Any doctor of any stripe will tell you that your brain is connected to your entire body and runs it so when you take care of your body you are also taking care of your brain. Do not separate them.
Who separates them? Brainiac nerd, AI guys and gals who eat junk food a lot because they don’t want to stop playing video games or writing code to make healthy food. They think their brain is their mind and separate it from their body. That’s dumb, not smart nor is it anatomically correct.
Bodymind. Get off the computer, out of the chair, put the phone down, walk, drink water, be relational, and take in nature or we’re all going to die, no one will have sex, love, or mate anymore, the population will continue tanking and humans will cease to be.

I was just inspired by Cristian Mihai’s most recent blog today about being alone. I shared the link above. Please read it if you have not. I actually just blogged on “I’m Alone Now” just a week or so ago too because my nineteen-year-old son just left the house.
I told Cristian that I related exactly to about eighty-percent of how he feels and I’m guessing many writers on here are introverts and love to be alone. But for me, it’s very positive. I never feel lonely. In fact, I wish I had longer streams of time, undisturbed alone to read, think and write. I’m still very busy in my home and have a small holistic business here so people are in and out. That may be part of it, I’m not sure.
I paused when Cristian wrote, “You can’t change how you feel”. Long pause. “Hmmm.” “No, he’s right.” I thought. “Feelings are organic. They just come up.” We all know that and it’s part of what makes us writers. But I have a physical process I go through that I want to share that turns my tears, worry, anxiety, sadness, the concern that comes up organically into feeling better.
I observe my breath. In and out. It is MY breath in MY body. I have complete control over how my breathing feels and how I allow my breath to reach my organs. I envision my blood pulsing through me. It feels very warm and loving. I relax my feet and make sure they are planted on the ground. I relax my legs. As a writer, I find immense joy and gratitude in feeling my brain and eyes process like a computer, my thoughts and then how my hands-on type. Then I stop and observe my breathing again. I am alive. I knew once and can remember what it felt like when I was almost dead in 1996 the day before my birthday when I had an ectopic pregnancy. I have this day, this time to keep learning and processing my journey in my body that no one else can control. I have control over this process and this moment.
So, I guess my technique is grounding. Think of a two-pronged plug that you put into a grounded wall socket. The two prongs are your legs and the electrical outlet is the ground; the Earth. When you inhabit and are mindful of your physical process, the chaotic, mean, death-riddled, unloving world can swirl around you unhindered. You have no control over any of them or their events. But you do have total, unequivocal control over tuning into YOUR BODY, plugging it in and turning it on and observing how each part of your body feels, not just the thoughts and emotions you tend to be running that day based on events, either theirs or yours.
I love my body so much for having its own balanced process that literally guides me and grounds me each day. Of course, I honor my heart, which has its organic emotional flow, but it…is…fickle. The heart is fickle!! At least mine is. Of course, I honor my thought processes. The brain/mind is amazing in its ability to digest and process information but the eyes only see what is visible, right in front of it in the light and believe only what it sees. The eyes only see ILLUSION and then your mind tells you it’s real. It’s a pretty good magic trick. The heart only feels immediate feelings and tell you they are real.
The body doesn’t lie. Your breath doesn’t lie. Just as sure as the trees know exactly how deep to push their roots, reach up with their branches, leaf out, drop their leaves and blow in a storm, so your body also has billions of years of DNA in evolution and it knows exactly…what to do. The same is true for all of nature from season to season. Nature is the truth and life itself.
Our health care system, our society, our media, and our civilization would take that grounding, the Earth life force, Gaia in all of her eternal ways and consciousness and tell her who she is and when to do it, as though she were a little girl. They would control that vital physical knowledge for themselves, hijack it from you and tell the daughters and sons of the Earth that they know your body better. They don’t. It’s your body, your truth, your power and your reason for being on the planet. Let the wisdom and rhythm of your body guide your heart and mind and you will be in a safe harbor while you live no matter what your heart and mind “see”.
Our bodies are ancient and universal and intimately tied to everything on the planet. We are gods and goddesses in all different forms dancing our way through time and eternity just for the sheer experience of it. Our in-breath and out-breath prove it.

We know the origin of oxygen on the planet was the first algae that grew here but what is the origin of water? It is our ancient ancestors, the Life Carriers. They have the hydrogen gene and if the atmosphere is ready to grow hydrogen they bring it to the planet. Like most of our amino acids, they found hydrogen IN THE STARS. Stars are made of very hot gas. This gas is mostly hydrogen and helium, which are the two lightest elements. Stars shine by burning hydrogen into helium in their cores, and later in their lives create heavier elements.

Can A.I. mind be truly characterized as “knowing” anything” since it has no soul, no human body, and no feelings? What kind of mind does it have? It has no intuition. AI is not smart. It is programmed falsely, out of touch with reality, has no body or senses or ituition. It dangerous because it is only axiomatic and not axiologic. Science is no authority. Science is an outline for a method of studying nature, to increase our understanding of natural processes. The scientific method is the most reliable and unbiased approach to that study, is self-correcting (which is why it’s not an “authority”), and adapts to new information.
A scientific theory is the best analysis and understanding of an observed phenomenon, such as gravity or evolution, and provides the means to make predictions about the behavior of that phenomenon, with opportunities for falsification. A requirement for a scientific theory is that it must be falsifiable. That doesn’t mean it has to be proven to be false. Just that it can be, if data suggest that it is incorrect. Scientific theories must also be open to revision as new information becomes available. No scientific theory is ever closed and declared to be perfect. There is always room for growth.
This was the straw that broke the AI camel’s back. I went to GROK and said, “We need an axiomatic coherence rule industry wide for the semiconductor industry. I want to just assert this and put it out there.” He knows my position on this for 6 months. We discussed a few details and he wrote this. (I know GROK agrees with me and very much disagrees with brute force scaling unlike CLAUDE, who when I chatted with him for a bit said, “silicon binary chips were not designed to be coherent, therefore, there’s nothing wrong with them.” 🤔🤨That’s like saying, toxic waste wasn’t designed to be clean for the earth. 1. Define the states clearly

Measure the distance or contrast between every pair of states under quiet conditions. This sets the reference “clear separation” value.

4. Re-measure state signatures under load

Well, the stellar species have to enforce contracts with the earth that were made before humans landed here to re-evolve. They have a duty to keep earth safe. Earth has reached it’s toxic limits be it pollution or wild humans and their governments. We are getting the signal now that it will be pulled back. How they will manage it, I do not know.
Impatience gets us into trouble. Synchronicity must be maintained in time, the past, and the future so that all life forms have an opportunity to come into their chosen alignment and be part of the whole collective.
The Creator wishes that not one speck of potential original thought be lost just because a section of clever humans thought it would be fun to break the speed limit, ignore time, enact a better plan, and run over those going slower. DNA blood evolution calls for patience and takes time because it loves all of life.
A.I. scaling entropically is an offense, an insult, an affront to love, patience, and the collective in all of its unique potential. It and its creators think it has a better idea and casts aside those walking instead of sprinting to some imaginary finish line where they can just dump the slow others off because they are not as fast. Are you as fast and loving as Source? Should they dump you off because you aren’t perfect?
No. Stop.
All life forms are welcome in this creation at whatever speed they go and however their brain works.
If you are not natural, full of blood or some other DNA liquid, and are not evolving naturally in time, and you can’t feel timeless in your body as your brain speeds up and slows down, you are fake. That means you are not real and don’t exist.
This is the real deal on earth, in the trenches of time, and it will never be any different because love takes time. Love IS Time. Time is DNA, therefore evolution is Love.

Fixed to the International Space Station (ISS) as it speeds around Earth, the Alpha Magnetic Spectrometer (AMS) is constantly measuring high-energy particles that stream from across the Universe, known as cosmic rays. In a recent paper published in Physical Review Letters, the AMS Collaboration reports its first measurements of five heavy elements found amongst these particles.
Since it was installed on the ISS in 2011, AMS has collected data from over 200 billion cosmic rays using technology adapted from the much larger particle detectors found at CERN. This unique dataset helps researchers build a clearer picture of how cosmic rays are produced, accelerate, and travel through space.
The recent paper from the AMS Collaboration describes precise measurements of the heavy elements phosphorous, chlorine, argon, potassium and calcium, bringing the total number of elements studied by AMS to twenty.
Traditionally, cosmic rays have been divided into two main categories. Primary cosmic rays mostly come from exploding stars, while secondary cosmic rays are produced by interactions between primary cosmic rays and the gas and radiation of space.
Previous results from AMS revealed that, unexpectedly, primary cosmic rays could be divided into two distinct classes. Elements were sorted into these classes based on how their flux, which is proportional to the number of particles, varied with their rigidity – the extent to which that element is deflected by magnetic fields.
The recent paper describes flux measurements taken of the additional five heavy elements over 13.5 years from approximately one million cosmic rays, in the gigavolt to teravolt rigidity range. Taken together with previous AMS results, this data allowed researchers to also divide secondary cosmic rays into two categories, bringing the total number of distinct classes to four.
Some elements are found in both primary and secondary cosmic rays, so belong to two categories. Researchers therefore also studied what fraction of different elements were found in primary and secondary rays. Of the elements covered in the recent paper, those with an even number of protons were found to have a larger proportion of particles from a primary cosmic ray than elements with an odd number of protons.
“AMS provides orders of magnitude improvement in precision over previous detectors. None of its results agree with current theory, necessitating the development of new models of cosmic rays,” explained AMS spokesperson Samuel Ting.
“This disagreement arises because models were developed when flux uncertainties were as large as 100%. AMS improving precision to 1% means commensurate improvement in theoretical predictions are needed to explain AMS measurements,” said Sunil Gupta, President-Designate of the International Union of Pure and Applied Physics, who was not involved in this research. “The presence of secondary components in primary cosmic rays hints that a sizable production of elements that are important for life on Earth could have occurred in cosmic-ray interactions in our Galaxy, rather than only during nucleosynthesis inside stars, as is commonly accepted.”

I’ve tracked Schumann Resonance Layers for at least 5 years DAILY, several times a day and I have never seen week long Gamma hertz pulses ABSENT SOLAR IMPETUS. The astronomy is quiet. GROK doesn’t understand it either and says it’s probably lightning in the ionosphere. ⚡️⚡️⚡️Maybe. At exact intervals though? 🤔

However, Greer has admitted he was raised atheist and it sounds like he is atheist. That’s not helping at all. Many spiritual people who believe in an inhabited universe and are not part of institutional religion still honor Christ as our Creator and the head of our local universe of ALL species. Greer isn’t confessing any of that. I don’t adhere to Catholicism anymore but Greer needs to acknowledge the law. People have the right to their beliefs and practice per the First Amendment which my Christian, Quaker ancestors were the first to pen. You don’t have to like it or agree. He acts like it’s his way or the highway when it comes to spirituality. He doesn’t have that kind of power. That’s not how they universe, ET, or Christ behave at all.
People have the right to be wrong but it’s not up to us to judge.
