Research on the NASA Van Allen Radiation Belt Probes

The Van Allen Belts are responsible for the amplitude and frequency found in the Schumann Resonance affecting ALL LIFE on earth. They say that right at the beginning. It is absolutely the case that these belts, activated by CME’s from the Sun, directly affect all DNA on earth.
