Jazz heals my emotions as does walking and working out. I'm single, have one college-age son, and no pets. I like to have fun but I don't need drugs (alcohol esp.) to do so. I'm a peaceful, sober person, intelligent, (multi-talented they say), and interested in every aspect of life and people. Candles and gentle people calm me. I have my own successful holistic healing practice where I practice Reiki, deep tissue manual therapy, herbal medicine, and aromatherapy. I've worked very hard to be professional and super skilled at what I do. I'm also a degreed singer, pianist, flutist, and composer.
I don’t know that it matters. The way the younger generation is going with the gender confusion and variable pronouns, I can’t imagine young females even wanting to have sex with a man or even marrying.
Heterosexuality is too natural and normal! Mating between females and males is far too natural for this new generation. They want something far odder. Only stodgy losers are heteronormative. But the Sun still rises and there are still trees, flowers, and food. That’s all boring too. Why should anybody go outside? Fake food and processed food delivered to your door are hipper.
The question of the continuance of the human species DNA will likely be left to the E.T. because humans aren’t going to continue the line or won’t be able to.
Maybe this was a last-ditch, futile effort by conservatives to perpetuate our sovereign species, to give us one last breath of a chance to become the sovereign beings we are supposed to be. But I really don’t think the millennials see it that way. I know my 23-year-old doesn’t. They’re far more interested in gaming than sex. Hence, much less need for abortion.
Now if the Feds tried to take away their right to video games the world would burn. But their bodies? They’ve already given up the right to their bodies because it’s been taken from them by our culture, the culling elite, the c$%^&. With the combination of sedentary gaming addiction, depression, gender confusion, ADHD, atheism, ignoring nature and healthy food, locking them down from social, toxic mRNA vaccine, no interest in college, and fear of being gunned down in school, who has energy for happiness or sex?
By my rough calculation, there are about two different 5GForce helpers PER TRIBE that would contact you in mediation to help with your body changes and ascension provided your pineal gland is open. I’ve said before that must happen so that your vision becomes spiritual and not locked or imprisoned into 3D clenching. We’re done being clenched to the illusion of just the material world. The material world is a real manifestation of spirit, but it is a limited one that keeps you attached to your identity as a body. As a human, you name it. Everything our identities consist of can become a prison unless we see and feel our Higher Selves in Timelessness. That’s why I do this work.
There are a handful of large overseers or diverse groups. They are humans at very high levels of consciousness BUT, they are not perfect. Corey Goode has made it very clear that the Universe does not function perfectly. That should be obvious by the radical mistake made on Maldek and the infestation of the C$%^^ trying to cull humans and the rest of DNA from the planet. The overseers who may not necessarily work with individuals in meditation are:

The Watchers from Central Control in the INNER EARTH-The Elders. They are completely and in detail keeping an eye on the safety of Lightworkers and Starseeds, thwarting evil in high places, and helping with souls coming and going. They are in charge of protocols for Earth being groomed for induction into the Galacterian Alignment of Space Peoples and Planets. I feel they are the ones that inboxed my consciousness and commissioned me to this task. I’m fit for this one.
Part Two lists Zeta Humans, Greys, and more but they are generally not highly evolved, if at all. A couple are but they’ve come under the heavy influence of the Draco over billions of years. The Draco (Red Dragon) was the first tribe to seed our planet billions of years ago according to his narrative and that totally agrees with the Tzolkin. So they are bent on believing they own us and our local system and will stop at nothing to control it. Not all of them are like that. Some have come around and I’m reading all of that right now.
Red Dragon kin ARE A PART OF OUR DNA and our consciousness. It is our Reptilian brain or limbic brain. Under no circumstances should we reject kin just because they are Red Dragon. However, the leader of that tribe are as evil as it gets and many have gone through soul extinction. If you are Red Dragon, I will illuminate who I believe your 5GForce helper may be so that you can be protected in meditation.
Part Three is Animal and Insect Races. A few of them are highly conscious. Most aren’t.

Part Five is the Reptilians. A few of them are good and helping us and I will post on it. But many are Service to Self (Lower Self or Identity).
They are resonant on this Tone 7 Resonant day. Look on the top right of the image below where it says Upper Dantien and points to the 3rd eye, the 6th chakra, or the pineal gland. This is key right now. You must have this open and spinning to ascend. You can open it yourself or a Reiki Master can open it for you and coach you in boundaries so you don’t go galloping out into the ether while you meditate with no knowledge of where you are going or why. You must have intent and focus when you consciously travel out. Getting high catapults you out into the ether. Be very careful.
QI Flow, heaven to earth, Yang to Yin, Dharma to karma. Yin grounds in the feet, and Yang enters through the head/brain. The TCM meridians flow the QI based on our unconscious habits and conscious choices which is why BODY AWARENESS is primo for you to spiritually ascend.
The mind is timelessness or eternity interfaced with the brain in time which is your DNA in every cell of your body. It is our Higher Selves speaking to our earth self or embodiment through a genetic biological computer.
That is a vulgar analogy because the brain is an amazing organ. Every cell of our body receives MIND! Every cell of our body absorbs our thought and feeling habits. That is why we feel the way we do. Don’t blame others for how you feel when you allow their thoughts and feelings to be dumped at the doorstep of your body. Boundaries! You have to nicely but firmly say, Please stop. No thank you, or just turn it off.
The mind is especially efficient at getting through to our brain and then our unconscious mind in our dream state when asleep because our brains aren’t distracted by the illusion of the holographic matrix we call our lives.
Our Higher Selves have EXACT navigation coordinates for the manifestation of our chosen destiny if only we’d stop blaming people and events in our matrix for the fact that we are not paying more attention to the voice of our Higher Selves, as though we have no choice over distraction or focus. We do have a choice about which voices we heed and which ones we ignore. You will know which way to go if you use your Intuitive radar and remember your dreams.
I’m big on being distracted or entertained when I get bored which is often. I want someone or something to distract me from my own mind in the matrix. But the mind in the matrix is fruitless and leads down wrong paths. I realize that now.
It is vital to walk to balance your QI and let your arms swing. The less thinking the better while you walk. You must be mindful of what you put in your mouth. We are not yogis yet to be able to radically change the QI inherent in our food. The QI in your food DOES affect us until we ascend. Cane sugar is always toxic and non-nutrient, it is a high like cocaine, and highly addictive if you tend to have bad moods. As soon as sugar touches your tongue you feel happy, at least I did. I don’t do it anymore. Sugar will eventually kill all of your tissue, especially the nerve tissue. White flour foods are always non-nutrients. Alcohol is worse than non-nutrient. Salt is a mineral. The amount needed is only the size of your pinky fingernail. Do not buy anything with added salt. Eat fresh.
I have been having quite a lot of contact with the Anshar and Zulu elders in recent weeks. After quite a lot of healing, balancing karma, and coming into emotional and energetic balance finally they are imparting quite a lot of wisdom and other perspectives to me. Both groups are extremely excited and pleased with my recent progress and are sharing information that they had only alluded to prior. I am processing the information and figuring out how to share the information in digestible servings.
I have also been getting more and more briefings about the former GGLN civil war from the SSP Alliance. I am pleased to report that with the help of Emmi the GGLN colonies that had been tricked into implanting brain chips by the Rogue Galactic Federation have been liberated and are now under the care of Mayan healers.
The ‘Wandering Star’ flagship of the federation of free colonies has been clearing out Reptilian, Orion, Dark Fleet, and the Rogue Galactic Federation since my last briefing. Emmi, of the Zulu, has been onboard assisting the GGLN flagship to turn the enemy’s attacks against them into suicide missions. Emmi teleported the fleet into the middle of enemy battle groups drawing their fire.
Emmi redirected these incredibly destructive weapons back onto the originator of the attacks ending each of the battles very quickly and decisively. They have isolated the enemy to a little over a dozen ‘strong-hold star systems’, including our own Sol System, where they are trapped and making their desperate last stands.
The Orion Group and their allies are incredibly dug into these remaining star systems (Within our Galaxy) and much of the endgame will be fought by the inhabitants of those star systems whose governments have made deals with the Orion Group. Our solar system is still very much under the control of the Orion Group with the active support of the Human leadership of this star system. The biggest fight is yet to come, and it’s in our very own backyard!
I also received an update on the Pre-Adamite leadership that had been in stasis in Antarctica for thousands of years that were recently awakened and then removed from the planet. They have been put into another type of stasis until the Galactic Trials begin. The New Guardians are working with the Guardians of the closest cluster of Galaxies to us. These Galaxies have all dealt with the same AI infestation and conquest by enemies similar to the Orion Group within their own Galaxies. The way these Galactic trials work is absolutely stunning and beyond words.
If our Galaxy goes the way the majority of our sister Galaxies have, we will once and for all be free of the Orion Group, the Rogue Federation, The Reptilians, and the AI god that they have been on a crusade for. As I alluded to above, we have a part to play and that part is standing in our own power and not letting the secret government that rules our star system to represent us in the Cosmos. Until we do so we will continue to pile up karma from their actions and atrocities throughout the Galaxy.

This is the definition from the book, “The Extraterrestrial Species Almanac” by Craig Campobasso. His father was in the Air Force and worked for Project Blue Book, the US Air Force study on unidentified flying objects that started in 1952 and investigates more than 11,000 sightings until it was decommissioned in January of 1970. He didn’t know his father but pursued concrete information on E.T. himself. There are other pieces but he essentially lived a parallel life to his father whom he did not know.

The vibes are good today but this is tension material. Chill tonight if you can. People who are still in the old narrative are going deeper into negativity if they aren’t lifting their frequency. Don’t rescue or try to teach anymore. Take care of yourself.
We are mammals and we like to be nurturing, cozy, have sex, and reproduce generally speaking. I think that instinct is starting to wane with young people. So, if you pick up this book, it’s a little different. Most E.T. look just like humans but they are not so mammalian. And the ones who do not look human are in fact something altogether different. Keep an open mind and don’t expect the millions of species in the universe to be like us. Most are benevolent though.

Countries with female leaders recorded 40% fewer COVID-19 deaths than nations governed by men, according to University of Queensland research.
Associate Professor Kelvin Tan from UQ’s Business School says the statistic is a key finding of a study into the impacts different country characteristics, such as leadership, have had on COVID-19 infection and death rates.
“Countries where women were at the head of government outperformed countries with male leadership, with an average of 39.9% fewer confirmed COVID-19 deaths,” Dr. Tan said.
“This figure can be attributed to female leaders taking quick and decisive action, a broader view of the wider impact on society, and being more receptive to innovative thinking.
“We found female leaders tend to act promptly and decisively and are more risk-averse towards the loss of human life, which play an essential role in pandemic prevention and outcomes,” he said.
The study analyzed the pandemic response of 91 nations between January and December 2020 and determined that certain country characteristics shaped COVID-19 outcomes.
Dr. Tan said many countries adopted similar approaches to contain the spread of COVID-19, but there were drastic differences in morbidity and mortality, even among those with similar socio-economic conditions and political backgrounds like Australia and New Zealand.
“As of 31 December 2020, although the population of Australia was only five times that of NZ, Australia had reported around 13 times more infections and 36 times the number of deaths than the numbers reported by New Zealand,” he said.
The study found gender ratio, population density, urbanization and political corruption all intensified the severity of a country’s pandemic experience.
Conversely, female leadership, education, religious diversity, and public trust in government were found to reduce rates of infection and death.
“We’ve identified a set of predetermined, country-specific characteristics that have significantly influenced the outcomes of the pandemic and we hope policymakers use them to manage risk during future health emergencies,” Dr. Tan said.
“Our findings highlight the importance of prevention, rather than treatment, in reducing COVID-19 morbidity and mortality.”

The intellect is not the mind and it is limited by the accuracy of data. As we know, error in data is prevalent on earth and amongst humans because our perception is limited.
I couldn’t relate to any of them when he was talking about identity. I said out loud, “My identity is Cosmic. I don’t just have a human identity at all.” Then after I said that, he said that in Yoga they strive for a cosmic identity. We think through our entire bodies. The Body IS the Mind. And the Maya taught that all of the amino acids, thus ALL of the tribes ARE our body and ARE time itself.
There is a mental body and a physical body but they function as one. The second brain is in the gut but the only reason the brain is important is that it is completely connected to the WHOLE body which is why our healthcare needs to be realistic and holistic.
The top 10 planets on the image are the outer planets which are a matter of astronomical fact. And, their atmospheres are collapsing or something else. That is also a matter of scientific fact and not a happy one.

All five of those planets have atmospheres that either have collapsed already or are collapsing or the storms are entirely reversing. It’s going to pulse through our bodies synergy because we’re connected to the ten local planets. In addition the left skyfoot also coincides with those five planets but they run up the left side of the body.
These are located on the head, face, neck, shoulders and arms, all upper body issues can start pulsing due to the evolutionary changes in the outer planets.
The right fire hand and the left blood foot are connected by the URANUS Time Tunnel in the cosmic web. Uranus is going through big changes.

Last but not least, our home planet of earth is warming, the poles are about to shift north to south and the mantle is heaving from the core which is how the tectonic plate shift will occur. All of the MIND of all DNA on the planet is causing these changes to earth and to our sun. WE are changing the earth and the Sun, they are not changing us. Anyone who thinks DNA is not sentient and has no real power to change anything is in for a shock. DNA is Time itself. It is vitally important to meditate and set your intentions, mind and heart daily and take full control of every cell of your body. Unless you love cataclysm and fear mongering and look forward to suffering and decimation. I don’t. And it’s not necessary. Cataclysm focus is end times madness and it’s violent and mean. If that is your focus then that is what will come to your neck of the woods. We are co-creators with All That is.
The peak frequency is 60 at 3pm EST. We are in Antipode Red 1 Magnetic Earth and that is EXACTLY what this is. A very high level of ELM in the magnetosphere around the earth challenging our minds and bodies.

We are in the antipode energy of Yellow 13 Cosmic Warrior which REFINES our DNA in a challenging way to be more intelligent, fearless, wise, with high standards which isn’t terribly popular. It pulses on the right shoulder.
At dusk, at 10pm est, we move into Blue 1 Magnetic Eagle; vision pulsing on the right arm. It should ease up tonight as we move into a new 13-day cycle at midnight.
The full moon is exactly synchronized with the end of this 13 day cycle…of course. With what are you finished?

This is a New Testament passage that could be straight out of a physics book, written in 100 A.D.? Quantum physics teaches that something is made from nothing and that every cell of the apparent world is 99% empty space. In modern speak it could say,
Visualizing something you need or desire, putting true feeling into it manifests it in detail in time. It proves you have to believe in it before you see it. By doing this, the ancients understood magic which is simply a focused mind in meditation. Through creative visualization we understand that Source, The Logos, J.C. created the world by the power of his Mind and Heart, because he could, and because he felt like it. He wanted company. He needed friends.

The Moon continues its transit of Scorpio until 6:32 PM EDT, drawing us to transformative and emotionally moving experiences. We seek to explore deeper truths and motives. The Scorpio Moon is observant and intense. While it’s not always easy to get a good “read” on others today, it’s a fine time for exploring the layers of situations.
The Sagittarius Moon from 6:32 PM forward is spirited and adventurous. But while the Moon in Sagittarius encourages spontaneity and freedom, the Sun is about to form a bi-quintile with Pluto, and we can take a comfortably strategic approach to our lives. We’re creative with problem-solving, and we might gain an advantage or edge through a willingness to challenge ourselves.

He is Yellow 13 Cosmic Star, Kin 208, or the 208th step of the Yellow Southern Castle of Giving where the Tzolkin went awry, probably 208,000 years ago or an increment of that. Remember the Tzolkin moves in 260, 2600, 26,000, and 260,000-year cycles. Or half or double that; 13 and 52 and then add zeros.
I think he looks like part Reptilian which is the case for some humans. My fiance Michael had a Reptilian look and he was Red Serpent. Today is Red 8 Galactic Serpent. Aaron’s jersey number is 99. 9×2 = 18. 180 is half of a 360-degree circle which is the justification for the 12-month calendar. Time is then LOCKED into 3D.
He is not helping us unlock our birth family’s subconscious minds to become cosmic citizens, IMO. But corporate sports took over neighborhood, and provincial baseball long ago to make huge profits for themselves and ball players. Time is money to them. No, it’s not in reality. Time is art and Time is DNA. Time is us. Our time belongs to us and so do our bodies.
In that vital moment during the magic flight from the 208th step of cosmic star toward Moon Genesis, another spell was cast. Instead of the 13:260 ratio already stored deep within the crystal core of timeship earth, the planetary kin received the 12:60 ratio, the dark dreamspell of history. The promise of galactic time magic and cosmic selfhood was stolen from the planetary kin. The purpose of the twelve was to erase all memory of the monkey genesis when the planetary kin men and women equal in their magic powers lived by the thirteen moons. So the thriteenth moon was dismembered and added on as extra days to the calendar of twelve.

I love baseball and grew up watching the Cubs, but they haven’t won much over the years. It’s not fun to watch your team lose a lot but these guys are pretty regular, garden variety Illinois, much like the ivy and brick walls at Wrigley Field. I used to live in that neighborhood and so did my Aunt who we would visit as a kid. Then we’d walk to the ballpark.
Wrigley Field and the Cubs are as middle west as it gets and I love it. The baseball diamond is a great metaphor for the evolving tRNA cell. That section is in my book on page 31 of “Time is DNA”. It is a sport that has manifested right out of our subconscious minds illuminating how our family and childhood affect our DNA. Play ball!
But this fellow, Aaron Judge does not fit with my metaphor. Look at him! He looks like a plastic human to me, or shape-shifted. If he is, which would be great to prove with a DNA test.
We’re supposed to have an even playing field in sports. If his DNA is not just human…well, maybe they should have different teams for them so it’s fairer.
E.T. humanoid look different. He is not a normal, average human athlete and most would agree with me. He is considered the best baseball player on the planet. I would love to see a full analysis of his blood.
He plays for the New York Yankees of course, who freaking win the World Series all the time because their deck is stacked with…?
