Jazz heals my emotions as does walking and working out. I'm single, have one college-age son, and no pets. I like to have fun but I don't need drugs (alcohol esp.) to do so. I'm a peaceful, sober person, intelligent, (multi-talented they say), and interested in every aspect of life and people. Candles and gentle people calm me. I have my own successful holistic healing practice where I practice Reiki, deep tissue manual therapy, herbal medicine, and aromatherapy. I've worked very hard to be professional and super skilled at what I do. I'm also a degreed singer, pianist, flutist, and composer.
The gamma level hz happened at midnight in the QFactor deep earth. Today is Tone 2 in the Harmonic so this is a major synchronicity.
This is a huge synchronicity. I felt it this morning as I was reading the oracle. It’s Maldek karma being decided between the billionaire actors and politicians. There are big political games being played right now but there is something stronger in the background coming forward.
It is a swell from the collective, internationally. 8 billion humans are a far stronger force than the governments and the governments know it. The governments are full of fear and know they can’t drop a nuclear bomb on us anymore as they did in WWII on Japan. That will never happen again.
The question is, if we don’t want governments keeping order what do we want? Not anarchy and cannibalism like Haiti, out east of us in the Atlantic Ocean.
Beta Brainwaves are 12-30Hz. This sound level dominates earth’s surface dwellers. The Gamma pulse happened at midnight in QFactor, deep inner earth
This was yesterday. Assessing this is ever so interesting. I can feel what’s happening here the same way I did when I figured out the DNA alignments in the chart in my book. I feel like I’m an empathic channel for evolutionary levels and status for life on earth. I love humans, babies, animals, and plants, that’s for sure. And the trees… they are our ancestors and guides, profoundly so. Trees hold the grounding Qi for the entire planet, and our bodies when we walk are like a two prong electric plug into a socket.

I’ve left a space between the Van Allen Belt layers around the entire earth that add up to 13 layers; C1-Q4. As I said before, the Frequency layers for surface dwellers are incredibly uniform and consistent. If those ever started to tank, which I don’t think is possible, the human BRAIN would be getting blasted along with the rest of the DNA on the surface. Things could get violent. We are protected but it could get sketchy this year. Keep an eye on the F1-4 layers.
Tone 8-F1, Galactic layer pulses between theta, alpha, and beta. Remember it’s pulsars are earth based Tone 4 self-existing form and Tone 12 collective cooperation. When this finally goes up to beta hz and stays there, I think we will see 1, 5, 9, and 13 show up finally. Most humans and institutions still follow the faulty space coordinate of 12:60 and not in correct 13:20 time.
I changed the ScR layer names to our Tones. Good? Poor tone 13, all alone. Tone 12 did get up to 34 hz though.
Amplitudes are trying to rise on a Tone 1 magnetic day and so are the Qfactor layers in deep earth.
We have Q4-Tone 1 at 31 Hz again just like yesterday.
We see a completely lackluster and disappointing amplitude layer for C1. Tone 13 is not coming visible. The amplitude was up to 45 yesterday though! Maybe that was all we got.
The frequencies are once again uniform and high

Delta waves are 0.5-4hz. Asleep. TODAY, this was the Amplitude layer, but A1Dusk went into Alpha hz.
Theta waves are 4-8hz. Sleepy but awake subconscious eyes open. TODAY, this was QFactor, Q1-Q2
Alpha waves are 8-12 hz. Relaxed, unfocused, nothing, meditation, conscious. TODAY this was was Qfactor Q3, Tone 2
Beta waves are 12-30 hz. Busy, thinking, reasoning, figuring, moving, eating, drinking, social, FOMO, burning brain cells. This is the frequency layer on the surface of the earth, F1-F4, all the time. This is extraordinary. When you go out your front door, you’re in betaville. TODAY, this was Q4 at Noon and Midnight, Tone 1.
Gamma waves are 25-100hz. This is intuition, pattern reckoning, research, reading, thinking, figuring stuff out, nerdvana, science, high IQ. TODAY, this was Q4 and F4 at Dawn and midnight. Tones 1 and 5, which pulse to Tone 13.
Let’s think about this. The amps were very low today but yesterday was 45hz at dusk so we had a burst of Gamma brain in TONE 12! Did we see news at night that blew our minds up? Idk. I don’t watch MSM but I saw news on X from yesterday that was mind-blowing evil. It’s normal now.
Deep earth is processing our Theta waves, subconscious Hidden Wisdom.

The surface of the earth is hyper in beta waves all the time during the day. No wonder I don’t like being social during the day. I flux between alpha meditation in the house and with patients and gamma hz mind-blowing up in my office..
Gamma waves hit our brains in the middle of the night and as soon as we wake up. It’s happens to me constantly. It comes from inner earth and then right to the surface at dawn. That’s hilarious. It’s exact.
Gamma waves, which measure between 25 and 100 Hz, are the fastest wavelength brain waves that are linked to activities such as learning, problem-solving, and information processing.
I’m literally doing this 6 hours a day. No wonder I get so hungry. The brain burns the most calories. I better walk more and go into alpha.
It’s another perspective. I’m not sure they have read Earth Ascending, which is a very difficult book. It is my main source of information on this subject.
I’ve watched three quarters of this video and I don’t agree with all of it; their perspective on dimensions or the body.
THESE RED LIGHTS ARE NOT AURORAS: Last Sunday, March 3rd, a CME hit Earth’s magnetic field. The surprisingly strong impact sparked a G2-class geomagnetic storm with bright auroras around the Arctic Circle. Upon closer inspection, however, not all of those lights were auroras. Some were “SAR arcs”:

SARs were discovered in 1956 at the beginning of the Space Age. Researchers didn’t know what they were and unwittingly gave them a misleading name: “Stable Auroral Red arcs” or SARs. In fact, they are not auroras.
Auroras appear when charged particles rain down from space, hitting the atmosphere and causing it to glow like the picture tube of an old color TV. SARs form differently. They are a sign of heat energy leaking into the upper atmosphere from Earth’s ring current system, a donut-shaped circuit carrying millions of amps around our planet. During the geomagnetic storm of March 3rd, this ring current sprang a significant leak. (That is the AMPLITUDE layer of the ScR. It could be supporting the C1 Cosmic layer to appear that pluses with Tone13.-LT)
The same red arcs were widely observed from Latvia to eastern Russia. Vladimir Nerush photographed this fragment just east of Moscow:
“It emerged from the trees and passed right by the Pleiades,” says Nerush. “The red color was so pure.”
Indeed, SAR arcs are among the reddest things in the sky, with a monochromatic glow at 6300 Å that comes from atomic oxygen in the upper atmosphere. The human eye is relatively insensitive to light at this wavelength; we have a hard time seeing SAR arcs. Cameras catch them easily, though. Pro tip for photographers: Use a 6300 Å filter.
The energy level is low and sleepy today. People who thrive on conflict and drama won’t find it.
Today is 9Storm Tryptophan, a blue transformer tribe on the 9~5 solar to radiant pulse. It’s A4 layer in the ionosphere.
This was Princess Diana’s birth gateway and Camille Paglia, writer. I don’t wish working on sealing the matrix of self-generation on anyone on this planet. By every means possible, the nefarious elite know how to hijack every ounce of human energy, including the children’s energy, by using money and outside institutions to do it. People who do self-generate and take care of themselves are not respected but attacked. Therapists always counsel patients to take care of themselves and usually serve as good examples by doing it themselves at great resistance. Hopefully it will end soon and the vampiring of energy from others will end.
With Blue Storm we see extreme changes in the barometer and sometimes dangerous storms as far as weather.

Jupiter, Mercury, and Uranus are also pulsing in time.
Mercury aligns with Neptune today, easing tension or releasing mental blocks. We’re thinking or talking about our dreams and ideals. It can be a day of interesting ideas, tastes, conversations, and musings. With this transit, we’re more inclined to apply our intuition to everyday issues and problems. Our minds are open to many different possibilities and options as we see beyond physical or material concerns and solutions. Communications can be inspired and inspirational, quite fanciful, or vague and unclear, and possibly deceptive. It’s best to watch for attempts to escape definitions and responsibilities, but re-framing things before we make decisions can be most helpful. Mercury’s semi-square to Jupiter furthers a theme of unusual perceptions and perspectives as we try to make sense of the information before us and attempt to find meaning in it. With this combination, we tend to inflate the positive of a situation. (9Eagle) We may feel a little overwhelmed with information or, on the other side, overlook essential details. There’s a tendency to exaggerate or dramatize as tedious mental tasks are especially difficult to digest. I still feel very different when I start my day. It feels like 20% of the earth compaction has lifted on our minds. We have more room to think our own thoughts and feel what we feel. I hope this continues.

In time, we are mediated by Neptune, Uranus, Venus, and Saturn. There are Jupiter aspects in 3D again.
In time, Jupiter mediates the arms, Blue Eagle~Yellow Seed. My patients keep coming in with left arm and shoulder problems as well as me. There is something big going on on Jupiter and Saturn, which figure prominently in the Oracle. Take care of yourself and release resentment about the abuse of authority on this planet. It’s the past.
Under the influence of an Aquarius Moon all day, we have an emotional need for freedom and independence. We thrive on intellectual stimulation, change, and unusual or unconventional experiences. Trying to pin us down to deadlines and routines could be a lesson in frustration today. On the other hand, it can be a good time to break out of routines and ruts. We should, however, watch for going overboard to combat boredom. (This is in sync with our guide power, White 8 Wind mediated by Uranus, which rules ♒️ Aquarius.)
With the Moon’s square to Jupiter, there can be some restlessness or competing ambitions and needs.
Still, with Jupiter’s trine to Juno today, we might take steps to strengthen our relationships by putting more faith in our relationships and one another. There can be a focus on sharing or blending beliefs, morals, and values; or we are more obviously growing and improving through each other. We may be making big plans with a significant someone. Having combined or shared goals and ambitions can be a bonding factor.

COMET 12P AND THE ANDROMEDA GALAXY: This week, cryovolcanic comet 12P/Pons-Brooks is passing by the Andromeda Galaxy in the western evening sky. Petr Horálek photographed the wide conjunction from Revúca, Slovakia:
“This was wild,” says Horálek. “On March 5th, I drove 300 km to Telgart, Slovakia, where the forecast predicted clear skies. But the forecast was wrong!
When I reached Telgart, the sky was hopelessly cloudy. I almost gave up and was returning home through truly thick fog when, abruptly, the sky cleared. I pulled into a field where the comet was low over the horizon and blindly took this exposure.”
It turned out pretty well.
Photographers, if you have clear skies, this is a good week to photograph Comet 12P/Pons-Brooks. It is about 10 degrees from the Andromeda Galaxy and bright enough to catch with a short nighttime exposure. The Andromeda Galaxy is magnitude +3.4 (visible to the naked eye on moonless nights); Comet 12P is not far behind at magnitude +5.5. Point your cameras here.
Remember that the TIME are the colored lines. Along the bottom are the Tones or layers and on the left are the hertz levels of sound.
This was yesterday, 3/5/24. Tone 6 is F3. That was normal Pulsars are 2 and 10 so Q3 and A3. Tone 6 is Rhythmic so it’s like the chaos of the adjustment to HF33.
This is today, 3/6/24. Tone 7 is F2. We had some high dawn activity but that’s because it’s resonant. It’s a windup.

The next column is HF36, starting with Red 11 Spectral Dragon. This is heavy disintegration of our structures, our old moldy biases and institutions, and traditions in our way of doing things. There is no more support for it. I’m fairly traditional in my private life, so I’m not crazy about what’s coming. But my Higher Self is.

It would pulse to all humans CNS or Central Axis of Timelessness, the Mystic Column through the earth and the ionosphere.
It starts at HF31 which is in the N. Polar Zone of Earth. It is Red 4 Self-Existing Dragon. How very appropriate. It grounds the fact that our origin as humans started with Cysteine, Red Dragon, Primordial mother and nurturing. We are to be SELF-EXISTING, interdependent, not dependent or completely independent and controlled by our family for our entire lives.
On the Earth Holon, Red Dragon Time portal is found over India, China, and part of the Middle East, Iran, Iraq the cradle of civilization! Then it keeps moving down the planet, up, over, across, up and down for 20 days from HF31 to HF35 until it reaches HF36 where we end with the OMEGA point on Red 11 Spectral Dragon which means it breaks up our bodies for a new frequency. That’s what we’re doing here. Aligning our body frequency to match the rest of the local universe. We need to catch up.
Today is Red 7 Resonant Earth governing synchronicity and mediated by Uranus.
Channeling just happens when you meditate and get the Central Axis spinning. Even 10 minutes a day is beneficial. You could just ask,”What do I need to see today?” You may get one word or one symbol or something else. Attune yourself to natural messages.
We begin a new HF35 today, 4 days after the end of HF33 and the epic time pivot. Today we have another pivot. It’s the Return Body Node Point REVOLUTION (which is Aquarius and Uranus!)-“Everything is done in.” Well, it is for them but not us who have been undeservedly on the butt end of their usage. The energies are opening up for us to live our truth and have what we need. This is a cleansing time.
HF35 is a Planetary Matrix to self-regulate the universal fire of manifestation as we move to Yellow 10 Sun by Saturday. The YiChing Hx is 49: Revolution-Molting which is what birds do when they drop their feathers. For us that would be unneeded layers on our bodies whether it be fat or the defensive armoring of too much muscle. Individuals do what they need to do to feel safe on this abusive planet. Fat accentuates DEFENSIVE INTERNAL QI and too much hard muscle accentuates DEFENSIVE EXTERNAL QI. I’ve seen it in my office for 25 years. Our culture demands we lie about our true feelings-it has for millenia. Now it can come out.
Every day since 2/29/24, I’ve felt happy when I wake up as though a huge burden of BS has been lifted. My brain no longer feels irradiated, and my body is happy to lighten up. How do you feel since the time pivot in HF33? We’re on a new path.
Our Guide Power is Red 7 Resonant Moon or feelings that resonate with others. Stay observant today as you circulate in the collective. Stay open to guidance from Spirit. With HF33 protected now from nefarious, people are waking up and releasing, able to speak their truth. Emotion may rush forward.
Be supportive of your fellows and yourself. If someone needs a hug, do so. We all have layers to unpeel from oppression on this planet that we did not cause. No guilt. Just free and heal yourself. Be good.

Uranus, Mercury, Earth, and Jupiter are all pulsing on the 7~7 pulsar in time today so this energy is circling continuously.
The astrological alignments seem to be at the tail end of yesterday’s time pulse. We have some lag time which I see often when the two dimensions are trying to sync. Yesterday had Mars mediating the antipode and Capricorn loomed large. It still does today because of the moon placement. I feel it has to do with the Tiamat karma. It changes time because people’s minds are still waking up to the truth.
The Sun forms a semi-square with Pluto this morning, suggesting a struggle to let go of the inconsequential. We might crave a sense of control over events, relationships, and circumstances, becoming frustrated at any sign that we don’t have it. Tensions can surface if we’ve been holding onto worries and concerns. The more we bottle up, the more pressure builds. However, healthier strategies are easier to come by as the day advances.
A Mars-Chiron sextile is gently motivating, generating enthusiasm and healing power. An opportunity can arise to take the lead or take action that leads to healing, cleansing, or teaching. We can feel a pleasant, motivating sense of mission, and we’re fearless about addressing problem areas.
