The elements of this hexagram are fire under water.(Like electricity and water which I noted before I saw this.) Fire evaporates water, and water puts out fire. Similarly, change often causes conflict, and conflict brings about change. The Sun forms a square with Pluto today, and putting our trust in others (or in life/the process) can be difficult. This aspect, possibly through discord, helps us identify areas of over-attachment. Your inverse harmonic which contains your Occult Partner or Hidden Wisdom in your Birth Gateway has detailed wisdom for you to act on moving past your karma, issues with your Mother, and current programming to change your past so that it no longer influences your mind and emotions unduly. The latter is the most difficult for people because our current misaligned society teaches that family is like God, sacred and holy no matter how they treat you or how remedial their own soul development. I have found the kin and details of each kin in my inverse harmonic to be negative and highly charged with my own karma that needs to be released so I can have a happy, healthy life and not necessarily have to come back to this planet. It is highly important that we all face our karma and know in our souls what must be done to align it. Then you need to take action.
Also, the occult partners on each of your kin in your birth harmonic are the four kin in your inverse harmonic. That is the power of your own hidden wisdom or your mother’s DNA pulsing on your karma to lead you forward to choosing your future.

Potassium and Sodium are electrolyte minerals vitally important to the body. An electrolyte is just as it sounds, electrical. They are minerals that conduct our naturally occurring electricity in the body. If you weren’t busy powering yourself internally you could light up a lightbulb. Truth. Instead, you power up your own heart with electromagnetic energy. You need electrolytes to do that or…else.
My intuition led me to investigate the role kidney and adrenal glands play in electrolyte processing. They sit atop the kidneys. My acupuncturist says I have adrenal fatigue from too much stress. That causes HPB and possibly kidney damage.
The adrenal cortex is an important factor in the control of electrolyte and water balance and in blood pressure homeostasis. Not surprisingly, therefore, hyper- and hyposecretion of one or more of its products has extensive repercussions.
We all need 4700mg of potassium and 1800 mg of sodium daily. Don’t wait for your doctor to tell you this as likely they do not know. They aren’t trained in nutrition sadly. Ideally, you get them in your food and not just as a supplement as they are in their whole natural form in food.
Fast food and canned food are not food. I’m referring to fresh whole foods which are the only way to get all of your nutrients; proteins, complex carbs, and fats. If you’re interested in knowing exactly what nutrients you’re eating so you’re sitting in truth, I use the cronometer.com app. It is perfect and has a huge compendium of foods already in memory but you can create a new food if need be.
The purpose of my focus here is my intuition is telling me our electrolytes in the body, which send ELM energy to the heart, are also responsible for the health of our telomeres. If you are low on either or both potassium or sodium your telomeres will deteriorate and age you, not dissimilar to car coils I suppose. It’s a vulgar analogy.
If you only eat whole foods it’s very likely your sodium will tank. Then add a tsp. of soy sauce to your stirfry. The only way you’ll know is if you track the nutrient-dense food you’re eating. It’s crazy. You will notice that you are getting all of your vitamins in spades but take a look at your sodium. It will be very low if you don’t salt your food or eat snacks or fast food. Too many people say not to eat salt. The fact is, our bodies thrive on salt AND sugar. Your carbs should not be too low either. For instance, if you eat ONLY healthy complex carbs you will barely get enough calories in…seriously. That includes fruit. I had to add granola which has some sugar in it to keep my calories up because I’m losing weight too quickly. That is definitely a thing. Your body thinks it’s dying and your energy drops. Not good.
Track your potassium and sodium as you do the telomeres meditation to reverse aging. They are producing the electricity you need in your body to keep your heart happy and QI moving. A banana is only 400 mg out of the 4700 you need!!. Urban myth on that one.
We enter HF 10 today, and new 4-day harmonic with a new spiritual lesson to achieve. This is a magnetic Matrix with energy to self-regulate the universal fire of purpose as we move to Yellow 1 Sun by SUNDAY. You need to know your reason for being on the planet now and ask for help from Spirit or you’ll be pulled by the larger tide that will take you over the cliff. It’s your choice. Many humans are in self-destruct mode because our civilization is in self-destruct mode.

Your catch will come in its own good time; you cannot make it come sooner—neither by working nor by planning nor by wishing. Venus forms a sextile with Saturn very early today, and then it trines Uranus this morning. Our feelings are steady, but we’re also open to improvement and progress. We can discover more unique or interesting ways to fulfill our responsibilities. Updating the “rules” in our relationships in pleasing ways can be a theme now. We’re both respectful and open to measured changes.
Venus trine Uranus encourages our bolder, more innovative natures, socially speaking. We are especially interested in everything new, fresh, invigorating, unusual, and out-of-the-ordinary regarding romantic involvements, entertainment or pleasures, and financial undertakings. We may be experimenting, improvising, and trying new ways of relating and expressing ourselves. It’s possible we discover alternative ways to make (or spend) money. I started on this idea yesterday wondering about what was really happening with mRNA reverse transcriptase that Bruce Lipton was talking about in his video that I posted a few days ago. Listen to it again. He says that the DNA Dogma taught that the DNA only moved in one direction. That’s not the case once you understand mRNA reverse transcriptase and that speaks DIRECTLY to Tzolkonic Movement and current epigenetic claims of being able to program your own DNA by going backward. Or, as I’m suggesting in my book based on research, past to present or future to present AS TIME IN YOUR BODY/MIND. This could be time travel as well if you find a time portal on earth as in the series “Outlander”. Nobody knows that yet but me and my followers. Earth Ascending was written in 1984 before anyone understood Epigenetics.

I’m studying this in alignment with three locations on the ribosome of the double helix that is added to the A.A. sequence: A site, P site, and E site. Once the RNA picks a site it’s copied into the helicase BACKWARD as fast as a jet plane. It’s shown in a couple videos I have, and I’ve posted it on here before. The scientists have seen the actual movement, but they don’t know what causes it…of course.
Then it goes to the mysterious Kinetocore where eventually it’s turned into a chromosome and then a nuclear pore with a nuclear membrane that breaks apart. I’ve watched the process several times.
Back to the ribosome, it comes from the mRNA (messenger RNA which is being utilized by the CV2 vaccine makers to program our RNA with God knows what. The mRNA moves like a computer program through the ribosome, through a few more steps, until it’s turned into tRNA or transfer RNA.
