The telomeres are at the end of your chromosomes on all of your cells, like the end of a shoelace with plastic wrapped around it but in our case it would be like a type of electrical coil and they’re stimulated by the spinal column but there’s also crystalline energy there that I see.
While I’m doing this meditation I’m seeing the GAP kin being the location for a large portion of the telomeres. The ends of the chromosomes need to be stimulated to impact the central nervous system at the axis of the Eternal Present in a positive way. As you know the GAP kin refer to specific parts of the body for their evolution.
Any kin, events or people who you’ve dialed up in theTzolkin, who have impacted you negatively, have affected that part of your body and aged you. You let them for a soul lesson. You can reverse it by letting it go, forgiving and learning from it. That is what Tone 11 is about and why this is coming to me today.

Your eyes are ONE with your brain. The doc said that Covid has been shown to cause small blood clots and small strokes. My guides at the time, in 2019, told me that it opens the pineal gland to stimulate changes in the occipital lobe.

Well, how many thousands of light workers down through the ages have said that every cell of our body is conscious and then burned at the stake by the Church or others and called witches? Maybe the scientists aren’t listening. Or maybe they only believe it if it manifests itself as a turkey sandwich and a cup of coffee. That’s called Newtonian materialism and it’s spiritually at kindergarten level.

Planetary Human Fully Physical and Multidimensional
They are not abstract or just in the ethers, they are physical and IN our bodies. That’s why I keep harping on the body. It’s also the main way our energy, ideas, creativity, and joy are vampired from us by default if we have no boundaries and just give it over or watch media constantly and let our minds be programmed by it instead of programming our own minds.
We give it over in non-loving sex, the sick-care system with their cutting and drugging and ignorance about the multiple dimensions in the body for self-healing, low frequency food that is so easy to get, co-dependent marriage, and media.
All the dimensions are ONE, UNIFIED, just as our bodies are in one piece or whole. That’s why I’m wholistic (holistic). You see two words in there; whole, and holy. We are explicated into a body, into the synchronistic hologram FROM implicate order or Galactic Center. It’s also called Big Mind in Taoism.
We are Big Mind as long as we receive Big Mind into our bodies and realize that we literally are a temple of holiness. Not holy by religious definition but by nature. Every single dimension is in our body.
I haven’t actually heard anyone else say that all the dimensions are in our body so this may be new to you. I’ve always known it and get tired of defending myself in my office from patients who have let the white coats do everything vile imaginable to them and then ask me to align it because they are in worse pain than before. They realize they made a mistake. The Tao says,
“The great way is easy but people prefer the side-paths.”
Don’t go off on a side path. You go off on a side path because you’re following other people. It’s always a mistake to follow others. Be self-existing from your heart center.
There are different opinions on the number of dimensions. The one most often heard is nine. Everyone agrees there are four with time being number four but no one realizes yet that time is manifested as DNA. It’s not just etheric. But our DNA is not just three dimensions as everyone thinks. They believe that DNA alone is what makes us flesh and visible. That’s incorrect. There are many things that makes us flesh and visible in this hologram.
Our mental intention to be here. No one stays in physical when they really, truly want to leave. It’s the will to live, and physician’s know it well. Patients that have no rational reason to be alive simply are because they want to be.
We were born and given a body by our mother and father.
We existed in different manifested dimensions before and wanted to knock around with other bodies and souls in this dimension, for fun and learning.

I experience the different dimensions in my body. I can feel them. When I’m in my office doing Reiki I can actually feel 13 because there are more than nine. I don’t know where everyone is getting nine. If you are a Reiki Master and have your hands on multiple people as I do, you can feel them. It’s very clear. I just checked with my pendulum also on my own body.
The Maya helped me with this today. They are a civilization of healers. The synchronicity of this is amazing with shiatsu added in. The male principle enters from the top of the right side of the body, goes down to Tone 1 ankle over to Tone 13 left ankle as the female energy. In shiatsu female energy enters and is received from the left foot and goes up the left side and circles back.

The Tzolkin tone’s on the body circle around the joints and this has been known for some time. I didn’t figure that out but I merged it with the 13 chakras or energy bodies, the Tones of Creation with an understanding of the Reiki positions.

The chakras don’t go straight up the center of the body. they go in a circle or an infinity symbol around the body. Their effect goes through the center of the body though.
Love yourself, know and feel your body, feed it good thoughts and feelings and know that it is naturally full of light. This raises your frequency which is our main work right now.
Yellow Human Ripens MAGIC (Creativity or Synchronicity) into FREE-WILL. Tone 10 acknowledges PURPOSE on the planet. Everyone has a positive role to play. That puts you on the AC Timeline; Aboriginal Continuity.
What’s the opposite that we will see the 12:60 folks doing? They are bored and habitual and happy with that. They feel like prisoners to mainstream media, government, bosses, marriage, duties. They are not free and don’t believe in it or won’t take steps to free themselves. As far as purpose, they don’t know themselves well enough to feel or intuit their purpose, even though they could if they’d work at it.
Kin who are in 12:60 need to meditate and get with nature…asap. Their frequency is too low to match the earth changes.

1. No solid waste production made possible by ethical production of goods.
2. We ingest mostly water and little food.
3. We grow some of our own food if possible.
4. We understand our own anatomy and that many amino acids are produced automatically in the body. We don’t need to eat them.
5. The money system has changed so we can work at what is meaningful to us. There is no more slave labor.
6. We Interact with stellar ancestors and visitors here on earth normally. We start to mix in while we retain our human ways and adapt. Humans already here who are humanoid become aware of it, which is most of us.

Antipode this afternoon is 10Glycine or White 10 Planetary Wind. Uranus is mediating and there is a Saturn-Uranus square. Saturn rules Capricorn (the full Moon) so there could be some confusion or challenge on one particular issue to bring you clarity.

What I would suggest is they actually have a self-empowerment wish but they’ve given so much over in their past that they’ve lost their inner compass just from habit.
I’ll be direct as usual. You have to let that shit go and rampage your passion and express it. Even if it comes out crazy and negative at first, view it as food poisoning. You have to throw up negative feelings and experiences about yourself and your time on earth.
We have great potential for good and creativity as a collective. Even J.C. said, “You will do greater things than me”. No one talks about that. Letting A.I. in to this dimension was a big one and the Reptilians are experiencing that karma now. They’re losing their souls and their species may end. They crave human DNA that is filled with Source, our Creator. It’s very sad and I wonder what can be done. They helped seed humans and their DNA is in us.

It’s because I’m finally making big headway on my book; ‘DNA is TIME 13:20. I figured out how to get my large, complex document that illuminates the binary triplet configuration according to the Square of 8 into the book. I put each Tzolkin themeplex into each square of the 64 harmonics and found amazing patterns.
I’m still studying it and now the biologists will be able to also. I used the single letters for each of the amino acids with the tone in front of it and added a few more key components for analysis on the table.
It will take up eight pages of my book and I’m thrilled I figured out how to fit it in. Explaining it will be another challenge.
I took all of it off of my laptop to be safe. My instinct is it may not be safe to publish until the Deep State is off the planet and our local system is cleaned up of n’er do wells. It may be a few years. U.S. Space Force has it’s work cut out for them.
This information will help all species; human and stellar understand how we are one family OF TIME in the Universe. We are all held by the Creator, not withstanding certain universe mistakes that need a hearing.
