I put everything I eat daily into cronometer.com. It’s a free app. It tracks all the nutrients you need daily. Here are the amino acid proteins that I harp on on this blog. This is where the 3D rubber meets the 4D road of time.
If you don’t EAT your necessary nutrients and electrolytes (potassium, sodium and a bit of sugar) and drink water you will go through your 4D time portal and back into 5D. That would be physical death.
As you can see I’m getting most of what I need. I am going over on my sodium though now because I eat very little sugar as an electrolyte. I have to figure it out.
Glutamine is a derivative of Glutamic Acid ttibes 12 and 13 in synchronicity. The Stop Codon is not an amino acid but Proline is and it is a sub-stop codon hooked to Tryptophan. It’s all very interesting from a Tzolkin perspective.
Asparagine is a derivative of aspartic acid, tribes 10 and 11 in synchronicity.

Now is eternal, time is eternal, mind is eternal, the body is eternal and it’s all that way Now. Rest in it. Forgive yourself and everyone their error. This life is a dualistic mirage. Chill, breathe and love your body. It is sacred. Everything you learn in the body you cannot learn if you give it up to death.

Ok, but why are there still mask policies in the U.S. and people STILL talking about itand wearing them?. And healthcare offices are the only ones still mandating mask wearing? As though a virus would only live there and a paper mask would stop it. Some humans are bizarre.
It has nothing to do with a virus and everything to do with control and intimidation of humans who are evolving forward and waking up.
There is no freedom without the truth. That’s why political activism doesn’t work. It spins people’s wheels, so they never really find empowerment, which is in their body mind.
Politics and journalism are based on lies for the gain of money and power and that is not a conspiracy theory. It’s based on untold human graves, suffering and abuse at the hands of state governments all over the world. Any politician who supports the status quo is in shadow. Same for the media who are 100% bought and paid for biased.
There is a great price to pay for seeing what you want to see instead of the truth and the politicians and the media know exactly how to tell you just what you want to hear.
Humans DO need Privacy and space to evolve properly. The intrusion of tech and fake news into our species is a destructive manipulation of us, like so many things.
Humans are sensitive, vulnerable creatures. It’s the mammalian thing.
Probably because it doesn’t destroy your telomeres and use up all your electrons.
What does focusing on politics and giving your mind and emotions over to it do to your frequency? Could it be higher if you just programmed yourself and made your own choices?

The bill would put physicians at risk of losing their licenses and being charged with unprofessional conduct for asking questions about the COVID-19 vaccine and recommending alternative treatments.
Since when is the healing power of the light body governed by “licenses” from the state and their uneducated opinion on a healers conduct when they don’t know the first thing about it?
They are politicians. They are the lowest life form on the planet and at every turn show their obecense to shadow, money, illusion, abuse of power and A.I. Since when do they have a relationship with the Universe or believe in any of it?
They believe in USING the human body, not helping it and this is where the white coat alignment with state and the black market health insurance industry, because of THEIR OWN GREED, has hijacked the human mind and body.

To put this into context, actuaries tell us that a 10 percent rise in all-cause mortality is a once in 200-year disastrous event. The United States didn’t see this kind of spike even during World War II. When age groups were further stratified, life insurance mortality in quarter three of 2021 during the mass vaccination campaign showed even more alarming excess-mortality statistics among middle-aged adults:
- 81% increase for 25- to 34-year-olds
- 117% for 35- to 44-year-olds
- 108% for 45- to 54-year-olds
- 70% for 55- to 64-year-olds.
- The mRNA vaccines produced no net mortality benefits for the population.”
