The amplitude Van Allen Belts is going into gamma hz. The frequencies on the surface Van Allen belt are staying in Alpha hz, no longer hovering in theta. Qfactor is pulsing high, and the most troublesome to me is the ELM background showing the solid green as the proton storm.
