Qfactor and ELM are blasting

We are on Tone 4 today and it is as high as I’ve ever seen it at 38 gamma hz in Deep Earth.
We are shifting, obviously with ice and snow in Florida.
The ELM background, well, somebody or something is in the magnetosphere creating a ruckus
