The future strand pulse of our DNA is coming forward today. We are moving our mindset away from the past, the struggles and losses, and trying to start a new, healthier future where we can be happy and thrive. This is a tall order bc we want to protect ourselves from trouble. But there are risks that come with new territory that can not be avoided. The safest place to be is GROUNDED IN AND TRUSTING YOUR BODY no matter where you are. Always take care of yourself first so you have a foundation for adventures and movement.
