@realintelligenc. No, not anymore. They, or he, ran me off the platform by dog piling me with 20 fake Elon’s per day. The fakes blocked any real Interaction with people I followed and the algorithm made sure I went nowhere.
I was posting strongly on what I care about: disclosure, Dr. Greers posts and REAL ET events, and objectification of women. X is full of ufology distraction. Elon publicly denies the existence of ET which is outrageous.
My work is innovative and smart. That also wasn’t tolerated. Women are objectified on X unless they join the Elon cheerleading cult. I’m not allowed on there. I’m not here to agree with Elon but to challenge him to learn about TIME and the body, not just AI, space, and money.
I’m not using my name. There are too many Lisa Townsend’s in the world. I am Lisa K. Townsend. Not that it matters. No woman matters unless she takes her clothes off, unfortunately.

He makes the point about dualism in time without realizing it. By the way, look at how unbalanced his eyes are and thus his brain. Put one hand over one side of his face and then one hand over the other.
I see this often in people. For good health, you must align both sides of the brain. This means dealing with your feelings and opening your heart. You should also be rational and organized. Being detached is necessary when it’s called for. How?
Counseling, Reiki, and meditation. There are also brain herbs you can take. Exercise balances the brain also. Keep the blood circulating.
I think Steve Jobs was repressed. Maybe he was autistic. Earth is very difficult for those of us who don’t feel like we fit in here.
He starts by talking about tension, standards, and innovation. This describes dualism. Its attributes are Tone 2 and polarization. This was exact synchronicity coming up on X today. Standards are the past, and innovation is the future, so we’re talking about the 2 strands of DNA. Baselines are also called touchstones in psychology. Religion, holidays, education, and rituals are touchstones to help some humans feel secure. It makes others, like me, feel very insecure. I live for ideas and thinking. I do not cling to the past or stay in one place. I didn’t come to earth to feel secure. This is not a secure planet, and I never expect it to be. I find that to be realistic. I find other ways to feel happy rather than needing to feel secure.
Evolution is the CA strand of DNA, civilizational advance, past to present. Revolution is the AC strand of DNA, aboriginal continuity, future to the present. They both coalesce in the Axis spine of the DNA or Infinity. That is the central column right down the middle with HF33 at the center. These are the GAP kin. They are the Galactic Activation Portal gateways in the center of the harmonic. The dark green boxes represent the spine of the DNA strands.
So evolution tends to be the standard bearer of tradition. It tries to hold on to the past and bring it forward. However, it will not succeed. The older generation dies. The young generation is born with their agenda from the universe. They arrive as time onto the planet.
George Bush Jr. is a hack of HF33. It woke me up this morning at 3am. These c&^%$ are something. A subconscious slip here while he’s giving a speech about invading Iraq, which he did, from 2003-2011 to set humanity back, when he meant to say Ukraine.
He is also, very synchronistically, Sun in Cancer, the Cardinal Water Sign that fits perfectly with Red Moon, Universal Feelings.

The George W. Bush administration began actively pressing for military intervention in Iraq in late 2001. The primary rationalization for the Iraq War was articulated by a joint resolution of the United States Congress known as the Iraq Resolution. The US claimed the intent was to “disarm Iraq of weapons of mass destruction, to end Saddam Hussein’s support for terrorism, and to free the Iraqi people”.[1]
In the lead-up to the invasion, the United States and the United Kingdom claimed that Saddam Hussein was developing weapons of mass destruction and that he thus presented a threat to his neighbors and to the world community. That turned out to be a bald faced lie.
Throughout late 2001, 2002, and early 2003, the Bush administration worked to build a case for invading Iraq, culminating in then-Secretary of State Colin Powell‘s February 2003 address to the Security Council.[3] Shortly after the invasion, the Central Intelligence Agency, Defense Intelligence Agency, and other intelligence agencies largely discredited evidence related to Iraqi weapons as well as alleged links to al-Qaeda, and at this point, the Bush and Blair administrations began to shift to secondary rationales for the war, such as the Saddam Hussein government’s human rights record and promoting democracy in Iraq.[4][5]
Opinion polls showed that people of nearly all countries opposed a war without a UN mandate and that the perception of the United States as a danger to world peace had significantly increased.[6][7] UN Secretary-General Kofi Annan described the war as illegal, saying in a September 2004 interview that it was “not in conformity with the Security Council”.[8]

SPACEX JUST PUNCHED A HOLE IN THE IONOSPHERE: On the evening of July 19th, SpaceX launched a Falcon 9 rocket from Vandenberg Space Force Base in California. Sky watchers from southern California to Arizona witnessed a magnificent exhaust plume. At the San Francisco Volcanic Field north of Flagstaff, photographer Jeremy Perez saw something extra:
“After the rocket passed overhead, a red fluorescent glow expanded southward and crossed over the Milky Way,” says Perez. “It was visible for almost 20 minutes.”
The red glow is a sign that the rocket punched a hole in the ionosphere–something SpaceX and others have been doing for years. One famous example occured on August 25, 2017, when a Falcon 9 rocket carrying Taiwan’s FORMOSAT-5 satellite created a hole four times bigger than the state of California. On June 19, 2022, another Falcon 9 punched a hole over the east coast of the USA, sparking a display of red lights from New York to the Carolinas that many observers mistook for aurora borealis.
“This is a well studied phenomenon when rockets are burning their engines 200 to 300 km above Earth’s surface,” explains space physicist Jeff Baumgardner of Boston University. “The red glow appears when exhaust gasses from the rocket’s 2nd stage cause the ionosphere to recombine quickly.”
Rocket engines spray water (H2O) and carbon dioxide (CO2) into the ionosphere, quenching local ionization by as much as 70%. A complicated series of charge exchange reactions between oxygen ions (O+) and molecules from the rocket exhaust produce photons at a wavelength of 6300 Å–the same color as red auroras.

“I reviewed footage from the July 19th launch,” says Baumgardner. “It shows the second stage engine burning at 286 km near the ionosphere’s F-region peak for that time of day. So, it is quite possible that an ionospheric ‘hole’ was made.”
Once rare, ionospheric “punch holes” are increasingly common with record numbers of rocket launches led by SpaceX sending Starlink satellites to low-Earth orbit. Ham radio operators may notice them when shortwave signals fail to skip over the horizon, shooting through holes instead of bouncing back to Earth. Sudden GPS errors can also result from the anomalies. These effects may be troublesome, but they are shortlived; re-ionization occurs as soon as the sun comes up again.

Grusch was a disclosure staged Hollywood deal prepped for Congress. The narrative being to keep the negative view of ET and a war going that is false and unnecessary.
Keep in mind, and tell your friends, there is a big difference between the Earth Alliance who are the White Hats, not fake, not Hollywood, not pandering to politics, not c_)(*. They are thousands of whistleblowers over the years who are mostly military and they tell the truth.

Generalized anxiety is epidemic right now. I had two patients cancel this week because they couldn’t leave the house. It’s not good for them and it’s not good for business.
Small business is taking a hit in this new society that is falling apart, but I’m not anxious about it. Lightworkers have been looking forward to it. I know there is income out there, and some will come my way because I offer an indispensable service; PEACE. Reiki clears the etheric body, which is old negative feelings and new negative feelings about the future.
You’re able to release past and future memories and obsessions that hang in your aura if you do really want to feel better. I encourage and teach meditation in the center of your body, the brain, and spinal energy magnetized. It’s not difficult.
But your mind must accept that you are more than a flesh and blood body to get aligned. The 3D clenching is the cause of anxiety right now because we’re evolving forward, and our minds are expanding to include universal realities such as a vast inhabited universe with species who look like us mostly, and hang out here.
I will admit that I don’t go out where there are many people milling around, but it’s because I don’t like expending the extra energy in my etheric body to keep my defenses up. That, and when everyone obeyed media marching orders in March 2020, I lost faith in humanity. I haven’t regained it…yet. I never obeyed, and I thrived. I am stronger and heallthier than before, and I’m glad we’re going forward.
Maybe you’d have less anxiety if you stopped doing as you’re told by others and media. Center in your body. Listen to your breathing. I use my time constructively at home to meditate and remote view now that the nefarious are doubled down on their destructive ways toward humanity. It’s what I enjoy.
You see, in their view, humans are supposed to be slaves for their profit and stop being co-reators and artists. You could say NO to that, flip the bird and feel better. Or, realize that they aren’t going to win. The earth and humans have been evolving for millions and billions or years. It always changes, but it isn’t going to end.
Being creative, walking, and hanging out with a friend can help, most of all, your best friend, yourself. Be the best friend you’ve always wanted, for yourself.💜 And stop listening to others. Listen to yourself.

APPARENTLY, to the Solar Kine who respond via the sun, we are ready to do some kind of DNA uplevel, but it won’t be drastic at this very low frequency.
I say give 8 billion people 4 days, and our brains will be on the same page. I’d like to see a steady 8.10hz and higher from now on for ALL humans on earth going forward.
