Jazz heals my emotions as does walking and working out. I'm single, have one college-age son, and no pets. I like to have fun but I don't need drugs (alcohol esp.) to do so. I'm a peaceful, sober person, intelligent, (multi-talented they say), and interested in every aspect of life and people. Candles and gentle people calm me. I have my own successful holistic healing practice where I practice Reiki, deep tissue manual therapy, herbal medicine, and aromatherapy. I've worked very hard to be professional and super skilled at what I do. I'm also a degreed singer, pianist, flutist, and composer.
You gotta sit still. Turn off ALL media. Focus on your body and breath. Get a grip. Think only about your own life, what it’s been that you want to forget, what you want to remember and what you want your future to be. That’s all any of us have control over right now.
As far as the eternal present, the NOW moment, it’s all slowly falling apart. The old Timeline is giving way to a New Order that is already full of DISCLOSURE and empowerment for human beings. The political situation is not done and they are laying low and then will strike and be finished. Not for one second should you settle into anything MSM is blowing. Keep it off or your mind will believe lies. Remember this is a dangerous global operation. It’s not just about the U.S.

With Red 11 Spectral Serpent as the 5GForce it kind of piles on the difficult energy. It is a death instinct or BIG CHANGE for sure amongst humans. I think it may be in the Middle East or China.

For those of you that have a Dreamspell kit and the hard Harmonic Index of the Tzolkin handy this will be easier for you to understand.
In the first image above you can see 8, complete Tzolkin Harmonics of 260 days UNDERNEATH the I Ching Hexagrams that control them. Remember, the I Ching Hexagrams are the 3-letter DNA nucleotides, specifically designated by the trigrams or 6 lines. Reading from the bottom up, every 2 lines are ONE of the letters A, C, G, T (or U) which form the controlling nucleotide.
What Jose is making light of here is that the VIBE or control of the entire Hexagram OVERLAYS the entire planet and creates the Time Portals via the evolving DNA. Mindblower. Corey Goode saw this when he was off planet and described what he saw in a video he made. I have his direct permission to quote him in my book and he wants to know more about my work. Jose didn’t get as far as I have applying the exact amino acids to the Tzolkin harmonic but he is illuminating it on a MACRO scale as far as how things spiral.
You must know at this point that time IS NOT LINEAR. We’ve got that stiched up I hope. Time spirals because it’s DNA. Specifically, time spirals AS THE DNA DOUBLE HELIX. Here’s the new piece I understand but am going deeper into.
There is AC or aboriginal continuity time which is future back to the present (Back To The Future!) LOL, with a Negative electron electromagnetic charge controlling ONE ARM of the DNA double helix.
Then there is CA or civilizational advance time which is past forward to the present with a Positive Proton electromagnetic charge controlling THE OPPOSITE ARM of the DNA double helix so that they push up against one another IN EVERY CELL OF OUR BODY.
This is why we can think about the past and plan for, or LOOK INTO the future within seconds of each other in our minds. Our minds are one with our body. Our mind IS our body which is the only reason we can access it and read it, as well as apply our free will to it in our minds (our bodies). Here is where consciousness of choice and ability to choose is VITAL. We have access to all time lines, especially our own, past and future lives IN OUR BODIES via our DNA.
When you sit quietly and focus your mind, either remembering your past and recasting it (re-member-ing), the cast and crew are members of your kin group), OR deciding what you want YOUR future to be and then wishing the best for the collective but knowing that you only have control over your own destiny, you are at your most powerful as a co-creator with all that is. When you breathe and notice your breathing you are changing your RNA. When you increase your blood flow via exercise you are changing your RNA. This mindal energy is vibing out into the ether. It’s real. People can feel it when they walk into your presence or you can feel it when you walk into theirs!
It’s becoming clearer to me that I’m right and all the data is lining up. I will keep writing. If people start to process this and someone in science understands what I’m getting at, this is huge for humanity. Our lives, our bodies, our TIME are in our hands.

This group of amino acids evolve instinct, psychic ability, balance, surrender, humility, communal proclivity, spiritual, a leader, influential, peaceful, and opener of gateways, cooperative and a healer.

Going back to the gold standard and using cryptocurrency will help equalize the world economy. Right now, with the banking system run by the Fed we have a money system where incurring debt supposedly grows a country’s economy. Debt is not good and creates a huge power imbalance on the planet. Everything changes, all the time. This is hard for most people and I understand. I have habits myself, humans being creatures of habit. But Skywalker really enjoys it because it means exploration, curiosity and adventure. I get very antsy if everything gets too monotonous.
Red 1 Magnetic Skywalker attracts accomplishment, new ideas, joining the ways of heaven to Earth, becoming knowledgeable and teaching in teachable moments, becoming a time and space traveler, a crusader; even to the gates of hell, not afraid to assume challenges with great love and confidence and socially principled to a point of nauseating most people who know us. We can’t help it. It’s the Jedi Code. LOL.
The analog today is White 1 magnetic World Bridger. who activates equalization, opportunity, change and even death. One of the greatest challenges we have to balance on earth is our body. It has habits, appetites, indulgences, vices but also GREAT POWER when focused on what we personally have for a passion. I personally lose faith way too quickly in other people when they are very weak and indulgent. Why don’t I lose faith in myself? I never do. I’ve realized it’s not fair to lose faith in others when they intrinsically have the same internal power or QI that I do. Just because they are at a different point in their physical or mental journey doesn’t mean I shouldn’t have faith in them or that they won’t make a mistake. We must continue to have faith in ourselves and in each other or we are lost.
The Guide Power today is itself. I pretty much just illuminated that above. We guide ourselves so that we can also guide others to inner strength. If you try to bring others down you are bringing yourself down. That’s how it works.

I think we’re being very patient, maybe too patient with the B.S. the lie of toxic virus, lockdown, control and masking. I’ve never participated in any of it so I’m not going as goony as most people. My patients are off the rails and the management people who are my patients say their employees are off the rails. You don’t have to be if you don’t follow others or watch T.V. That might be asking too much I guess.
The antipode this afternoon is Red 12 Crystal Dragon. That is the energy of pulling your body inward into BEING and NURTURE by yourself. You could be pulled in IN A GROUP but as I said above, I’m not sure workout groups are legal right now. The myth of social distancing is still in effect in most places. So do it at home. I just did a 1 1/2 hour workout. No more male personal trainer. I can do it by myself and know plenty about the muscles on my own. I did appreciate the kick in the pants while it lasted.

It is mysterious and I don’t talk in those terms very much on here. It’s because of the ritual of sacrifice and suffering that erroneous religion has taught humanity is in error. We don’t dissolve by torture and sacrifice but by Love and commitment to Loyalty. It’s heart-breaking which is healthy and these are attributes of White Dog.
Dissolving the self mean YIELDING TO THE HIGHER SELF, the part of you that is one with God. Religion left that out even though it’s all throughout ancient teaching if you go far enough into the past. So much was hijacked in the Dreamspell 26,000 years ago. Of course the spell is broken now and we are no longer in a dream of ritual blood sacrifice that feeds God knows who.
Human blood is priceless, I’ll grant you that. It is QI. But love that liberates is not about human blood but human MIND. Liberation of the Mind is what the Tzolkin is about.
How we do we liberate the Mind? With correct information that is in mathematical and Universal alignment. Information that seeks cooperation with the whole and empowers the body to function in space as A WHOLE piece. Our bodies nor our minds are in pieces. The so-called “professionals” talk about the body and mind as though it’s in pieces but it’s not. That’s the fall-out from reductionism in science where the scientist feels that in order to understand how something works you have to take it apart and reduce it to it’s smallest pieces like a child discovering a radio or a car and taking it apart and putting it back together. It’s a childlike perspective!
The adult perspective is holism. Use your intuition, your 12 physical senses and your rational mind to observe and interact with the situation to figure it out. You don’t have to cut it up, injure it or destroy it’s wholeness.
Dissolving the wall around the heart that keeps it from breaking or bonding emotionally and spiritually is another matter. No one likes to feel heart broken but it seems terribly common on Earth. And then some of us feel sorry for ourselves because it’s happened too much beyond our control.
As the quote today says, “It’s the process of heart”. If your heart breaks it’s liberated from fear! We don’t die from heartbreak; we die from the wall around it, the repressed feelings, the fear of living and the fear of dying. The fear of being who we are and then being rejected for it by other humans who reject themselves. So what difference does it make? They are weak. Consider the source before you care so much about how they view you. Just be yourself.

So, if the other person who was wrong has a conscience, they know they probably need to apologize for something or they’ve already taken some action to mend it. Then you need to, have to, accept it from them to further love. Let it go. Forgive them. You’re not perfect, I’m not perfect. I have a temper when a friend says they love me and then all of a sudden I’m dissed. Ah, No. Then you have to speak up and say how you feel.

It’s a merging if you will whether it’s visual art, music, dance or otherwise.
The Guide Power this morning is Yellow 9 Solar Seed or the amino acid 9Valine. Seed kin are super aware of the earth and their bodies and are generally one with it unless they are terribly clever and wrapped in ego. There always seems to be some tension in the Yellow Seed kin I know between submitting to their flowering into the Higher Self or being grounded in the ID or ego from childhood. We all have an ego and need one for safety on the Earth but it’s best to spend most of your time outside of the ID.
The Antipode this afternoon is White 9 Solar Mirror or amino acid 9Tyrosine. This is a solar mirror; reflection, refraction, dualism, the sword that cuts both ways. In all art there is an antagonist and protagonist; someone who is making trouble or being antagonizing OR someone who is helping or at least is neutral. It’s easy to see it in theatre, movies, visual media wherever humans are on stage but it is in nature as well; predator and prey, hot and cold, the list is endless.
The Hidden Wisdom tonight is Red 5 Radiant Skywalker or amino acid 5Glutamine. I wish. Muscle definition is beautiful and glutamine and leucine are in charge of the muscles in the body. My personal trainer is Yellow Seed and I am Red SW, both in this themeplex. There is vanity which is easy to run when there is BEAUTY. It’s true that beauty is in the eye of the beholder though. As the song says, “I am a fool for beauty”. There’s nothing beautiful about foolishness and I catch myself all the time chasing visual beauty just to have a respite from the ugliness of error. I hope this oppression ends soon. It’s very hard on all of us.
The 5GForce is Yellow 5 Radiant Human. There we go. I was just reading an article on the obsession with Rebel Wilson simply because she’s lost weight. It’s happening to me now. I’m really thinning down and two of my female patients look at me derisively, furrowing their brow, jealous as all heck and said, “You’re really getting small”. I’m actually not small yet. I have at least 30#’s in the front of me to drop. Neither one of them re-scheduled yet giving lame excuses and they both need the treatment. I’m going to lose female patients because I’m thriving and happy as a single woman and they are both very unhappy married women not taking care of themselves.
A radiant human being doesn’t get jealous over someone else getting healthier and more beautiful! Just the opposite. They should be genuinely happy for you but most are not. A radiant human being doesn’t treat someone differently just because they change their body or their look to what they would prefer. We live on a zombie, mentally programmed planet that programs people by staring at media, to believe that the way you look is the truth about who you are and sets your VALUE. It lacks complete spirit awareness and intuition. I don’t make the rules of society but it’s not at all easy to escape them into true beauty that comes from the soul. Time is Art and artists can help escape the chaos.

You have to focus your mind on either your future self (when you’re old)back to the present self or yout past self (when you were young) forward to the future self.
Or…hack a past life timeline and ask Spirit to help you bring that into 3D. I just requested cellular memory from the lifetime when I had the healthiest eyes and brain. We’ll see if I can manifest that in my body.
Red Moon- White Dog is Methionine and Aspartic Acid. Since Methionine is THE start codon, events should be a little quiet humanly speaking to February 20. Maybe it means a blizzard freeze up too. Those are always fun.🥶🙈💨🌨❄.
Keep in mind that the Tzolkin is ONE with the earth. First the Sun emits the DNA alignment into the earth and then it hits our bodies. The weather is one way it aligns us. There are many levels of vibration as impetus to gene expression or mutating RNA.
