We have the SP, Space Force and SC, Space Command run by the Military, part of the Air Force.

If there’s nothing but planets and stars going on out in space then why are the top notch air force run by General Dickensen so serious? They know which stellar species have our backs and which ones don’t. That’s why. The military folks have worked face to face with E.T.’s for about 50 years or more. Probably more like 100.
