. The Hidden Wisdom is White 11 Spectral Worldbridger, exactly what happened to Tiamat. Tone 11 dissolves, and the Tiamatians destroyed a planet and blew off about a third of Mars, and forced humanity to earth as refugees.

The 5GForce is the beginning of my inverse harmonic, my lessons in this life, Red 11 Spectral Serpent so the karma and feelings of the atomic bomb and all the events and people around it resonate with me. I even found a paper that pulsed on it and turned it into the book you see at the top to help educate people about how things could go differently with science if we used our intuition. I wrote another book on intuition as well.

Truman is responsible for dropping the bomb, but they all shared in the karma.

I bought the copyright to this paper and added preface, glossary, and history to it. It is available for sale on Amazon by just searching on Lisa K. Townsend.

I Have Been an INFJ Lightworker my Whole Life, but Professionally since 2000

The only piece in this I haven’t experienced is mental Illness. I did have intense grief though after Dave, and then Michael died three months after that. It occurred December 2015 and April 2016. The remarkable synchronistic details are in my book Healer.

I repressed most of it to keep working, and my BP shot up. So I pushed it into my body, and now, years later, I’m letting it go and healing it. Repressed grief or shock definitely has repercussions.

In this video, I am all of these pieces and have been called “weird” quite a bit. People either love us or hate us, but very few understand us. It’s fine. I accept humans as they are and expect or ask very little if anything from them. With people glued to MSM TV with gaping mouths believing everything they see on there, their minds are completely programmed.
