Jazz heals my emotions as does walking and working out. I'm single, have one college-age son, and no pets. I like to have fun but I don't need drugs (alcohol esp.) to do so. I'm a peaceful, sober person, intelligent, (multi-talented they say), and interested in every aspect of life and people. Candles and gentle people calm me. I have my own successful holistic healing practice where I practice Reiki, deep tissue manual therapy, herbal medicine, and aromatherapy. I've worked very hard to be professional and super skilled at what I do. I'm also a degreed singer, pianist, flutist, and composer.
When I woke up this morning, Spirit was telling me to move lightly with positive emotion before I stood up. Use the violet flame, and don’t focus on how your body felt before. The new ascension energies are streaming in for us, and our bodies need to accept the adjustment. If we resist, we get sick. Eat some food that brings happiness but no gluttony. We need little food and much water. Cburn up your own positive little vortex for yourself and stay away from toxic people, places, and media.
Today is Tone 2 Stop Codon, so we’re at the end of an evolving sequence. l’m interested in Q3, F3, and A3 as pulsars.
Q4, 3, and 2 are at the VERY TOP of their range at dusk, which is 17 along the bottom.
The frequencies are normal.
The amplitudes at noon are all at the top of their range. Things are quiet on the sun for now.
The high levels could be caused by natural earth changes. The climate here in MI is not good. There is no snow in January, and it’s very warm for this time of year.Sweden is having anomalies from frigid weather.
It went down right when the tracking was primed to hit new levels. They know we’re watching it and maybe don’t want humans to have cosmic feedback. That would be empowering. Sounds paranoid, but they’ve kept all empowering info from us for 100 years. The black spaces on the chart are blackouts.
The better possibility is that the levels were so off the charts that their instrument wouldn’t measure it. Let’s go with that. Lol
The Tomsk station is in the Red Dragon time Portal right next to Red Serpent. Russia and China are Draco-Reptilian seeds of humanity.
Can time really be measured? It’s like trying to measure 0 or infinity. ♾️ Ultimately, there is no time. It’s an illusion, a ghost of manifestation of stuff for learning only.
So, no, it can not really be measured. That’s why the days pass in life, babies grow up, houses and mates come and go and before you know it, you can feel that time didn’t really pass at all yet you called it years.
Something always stood still, no movement unless your mind or heart really changed. Somehow, that is beyond your body. It’s your breath.
The Time Portals are real. NASA acknowledges their existence, and I posted about it on here. There are gateways on earth to these spacetime portals, but they are not to be toyed with. And as I’ve said, you can’t necessarily go through. Time Travel, at this point in our awareness, is not heartily supported by Universe Watchers.
You might dream about a necessary time period. In that dream, you may be told what to have with you to survive. You can get to the portal. It activates for you because you know someone in that time period. Here are the locations. If you hear and feel a very loud buzzing sound, be careful, it’s activated for you. Others with you may not hear it which means they have to stay in this current time.

BRACE FOR IMPACT: A CME is expected to graze Earth’s magnetic field today, Jan. 2nd. Normally, grazing impacts have little effect, but this one might be different. THE FIRST AURORAS OF THE YEAR: On Jan. 1st, a crack opened in Earth’s magnetic field. Solar wind poured through the gap and fueled the first auroras of 2024. Northern lights tour guide Chris Percival photographed the display over Vesterålen, Norway:
“Our guests had a fantastic display here tonight in Arctic Norway,” says Percival. “Shortly after the Moon rose and lit up the landscape, the aurora borealis decided to make a powerful appearance.”

This means that the gender balance karma from Tiamat between Red Serpent patriarchy and its analog support White 9 Wizard is going to kick into human events to push the envelope.
Such as the transgender movement that is hitting below the belt in my home right now with my son, who says he wants to get surgery to become female. 😳🤯😳🤯. Uh. No. And he is as male as can be in his physique and female as can be in his sensitivity and emotion. We raised him to be balanced.
This generation of kids is pulling out the stops to destroy patriarchy, and all we call normal as far as male and female. We got into a big fight.
He said, “Mom, maybe we all need to evolve into ONE GENDER, or no gender.” Holy s…. No.
He is an Aquarius. Kid is from another planet-Uranus. I am extremely open-minded, but it is mind-bending to think that all of nature could evolve to no longer be male and female. I’m not there yet or won’t be!! Idk.
David has passed now. He was ill at home when Dr.Salla interviewed him. He is a brilliant man with many awards from the government.

I’m caught up on tracking the readings for all 12 layers of the ScR so I’ll give a shrot update here.
12/30/23- 6Asparagine symbolized as Blue 6 Rhythmic Monkey
The theme pulsed on F3, Tone 6 layer. It was consistently 20.14Hz all day.
The minor pulsars were A3 and Q3. A3 shot up to 20hz, the top of the range at Noon. Q3 shot up to the top of the range to 21hz at Dusk.
This was the day the app kept 62 on there as the amplitude in A1, the very top layer and left it there, even though it plummetted to 3 by dusk. Idk why they did that. Also notable was A2 at 40hz at noon
Once again the 4 FREQUENCY layers at the surface of the earth stayed UNIFORM level.
12/31/23- 7Glutamic Acid, Yellow 7 Resonant Human
Our theme was F2, Tone 7 and it stayed fairly level again on all 4 layers
The minor pulsars were A2 and Q2. A2 was up to 35.2hz at dawn and 25.2hz at noon. A3 was up to 20hz at Noon.
The Q2 tone 3 pulsar shot up to 17hz at Dusk and then Q4 supported going up to 29 at dusk. Q4 was 25hz at midnight.
Outer Radiation belt has 4 amplitude layers (supposedly 5 with Tone 13). Inner Radiation Belt has 4 frequency layers that hum in unison above the earth’s surface. The inner Earth radiation layers have 4 QFactor layers. So as you look at the picture, 3 x 4 = 12; Earth, Inner Outer. But actually 13 once we uplevel.
I posted a new video from Corey yesterday, and he said our military was in touch with The Archtects. I immediately saw The Guardians in my mind from Craig Campobasso’s book.
I remember when I was first reading this that I had a strong intuitive response to them and made a note at the end.
It would be a mistake for our military “to obey” these people, and Corey was indicating that the generals were. I’ll find the spot in the video. Start at 31:00. None of these changes are about religion or The Masons. It’s nature and evolution.

I’ve been following disclosure since 2018 through a few people. Corey is a main one, and he and David Wilcock have been through quite a bit of duress.
I can’t believe Corey is still talking about morals and religion. There is no more of any of that. When he talks about the Generals and the Bible…umm, no.

At 41:00, someone asked about synchronicity. I sent Corey my book, but apparently, he didn’t read it. He’s right about how complex it is, but we are running the show, whereas Corey feels he is played on. He has a victim, complex. He’s confused. I’m not. No one is supposed to hold onto anything and.frankly I never have.
AI is not going to take over. Corey can’t predict that. In fact, last year, he said it would be destroyed.

The magnetosphere or Psi Bank, where the ScR is measured, is 40,000 miles above the earth. Hypothetically, this is where the Tones of Creation pulse.

RECORD-COLD WEATHER IN THE STRATOSPHERE: Now we know why polar stratospheric clouds (PSCs) have suddenly exploded. According to NASA’s MERRA-2 climate model, temperatures in the Arctic stratosphere just hit a 40-year record low for the month of December:
Cold air in the stratosphere is exactly what PSCs require. Normally, the stratosphere has no clouds at all. But when the temperature drops to a staggeringly-low -85 C, widely-spaced water molecules coalesce into ice crystals and PSCs begin to form. Their aurora-like colors make them the most beautiful clouds on Earth.
PSCs are normally confined to the Arctic where the stratosphere is coldest. During this week’s extreme cold wave, the clouds descended all the way to mid-latitudes. Here they are over Locarno,Switzerland (+46N): (This is the Yellow Sun Tribe portal area, 60°N-15°W.)
“I saw these clouds for the first time on Dec. 22nd,” says photographer Branca Cristina. “The colors were amazing!” (We were on Yellow Sun tribe on Dec. 19th)
At the same time, the clouds were sighted in Torun, Italy (+45N); the next morning they appeared again in Lausanne, Switzerland (+47N). These are extraordinary excursions from normal PSC habitat.
The season for PSCs usually starts in January. The current cold wave has given the season an early start, and could herald many more PSCs in the weeks ahead. To help sky watchers catch these rare clouds, we will henceforth publish daily predictions of temperatures in the Arctic stratosphere. CHANCE OF FLARES TODAY: Don’t be surprised if there is an M-class solar flare today. At least three sunspots have unstable magnetic fields teetering on the edge of such an explosion: AR3519, AR3521, AR3529. NOAA forecasters peg the odds at 40%. PSCs SPILL OUT OF THE ARCTIC: Normally, polar stratospheric clouds (PSCs) are confined inside the Arctic Circle. Only above the poles can the stratosphere become cold enough to create these rare clouds. However, during this week’s outbreak of PSCs, the clouds have spilled out of the Arctic to places they are seldom seen. Last night, Vincent Phillips witnessed their aurora-like colors near Liverpool, UK:
“A small gap in storm Pia’s cloud cover just after sunset revealed this stunning display of polar ptratospheric clouds,” says Phillips. “We saw them from Hale village near Liverpool [more than 13 degrees below the Arctic Circle].”
Widely considered to be the most beautiful clouds on Earth, polar stratospheric clouds are a sign of extreme cold. PSCs form when the temperature in the Arctic stratosphere drops to a staggeringly-low -85 C. Then, and only then, can widely-spaced water molecules in the dry stratosphere coalesce into tiny ice crystals. High-altitude sunlight shining through the crystals creates intense iridescent colors that rival auroras.
Something new: For the rest of this northern winter season, we will publish daily predictions of temperatures in the Arctic stratosphere. This will help sky watchers know when to look for these rare clouds. The predictions are right here.

I am looking at layers A3, pulse F3, and pulse Q3 of the SchumannResonance. Allplitudes rose from dawn to dusk. A1 was 14 at dusk. The frequency layer was again uniform next to the earth.
Q1 and 2 rose all day, Q3 dropped, and Q4 rose.
Today is White 10 Planetary Wind mediated by Uranus, which is the planetary ruler of Aquarius ♒️
This is a perfect mantra for Solstice as the winds of time change our bodies and minds in the time matrix of illusion. Much is coming closer to the truth in the collective outward reflection. Inwardly, many are in fear or casting off their own lives and sitting in a twilight zone, realizing they have a 3D life of illusion carved out for them by the narrative. They follow the OUTER movement, not INNER movement, so their compass is swinging wildly. They need to find their center, and I see it more acutely in my patients.
This is a time of fulfillment for millions of light workers and truth seekers who have said for hundreds of years that we are not alone and have been chastised for it. The military whistleblowers also. We are called selfish for following our inner self to live, not the outer self to die. Consider the source.
Our E.T. ancestors are real. The genie can not be put back in the bottle, and the elite who have conducted crimes against humanity are scared to death.Why do humans think they might be able to get away with severe mischief and harm?
We are guided by the power of manifested love. There are millions of loving people on earth. I hope we all find one another. As the fear increases with disclosure, it will be interesting to see how people deal with it.

There is no mention of winter Solstice from the astrologers. How odd.
The Sun enters Capricorn today, where it will transit until January 20th. During this cycle, we’re motivated by feelings of responsibility, ambition, and respect for law and order .Completion and accomplishment are satisfying during this sun transit.
♑️ Capricorn wants tangible results, knows what is feasible, and is most comfortable working within an established framework and known boundaries or limits. Standards, structures, and an appreciation for order are Capricorn themes. Working towards a long-term goal is the most motivating effect of this influence.
Mercury’s sextile to Saturn this morning (White 10 Dog is our guide power this morning mediated by Mercury!) grounds our thinking. We might return to a practical conversation or method with success now. Reasoning things logically and step by step can be beneficial and even soothing.
With Mars quincunx Uranus(Uranus mediates our theme and analog!), we could be dealing with minor changes of plans or a restless urge for change that interferes with the flow. Some fear of change can stop us in our tracks temporarily. Our efforts to satisfy our desires can miss the mark, but this gives us a chance to make refinements and recalibrate.
The Moon is void from 9:47 PM EST, with the Moon’s last aspect before changing signs (a trine to the Sun), until the Moon enters Taurus at 9:50 PM EST (very brief).
