It went down right when the tracking was primed to hit new levels. They know we’re watching it and maybe don’t want humans to have cosmic feedback. That would be empowering. Sounds paranoid, but they’ve kept all empowering info from us for 100 years. The black spaces on the chart are blackouts.
The better possibility is that the levels were so off the charts that their instrument wouldn’t measure it. Let’s go with that. Lol
