Jazz heals my emotions as does walking and working out. I'm single, have one college-age son, and no pets. I like to have fun but I don't need drugs (alcohol esp.) to do so. I'm a peaceful, sober person, intelligent, (multi-talented they say), and interested in every aspect of life and people. Candles and gentle people calm me. I have my own successful holistic healing practice where I practice Reiki, deep tissue manual therapy, herbal medicine, and aromatherapy. I've worked very hard to be professional and super skilled at what I do. I'm also a degreed singer, pianist, flutist, and composer.
In the body, the amino acid arginine changes into nitric oxide (NO). Nitric oxide is a powerful neurotransmitter that helps blood vessels relax and also improves circulation. Some evidence shows that arginine may help improve blood flow in the arteries of the heart.

The Hidden Wisdom is 10 World Bridger or Planetary CHANGE and DEATH. I’m just writing this after I was drawn to the survival of a disaster videos put out by Suspicious Observer so my intuition was humming.
The 5GForce is 10 Serine (Red Serpent) or Planetary instinct, planetary survival going right with the videos I posted. Since that is 5th dimensional help it seems to me we should heed some of this. We have ten years to decide where we want to be.
Science is often wrong. There are people in the Disclosure movement that teach that almost all of the information we believe is accurate via science on earth is incorrect because there are too many secrets. Many of our ancestors and their knowledge are underground. Just take this with a grain of salt.
Yes we are in a paradigm shift but we call it Ascension. That means BIG CHANGE, yes. A remnant of humans at LEAST has to survive because we have been a successful genetic experiment post visit to the planet by J.C.
The Earth is not the same planet because he was here…for us. and for the entire Local Universe Species.
The Hexagon storm on Saturn is a monster and it spins in the opposite direction of Saturn’s rotation. That reminds me of binary crossover polarity in the Tzolkin. Same principle.
DNA (every cell of your body) IS TIME (the Tzolkin Calendar). A Kin is a day and a person.

I’m going to review something quickly for you today; the 0-19 Code and the 20 Archetypes on our hands and feet.
We are currently on the Left Truth Hand. Starting with the thumb; Dog 10, Monkey11, Human12, Skywalker13, Wizard14. (Today we are on Tribe 14). These kin are outspoken, tell the truth, and are prophetic. The Truth is not a popular commodity on earth.
Left Sky Foot starting with the Great Toe is Blue Eagle15, Yellow Warrior16, Red Earth17, White Mirror18, Blue Storm19. These kin have big vision and expect all of us to cooperate with their vision so things can be perfected.
Right Fire Hand starting with the Thumb is Yellow Sun 0/20, Red Dragon1, White Wind2, Blue Night3, Yellow Seed4. These kin rule the roost with their fire and to cross them means getting burned. They are domineering.
Right Blood Foot starting with the Great Toe is Red Serpent5, White World Bridger6, Blue Hand7, Yellow Star8, Red Moon9. These kin are very provincial and dedicated to family and ancestry above all else. They are DNA myopic.
Theme is 3Lysine; Lysine appears to help the body absorb calcium, and it plays an important role in the formation of collagen, a substance important for bones and connective tissues including skin, tendons, and cartilage. It also blocks arginine (Blue Eagle whose analog is Yellow Seed) which helps create cold sores. Most people get enough lysine in their diet. It is a treatment for cold sores, reduces anxiety, improves calcium absorption, and promotes wound healing by helping to create collagen.
Analog Support is 3Serine; One of the Serine’s functions is to help form the phospholipids which are necessary for creating every cell in the human body. In addition, this amino acid is involved in the functioning of RNA and DNA, in the muscle formation as well as in the maintenance of a proper immune system
The Guide Power for another hour is 3Tyrosine; Tyrosine is a nonessential amino acid the body makes from another amino acid called phenylalanine (RED EARTH which is tribe17 and precedes White Mirror, tribe18 in the Tzolkin ). So first comes phenylalanine in the body and then tyrosine and first comes Red Earth in the Tzolkin and then White Mirror. You See?!
It is an essential component for the production of several important brain chemicals called neurotransmitters, including epinephrine, norepinephrine, and dopamine. White Mirror is about meditation and calming the brain. All of those chemicals calm people down. Bodywork releases all of them as well.
The Antipode this afternoon is 3Valine which is the analog of Blue Eagle (arginine). Notice my comment above about cold sores. Valine is one of three branched-chain amino acids, meaning it has a chain branching off to one side of its molecular structure. Valine helps stimulate muscle growth and regeneration and is involved in energy production.
The Hidden Wisdom is 11Isoleucine. Isoleucine, as one of the branched chain amino acids, is also critical in physiological functions of the whole body, such as growth, immunity, protein metabolism, fatty acid metabolism and glucose transportation. Isoleucine can improve the immune system, including immune organs, cells and reactive substances.
The 5GForce is 11Threonine. Threonine is used to treat various nervous system disorders including spinal spasticity, multiple sclerosis, familial spastic paraparesis, and amyotrophic lateral sclerosis (ALS, Lou Gehrig’s disease).
Sure. No problem. But there were so many scientific assumptions in this. I’ll need to watch it tomorrow and take notes. This is not the whole story on how DNA works.
Spirituality supercedes technology. We don’t really need technology. We can ascend our DNA ourselves. It’s never been any different. We were just programmed that we couldn’t, that we were weak and that we fail so they could take our power which is our TIME as our BODIES. Turn those messages off if you want to survive. The planet and all life on it are going to radically transform over the next ten years. If you want to hang around for it you have to PROGRAM YOURSELF FROM THE INSIDE. We are going to win this one.

The DNA movements on earth directly affect our DNA. I think astronomy and geological science are more accurate lately than current biology and genetics so I may start to post more of this proof and how it’s linked to the Tzolkin Harmonic overlay on the earth.

Looking at this map, aboriginal continuity or future back to present moves NORTH of the equator starting in the west which is the primal connection to the earth through our FEET. Moving EAST radiosonically it changes TIME or our DNA up to our heads until we reach 360 degrees.
Our Civilizational advance or past to present move south of the equator also starting in the west and moving to the head going EAST.
The electromagnetic energy of our DNA goes equally back and forth right to left in our bodies, positive and negative charge, neutrons and electrons in every cell of our body. The same thing is happening on the EARTH BODY. Gaia is a being, alive, our earth mother.
This corresponds to the etheric body of humans and the earth. Chakra 7 and 6 are the head, chakra 5 is the throat, chakra 4 is the heart, 3 is the navel or power chakra, chakra 2 and 1 are primal and go from abdomen down to the feet. As we balance our own etheric body through meditation, Reiki energy balancing and tai chi we affect the earths etheric body.
Today is White 12 Crystal Dog or Crystal Aspartic Acid. Aspartic acid is one of the building-block amino acids that are responsible for synthesizing proteins and regulating hormones in the human body.
The analog is Red 12 Crystal Moon. Things should be calmer on the emotional front than yesterday with tone 12.

It’s DST. I just turned my clocks ahead. Look at our Antipode! Yellow 12 Crystal Sun. I’ll say our communal relationship with our Sun is a challenge. Especially since we keep changing our clocks when we no longer need to. What is the true time anyway? Did we originally put the forward or back? True time is known in our bodies not the clock on the wall.

The 5 GForce is White 2 Polar Dog. It’s takes two to tango whatever relationship you’re in. Everyone is different. Sometimes you agree and sometimes you don’t. I’ve found someone who is in affinity with me on most things but there could be a power struggle if we connect more. We have not yet because I know that if you pick wrong it can be tragic. Better to be mindful, not passionate although I do feel passion for him. That’s in the backseat because it’s the easy part.
We’re both independent, strong characters. We’ll see. Life takes compromise, like the teeter-totter. But White Dog says love and loyalty make for companionship. You don’t have to give up your self to be a companion with another nor should you. You can have space between you on issues that conflict or agree to disagree. Just don’t ever give up your CORE self for anyone.

The 11.3 Sunspot cycle he mentions is noted in Earth Ascending as affecting the evolution of our DNA and the timeline on the planet.
The fact that we aren’t sure if the big sun cycles are every 40 years or somewhere in the 30’s throw us off. I need to look at that issue for my book.
When he says at the end that the world could be thrown into darkness by a huge ELM storm I disagree. Be careful about ultra-rational people who don’t take into account positive E.T. help or Source when it comes to helping humans during events beyond our control.
I like science but I’m not an atheist. I have been known to be cynical about human rationality bc of their lack of emotional balance though.
I find atheism to be very irrational. It’s a control issue imo. An open and even broken heart is rational. I guess that’s another book. I know Rupert Sheldrake agrees anyway and he is no slouch when it comes to critical thinking!
This illuminates who is in the Earth Alliance as far as world leaders, Trumps family connection to Disclosure via his uncle who promoted Tesla’s work for humanity and who the negative E.T.’s are and who the good ones are. The Galactic Federation is in charge.
While it’s true that our DNA contains components of all 20 amino acids or the Tribes of Time, it is my belief that with the visitation to this planet of Jeshua, White 3 Electric Dog, his release of White 13 Cosmic Dog or 13 Aspartic Acid in HF33 onto our planet has given humans the ability to uplift the negative DNA in our bodies to ascension and become ONE with Source…via the heart of Christ. It’s in the Mystic Column or the human spine. That energy activation through the Sun is the key to healing any cellular defects NOW PRESENT in us.
TAKEAWAY at 1hour48 minutes. “IN THE PRESENCE OF DEEP LOVE THEY FALL APART. THEY HAVE NO POWER.” Remember this and align yourself deeply with the heart of Christ. That is why I’m not afraid of any species.

Stevie passed away a week after this interview. The fight for disclosure must go on stronger than ever. May “Stevie” be remembered for his endurance and courage, as the whistle-blower who collapsed the whole building. May his last and best sniper’s shot reaches out far and wide.
In my opinion the are progeny of Red Dragon and Red Serpent. And I think the greys are just mutant humans, just a bad deal.
