The Galactic Moon is in the eighth position of the Wind Wavespell, symbolizing the communication of Spirit. The Moon is the Galactic archetype of the Healer. This is a year of purification, inviting us to refine our physical, mental, and emotional bodies, to become a clearer antenna for higher intelligence and new forms of expression. A Total Solar Eclipse occurs on Magnetic Moon 18, Kin 246 (August 12, 2026), adding to the transformative energy of this Solar Ring. This year also marks a significant turning point within the cosmology of the Law of Time. The New Sirius Cycle unfolds in two 26-year phases. The first (1987–2012) was a period of preparation and awakening. The second (2013–2039) is the period of activation and conscious choice. We are now at the midpoint of this second phase. This means there are 13 years remaining until the completion of the first New Sirius Cycle in 2039. You may wish to reread the 13-Year Law of Time Report. Thirteen signifies transcendence, the point at which a cycle fulfills itself and reveals its deeper purpose. As we enter these final 13 years, we find ourselves collectively drowning in information while starving for wisdom and genuine soul connection. Until knowledge becomes embodied (meaning that it penetrates into your nervous system, shifts your perception, and grounds your physical presence), then it is just an abstraction. Perception is key. The time we keep shapes our perception. The Law of Time has never been a static doctrine. It teaches that time is the evolution of consciousness. Evolution is the operative word. It is a living, evolving body of knowledge. The synchronic codes ultimately exist in a frequency outside the algorithms of the machine. They arise through direct participation in life itself and the mysterious intelligence that speaks through synchronicity. By contrast, the 12:60 frequency refers to a mechanized, conditioned perception that is predicated on predictability. In this trajectory, the plan is to build a hyper-detailed, real-time ‘digital replica’ of the entire planet that tracks all assets, environments, resources – literally everything. A species without harmonic coherence will be destabilized by any intelligence faster than itself—because the speed of a thing is irrelevant if its center cannot hold. As global instability intensifies, we need new, creative approaches. To truly think outside the box requires cultivating a new organ of perception. This, in turn, requires letting go of what we think we know, and practicing deep listening. The Noosphere, the next stage of evolution is based on self-reflective consciousness. As we enter these final thirteen years, we are invited to purify and strengthen our inner compass so that we are not dependent on external systems for guidance. In the wavespell, the first tone represents the beginning of the fourth-dimensional time pulsar that concludes in the thirteenth moon (July 2027). The totem animal of this Moon is the Bat, a symbol of rebirth. A creature of the night, the bat reminds us that transformation begins in the unseen. Before every new reality is born, it first takes shape within the invisible world. When you begin to follow the path of the thirteen moons, you are entering a stream already in motion. | Note that in the Nine-Year Vision Map, Red Galactic Moon opens the Seventh Time Dimension: the Speaking Tube of G.O.D., corresponding to Upper Radial Time Descending. This year activates the GM108X Force Field and the Seventh Mental Sphere: the Holomind Perceiver. The central focus is the GM108X transmission, understood as the focusing beam of a new force field entering planet Earth. This transmission originates from Sirius, which receives its pulsations from Hunab Ku, the center of the galaxy. From there, the beam is focused through the Sun as a form of cosmic radio transmission that coordinates the sunspot cycles.
