Also, our brains and eyes are evolving so, use glasses, drink water, take eye/brain supplements but don’t over react and run to a white coat. They’ll want to open your skull and do brain surgery just because we’re evolving and they think we should all stay the same in one box and continue the human death and sickness march. Do healing on yourself with your hands and pray during the adjustments. It’s powerful. Stay off of junk food and sugar, alcohol and cigarettes. It’s very low frequency.
