Jazz heals my emotions as does walking and working out. I'm single, have one college-age son, and no pets. I like to have fun but I don't need drugs (alcohol esp.) to do so. The QI acupen I use on my patients is precisely this way. It’s got a battery but is activated by one hand on the patient’s body and pulsing the tip on the contracted muscle with the other. Then, the muscle shakes. Most patients like it because the muscle needs activation. It’s not an electrical shock. It’s just enough QI to get it moving. Then they get my manual therapy/Reiki and are cured over time. There is no need for surgery or drugs.
When you work out, you use your own ELM QI to move your muscles, which is very healthy in moderation. If you overdo it you risk injury because your yang qi is not balanced with your yin qi, force, and reception, male and female, light and dark, hot and cold, and so forth. All men and women have to balance their yin and yang.
The threat is from our own government, not the stellar species. I just don’t believe that most Americans trust our incredibly corrupt government more than benevolent ET. But they are brainwashed to need to believe our government is June and Wally Cleaver.

The frequency is very low at a low amplitude, so as I said, we’re trying to calm ourselves way down before we uplevel again to say 8.6 or 8.7 frequency would be therapeutic, IMO

8serine, 8lysine, 8methionine, 8arginime, 6histine. 5gforce is 6arginine, so the antipode challenge of Blue Eagle vision is pulsing occult today in 5D.
Unless we work the light and not shadow of Blue Eagle arginine attributes, today could go conflictual quite easily. The 5GForce, Blue 6 Eagle is Corey Goode, so maybe he’ll have an update today.
Blue Eagle is an independent, committed visionary. With Tone 8 today, they have high integrity and want to harmonize, not fight. But Corey is a Tone 6, which is rhythmic, so his vision seeks to balance and incite division in order to get to the truth. That is our 5GForce today! He does not have a lot of compassion. He’d rather kick some butt. He’s pretty rough, but that’s how some people are. I know quite a few warrior type people. I’m a loving warrior and a chipmunk compared to most Blue Eagle kin, no matter how wild I sound on here. I work with the Universe though and have little to no faith in human leadership, nor do I trust them.
Just think of the the bird! They are carnivore hunters. Remember that birds evolved from reptiles and there you see the reptile as our theme. And then mammals evolved from birds. It’s all very cozy until any of them rip you limb from limb because they run too much testosterone. Humans are amazing and dangerous.
In 4D time, we can HARMOMIZE our baser instincts like overeating and being lusty or violent and calm down our emotions through meditation and selfcare. It’s time for humans to seriously shrink their bodies and not have so many babies. Women need to be educated and leaders rather than reproduce, IMO. The reproduction rate has plummeted 20%, which I view as ok for now. We’re finding a stasis point.

The Moon leaves Capricorn at 4:42 AM EDT when it moves into Aquarius. Friends, community, groups, causes, and happiness goals can be in stronger focus now.
The Moon opposes Venus and later Mars, and we can be temperamental. (Not in 4D). Its square to Jupiter also inclines us to overdo or overshoot. (This IS highly in 4D with Blue Eagle mediated by Jupiter!)
These transits excite our passions, although we may feel less in control of them than usual. We should watch for impulsive decisions and actions.
However, we’re heading toward a Venus-Uranus quintile, and we notice and appreciate the more unique elements of people, situations, and projects later today. (harmonizing)

Right now our Solar System is in the most pivotal phases of choosing our timelines. As I stated prior, each star or planet is its own sphere of time that flows differently than all others. On Earth, Humanity is in a fever pitch battle to decide between timelines. This battle is being made even more difficult to fight due to the energetic changes that are affecting Humanity. The energies ramped up slowly over decades so that Humanity didn’t notice… Even now, people are in the midst of stress induced mental psychosis yet don’t realize that they are acting as crazy as everyone else. Humanity has a tall order… overcoming our collective Karma while going through this energetic process is the only way we will earn a positive timeline.
What is happening on Earth is the biggest show in the Galaxy right now. We have many civilizations that are observing us and rooting for us to win this battle. The Orion Group and Human Cabal is extremely worried that we will come together and choose a reality free of their prison disguised as a civilization… This is why the powers that be have completely divided every group possible on a global level. They take advantage of the end times madness that is supposed to be a catalyst to push us to evolve and turn it into a weapon of fear and control. How many of us are able to snap out of our current way of thinking and burry the hatchet with the groups we are battling — realizing that the division was caused by our common enemy?
It appears my next briefings won’t occur until sometime in June. I was told they will be pretty comprehensive and mostly have to do with the cleanup of the Galaxy of the Orion Group and their allies. They are mostly forced back to a few solar systems that they have beach heads in – including our own solar system. The Orion Group is cornered but not fully defeated… but soon will be. While the various ETs and some Human groups are out fighting the last vestiges of the Orion Group… They are counting on us to do our part here on Earth by choosing a positive timeline and entering a new era of evolution and ascension. On this blog, this is nothing new because of my posts from Corey and Dr. Salla, but for some reason, it has to be released through channels in the mai stream. Human society authority is odd.
Plus, all of the hundreds of documentaries on Netflix and GAIA. I guess they’re catching up.
They are seeing an 819-day cycle in the archaeology. 820 days would just be 3, 260-day cycles and 2 20-day cycles, or one 19-day cycle, so they may have happened on a Maya stone journal of an event that lasted that long. Probably having to do with Sun Worship ritual, like a church calendar for them. It is the sacred count of creation and evolution!
I just checked the Tzolkin. Kin 39 is Blue 13 Cosmic Storm, tribe 19 hitting on a kin ending in 9 all the time, and Kin 40 is Yellow 1 Magnetic Sun, tribe 20, same idea. There is nothing perplexing about it if you study the Tzolkin. The Maya were Sun worshipers or at least honored it in an epic way, as do I.
If they want complex, I’ve got far more than that for them, and Jose deciphered or channeled it, and now I’ve deciphered and channeled it up another level.
It’s something that even the academics don’t understand the math or the patterns, much less my followers. Kudos to those of you who have stuck with this.
I understand it. All I have left are the Tones of Creation, but my new laptop is in the shop, so that is on hold while I ponder X.com subscription content, keep my eye on Mr. X White 3 WB, and brainstorm on a new app I want to create.
And praying 🙏 for AI to slow down. Unleashing it on humans is like handing a loaded gun to a toddler.
