So it is with every event that happens in time. Time is DNA. They merge with each other because they’re one. The tree, stone and human are all composed of DNA. As time evolves DNA evolves and eventually it’s gone.
The memory goes into the akashic record. But memory is an apparition, unmanifested.

The word “wrong” is a bit judgmental. There is right and wrong in the Universe but it usually applies to math only in an absolute sense. Almost everything else is relative to the outcome you’re seeking. That’s why there is no judgment no matter what anyone accuses you of or what you accuse them of. There is discernment though about a person’s character based on THEIR ACTIONS, not their words. Talk is cheap.
Do you know what outcomes you’re seeking in your own life? What are your unique traits and visions that you would need to work on to manifest? Do you have a vision for yourself? We can put in a request for our vision “for humanity” but we have no control over THE GROUP. Our biggest power is over our own bodies and minds. It’s ironic that that is the first thing we hand over to people we think are bigger, stronger, richer and more powerful than we are. They aren’t. They actually rely on us giving over our heart and minds TO THEM. That’s what politics and T.V. are all about; both parties. If you show or tell them that you’re not interested in handing anything over to them they will respect you and stop expecting you to obey them. Too many people are afraid of community police, leaders, and politicians. They’re JUST people who many times have done quite of a bit of lying to get where they are. They aren’t that powerful. The biggest power is to sitting in authenticity in your truth. It’s very rare. Artists do it and we are at the fringes of society because of it.
The Tzolkin archetype today is Blue 4 Eagle. It’s about measuring, forming, and defining our thoughts, ideas and visions. There energy is there for it today. Tone 4 is like a potter at the wheel or a music composer working on a score. How is it taking shape? Does it look the way you’d like it to? Eagle kin are independent, committed, artistic, compassionate, exacting, visionary, and technically inclined.
The mediating planet today is Jupiter for Blue Eagle tribe and that is in synchronicity with the Moon in Sagittarius. Jupiter rules Sag. Pluto aligns with Pallas and Jupiter tomorrow. We’re willing to invest our energy into solving problems and we can be determined to get to the truth of a matter. Avoid pushing your hatched ideas onto others. Sit with them quietly in yourself!
The 5D GForce is Red 10 Serpent which is curious at this point. I believe we are done with the karma of Maldek governing Serpent and Wizard so there may be a significant biological change with the amino acids Serine and Lysine in our bodies collectively. That is one to watch.

Thin privilege means you’ve proven that you have control over your appetites and just live a healthy good life. If you force yourself, in any manner possible, to be thin, you have the privilege of hovering over others who are not thin and believing you’re better than them because you control your life, your mind, and your body size at all costs to gain an advantage in every way. What society and media have done is cover over their addiction to money, sex, fancy houses, food, drugs, etc., because they have no connection to Source/spirituality. They are using having a thin body as the token for being “in control” of themselves.
However, if you dig a little deeper in thin, rich people’s lives, you’ll see all kinds of things out of control that they are hiding. They’re playing the materialist game and it will at some point, come tumbling down. No one on this planet is immune to control issues. And no one has the right to assert that they are better or of more value on the planet because they can appear to be. All the world’s a stage and they are certainly the players. So what they assert is that anyone who is thick and fluffy, for whatever reason, doesn’t matter as much, is not “in control” of themselves, should not make as much money, and are below the thin people in every way. I don’t think so. Attitudes are changing now.
I’ve already achieved two of my dreams; having a child, and having my own healing practice. I’m convinced, and I’ve heard firsthand accounts from those who have been heavy and are now thin, that when a woman loses weight, her value and amount of “attention and affirmation” go up astronomically from others. Thin privilege is real. Some guys say it doesn’t matter when they’re feeling all warm in their heart. But that’s only one-eighth of the time that they’re feeling warm in their heart. The rest of the time they’re a stray dog looking for a b….. to hump. Then it matters! Size usually doesn’t matter to cat-type men, only to the dogs.
Thin, toned women function to easily fulfill the sexual appetite of men or women mostly, in my opinion. Let’s face it. Sex can go quicker, is more intense, you can move better and it’s all pretty animalistic when you’re small. Thick people have great sex too. I’m not asserting we don’t, but it takes longer. The men get their grounding through the woman, use her, and throw her-sort of like a dementor in Harry Potter when they can get it quickly. Fat women are self-contained and ground themselves with love through their thickness. The weight pulls on gravity which helps us center our energy like a magnet. It’s just a theory. My son said to me, “It seems like fat people are happier Mom”. Lol. Maybe we’re calmer, less stressed out because we aren’t competing so much or we’re just less materialistic and superficial. I don’t know.
It’s a diabolical fact in our society that fat people are treated like lepers. It’s because of patriarchy and capitalism. Fat people are offensive to patriarchal men and women. We’re paid less, viewed as lazy or stupid, unhealthy, an insurance risk, and not touched as much. My ex-husband asked me to lose weight “for him”. That means he was a dog-type man looking for a bitch, which I was not. The whole notion is so incredibly nauseating at how superficial and conditional people are in their acceptance of others. One of my old friends lost a TON of weight (she was bigger than me), and she seems most unhappy now that she’s thin. Sure, physically it’s easier to move, but now she’s realizing what she was hiding from when she was overweight and I think it’s getting to her. She was hiding from superficial bullshit and predatory males! The same thing happened to my older sister. It’s obvious to me that it’s too easy for women to lose themselves in relationships, others, their kids, their community and ignore their body and their emotional and spiritual needs.
It’s too easy for men to lose themselves in sex, toys, money, and immediate gratification. It turns some men on when a woman loves herself, knows her own mind and needs and loves her body no matter what size it is. I’ve been all sizes in my life. While I’ve been a Mom, I’ve felt very comfy in a thicker body. But now that my son is grown and I want to zip around from 56-104 years old, I think my bones will hold up better if I lighten the load. That said, I’m not going to parade around a different size body like it’s a trophy which degrades those that choose to stay in a thicker body! To each his own.
For me, I respect a man so much if he can control any of his appetites and learn to spend time with a woman and love a woman in a relationship as a friend. If he can’t, I don’t respect him, no matter how good looking he is, how many degrees he has, money and accolades to boot. Men are going to have to face the fact that unless they can bond monogamously with the woman that really loves and digs him, he’s a failure in societies eyes.

In the Spirit-Mind-Body movement, many lightworkers have managed to functionally reduce the effect of their subconscious programming on their conscious mind. This is what my book “Healer” is about which you can order on this blog.
Normal adults minds are currently programmed 95% by their mother in utero and family after birth up to age 7. Lightworkers have become aware of their programmed issues and asserted their conscious mind in order to break habits that they don’t want, that are not of their choosing but were imprinted from the family. You can overstep your subconscious program and this is, in fact, the foundation of the Spiritual Movement.
In no way are we saying family is bad. Every family is different. We are saying that each person can and does have a choice over what they want their lives to be. It does not have to be dictated by the family or anyone else. This is still somewhat taboo and scary to many people but it’s beginning to dawn on everyone that individual freedom is real within a group that is interdependent, not co-dependent or addicted to a materialistic paradigm. Neither does ancestry dictate anything as genetic determinism is no longer scientifically valid. The truth is, we are all ONE human race. There are no races. There are just thousands of cultures on Earth all ONE race; the human race.
Our brain pulses and vibrates like everything in this Universe. Brainwaves can be categorized according to their frequency. The brain pulse is measured like sound in cycles per second or Hertz. It is not about spending our entire life in an awakened mind pattern, but to attain mastery of our brainwaves. Mastery means, we want to be able to be in the state of consciousness (the brainwave pattern) of our choice at any given time and to achieve what we want to do with it. So flexibility and mastery are what we are looking for.
The lowest frequencies are delta. These are less than 4 Hz and occur in deep sleep and in some abnormal processes. It is the dominant rhythm in infants up to one year of age and it is present in stages 3 and 4 of sleep. It tends to be the highest in amplitude and the slowest waves. Delta is associated with deep sleep, this pattern is very slow. However, this brain wave pattern is important for the explorer of consciousness. If you work to merge with the mass consciousness of our planet you need to work in delta, the first step will be to learn to be conscious in your dreams. If you can do that, you can go further in the exploration. Astral projection or Out of Body experience occurs in Delta. We increase Delta waves in order to decrease our awareness of the physical world. We also access information in our unconscious mind through Delta. Peak performers decrease Delta waves when high focus and peak performance are required. However, most individuals diagnosed with Attention Deficit Disorder, naturally increase rather than decrease Delta activity when trying to focus.
Associated with creativity and Extra-sensory perception, the theta state is something to learn to go into at will. It is seen in connection with creativity, intuition, daydreaming, and fantasizing and is a repository for memories, emotions, sensation. Theta waves are strong during internal focus, meditation, prayer, and spiritual awareness. There are countless ways to reach theta and is the state where your ESP can operate. If you do the proper work you can learn to enter theta at will and perform most of the psychic activities. It reflects the state between wakefulness and sleep and relates to the subconscious mind. It is viewed as abnormal in awake adults but perfectly normal in children up to 13 years old but that is societal bias. It is also normal during sleep and just upon waking. Theta is believed to reflect activity from the limbic system and hippocampus regions. Theta is observed in anxiety, behavioral activation, and behavioral inhibition. When the theta rhythm appears to function normally it mediates and/or promotes adaptive, complex behaviors such as learning and memory.
The first pattern discovered in 1908 by an Austrian Psychiatrist named Hans Berger. Alpha pattern appears when in wakefulness where there is relaxed and effortless alertness. It is recommended to practice your creative visualization and auto-suggestion technique in alpha state. Good healthy alpha production promotes mental resourcefulness, aids in the ability to mentally coordinate, and enhance an overall sense of relaxation and fatigue. In this state, you can move quickly and efficiently to accomplish whatever task is at hand. When Alpha predominates most people feel at ease and calm. It is the major rhythm seen in most adults. The right brain initiates it.
Beta is associated with our waking activity. During a day we experience all the brainwave patterns with a predominance of Beta. It is generally regarded as a normal rhythm and is the dominant rhythm in those who are alert or anxious or who have their eyes open. It is the state that most of the brain is in when we have our eyes open and are listening and thinking during analytical problem solving, judgment, decision making, processing information about the world around us. The beta band has a relatively large range and has been divided into low, midrange and high. The left brain initiates it.
This range is the most recently discovered and is the fastest frequency above 33Hz. While little is known in the mainstream about this state of mind, initial research shows Gamma waves are associated with bursts of insight and high-level information processing. When the brain needs to simultaneously process information from different areas, it is hypothesized that the gamma state consolidates the required areas for simultaneous processing. Note that there’s a LOT of disagreement over where Beta range ends & Gamma range begins. Gamma rhythms appear to be involved in higher mental activity, including perception and consciousness.
The Regions of the brain that originates each wave;
Delta-The Thalumus or Cortex (the top middle of the brain)
Theta-The Hippocampal Region-(the middle-low part of the brain near the brain stem that C1 hooks into) This must be the subconscious mind.
Alpha-The Right Brain –right side of the head
Beta-The Left Brain-left side of the head
Gamma-these waves originate in the Thalamus (where Delta does) and are then observed to sweep from the frontal lobe throughout the entire brain bringing it into synchronization. Tibetan Buddhist Monks have been observed to run Gamma waves-the fastest wave humans can produce, that we know of.
The neo-cortex and the lobes are the sites of the conscious brain. It’s located at the top and sides of the brain. It’s been around for 300,000 years or 1/3 of our species existence. It controls voluntary thought awareness, self-control, and planning.
The subconscious mind is located in the limbic system and the brain stem. It’s the lower brain. This is the old brain and the original human brain. It is responsible for the autonomic nervous system, control of internal organs, forges and manages all habits, insight and creativity, and emotions. It’s much faster and efficient than the new brain and has multi-tasking abilities.
Some scientists believe the vagus nerve or spindle neurons that connect the prefrontal cortex to the insula may be the link to the new brain. Everything initiated in the subconscious now goes into the conscious mind if we let it.

There is some debate regarding heartset vs. mindset. Which one comes first? What is the mind? What is the seat of our emotion? What we know from science is that the amygdala processes our emotions and the frontal cortex helps us organize our thoughts and take action. In the physical brain, they work as one just as both hemispheres of the brain do.
In ancient tradition and in modern Reiki tradition, there are at least 7 energy bodies that are manifested but they are not dense as your body is. Healers, Reiki Masters (I am one), Qi Gung masters and such can feel them. It’s no joke. I do it every day for a living and get detailed information about the client on the table that they then confirm.
According to the energy body line-up;
1. The etheric body is the 1st chakra or ROOT chakra. This is your grounding and keeps you in the body.
2. The emotional body is the 2nd chakra and allows you to process your true feelings for your soul learning.
3. The mental body is the 3rd chakra, projects outward far more than inward and helps you express your ego or sense of power in the world in relationship to others.
4. The Astral body is the 4th chakra or the heart.
5. The etheric template body is the 5th chakra or the throat area.
6. The celestial body is the 6th chakra or the 3rd eye.
7. The ketheric template or causal body is the 7th chakra or the crown.
THIS WHOLE THING IS THE MIND. So your entire physical body and your entire energy body IS your Mind. Until “Mindset” means this, it’s partial and incomplete. Once we actually read the science that proves that our disembodied thoughts and feelings ARE our bodies, our healthcare system will be inaccurate.
I guess I would say it doesn’t matter whether you call THE WHOLE Mindset or Heartset as long as it does encompass the whole. None of the Mindset movements do and I won’t follow or agree with any of them until they want to be correct in their facts. Like religions, they all have grains of truth. There’s no time for grains. We need the whole f*ing meal.

I can really relate to this post. In my Deep t.Issue Therapy and Reiki office I try to keep the mood light, smile and laugh. However, my patients are coming in with serious pain, health, and sometimes emotional issues. Once I get into their deep tissue, either talking, stories, or in the case of Reiki, tears start to flow. I am detached as a practitioner but it’s a part of my job I’m learning to accept even though I prefer to have fun.
You see, as much as I agree with Jim Carey and do it myself, my patients have been through the wringer and I have to walk a tightrope. Every day I have to use my intuition with a patient and modify my approach.

Today the rubber meets the road and as I was working out, Spirit got to me. Some say God or Source. I pride myself on listening for spiritual guidance so that I’m always in my power and integrity so that’s what some of this information is. If it’s not true for you, just leave it be.
My intuition was very strongly scoping out my body this morning which it’s been doing lately. I sensed that most of the time women take energy from the man in the form of seed (sperm) or money but I don’t think we love as often as we could.
Of course, we have our own money but women that marry a man do so mostly for his sperm so she can have their child (pure love) and his money (to support that pure love). In that, he is viewed as successful but men shouldn’t have to be defined just by that just as women aren’t.
It’s rarely really loving. I say this from talking to many women who rarely express love for their man the way they do their children. Many women withhold their heart love from sex because the man doesn’t stimulate it with human intimacy.
I’m not sure women are aware of it but I know I’ve done it because I resent that men don’t love from heart energy. I think that’s why in my 20’s I kept falling in love with gay men.
Straight men don’t love the same way women do! It’s not their fault that they’re more simple. They love from first chakra or just sexual energy, their stomach, and from their minds. (Chakras 7, 3, and 1 or mind, power and food and sex) Women are more centered in chakras 6, 5, 4, and 2 or intuition, speaking and communicating, heart love and feelings. Gay men are too.
The sacral chakra or chakra two is right below the navel. This is the emotions center, conception, and THE center of creation and love on the planet in the woman’s body.
Men don’t have the same energy in chakra 2. Being a woman, I know I cover my belly, hold in my procreative energy and sexual energy there for myself because society doesn’t give me any.
I don’t release it during sex unless I’m feeling particularly empowered from within and feel that the man I’m with deserves it because he loves me.
On this planet, it takes a phenomenal amount of energy for a woman to love herself by herself. We’re not taught by any institution or any part of society to love ourselves alone. Women that are internally strong are called witches, freaks, or weird.
My patient called me weird yesterday when I told her I was very intuitive. Good ole’ Grand Rapids. That would be me and I’m none of those things. As Lady Gaga says, “I was born this way”.
My oldest sister has always called me a freak though but she’s jealous because she’s more normal than she’d like. Hey, if you’re not willing to do the work and willing to pay the price of being exceptional in a mediocre driven society, I’m sorry.
Hardly any women love themselves from within because you’ll be a social outcast. I’m just being the way I was born to be and I refuse to adjust. It’s not like I’m rich from being this way but I sure need to make more than I do.
Well, my male friend from another state is most definitely in touch with me and was not crazy about me being on Zoosk at all. I don’t know why yet. I wasn’t crazy about his harems and extreme flirtations with women either so I set the boundaries.
What’s good for the goose is good for the gander. The truth is, now that I’m 56 if a man my age still prides himself on the number of women he can f*** and needs that, I don’t care. It’s just defecation to him, it’s troll behavior and hurting him more than me not to love a woman or accept it from her. I love at all times.

This is especially true for women and men doing the dating game. Just because a man or woman desires you, which is the easiest thing in the world for men, to simply want to f* a woman, take her sex energy from chakras 3, 2, and 1 (stomach/power, abdomen/feelings, and reproductive area/sexual energy down to the feet/grounding) and nothing else, doesn’t mean he values you or ever will.
If he valued you or wanted to he would care about who you were in chakras 4, 5, 6, 7 (and above if you’re a lightworker). That is your heart and feelings/4, how you express yourself and your creativity/5, your visions and dreams/6, and your beliefs and spirituality/7 and above. (see image at the bottom)
A young woman has to find out what the status is there because he might be a father to her children which means he has to stick around for 10-15 years which is generally as long as a family lasts. Then most parent’s divorce.
Women have to be the ones who decide. Anyone who suggests that you can “feel” all the vibe you need on the phone or text and tell by their voice whether they “check your boxes” is factually incorrect. If a woman says that to a man, she’s kissing his ass to try to get laid. She’s wrong and unethical.
Most men are very turned on when a woman is attracted to them or wants them sexually because that means she may very well give him that sexual love. Again, that is love for men.
However, men don’t really “give love” when they have sex, they take which is nature really. They give sperm but not the energy “of love”. Women need to give their sexual energy actually and love a man by opening up her sexual energy, not just her nether regions. I think a lot of women actually take a man’s manhood just to have an orgasm and she doesn’t focus on opening her whole self during sex.
I actually put this post in the trash because of the next section. I had a reader ask me to restore it so I’m here to help. I trashed it because I have hard feelings about all of this and Spirit has been getting to me lately to wake up an issue for everyone. I’m about to post on it.
Men give us energy from heart, voice, being intuitive and tuned in. They really do show love for us when they listen to how we feel, communicate and pay attention.
And they actually need to give that for them to grow as people and women need to receive it. Valuing another person sexually and emotionally takes time. If you need the immediate gratification of sex, the valuing will never happen.
There is no possibility of hooking all those chakras so that you actually know the other person as a human being. Women understand that human, physical bond far more than men do which is why sex affects us emotionally whereas, for most men, it can just be a type of release of even defecation.
I find that repugnant and being aware of this is why I trashed this. It makes me very, very sad about men to know this. Why would you treat an act that can create a human life like defecation? Because you feel like your own life is shit? Life is a gift and time is precious.
There is no skirting around the fact that if a woman allows a man to draw out her sexual energy (3, 2, and 1) before he has shown that he values her as a human being, you’re using each other. If you give a man an inch, he’ll take a mile when it comes to a woman’s energy.
Men need our physical energy far more than we need theirs. What does that tell you? Women are more powerful than men and it’s time for women to OWN IT and be accountable instead of playing the victim. We don’t need men as much as they need us and that makes them very vulnerable.
Personally, I’m at a point where I just want to be trustworthy with myself. I’m not at all sure a vulnerable man should trust me and they can probably feel it. I’m not willing to give my emotions and sex energy to a man who I don’t believe is capable of loving me (which is most of them) in which case, I won’t be turned on, in which case there is no point of sex.
Women give away their feelings and sex energy all the time and get nothing in return that really matters. I can’t do that. I’m smart enough to see the real deal and it’s not an even playing field at all.
It’s starting to feel like my back is against a wall with my Twin Flame. It’s either him or no one and the thought of living the last half of my life alone is not something I can accept.
As usual, the Universe via my intuition is going to need to guide me. I’m a human being like everyone else and have needs and desires. Unfortunately, I can’t indulge in it like everyone else and get away unscathed. It completely screws up my Qi to be out of my integrity with Spirit, though sometimes I still try to see what will happen.
Traditionally;
Crown is 7th chakra, Third Eye is 6th, Throat is 5, Heart is 4, Solar Plexus or stomach is 3, Sacral is 2 and Root is 1.
The navel is the Dantien area or ancestral Qi that attaches through your mother at birth. Chakras activated above the crown are done through meditation and below the root, or Earth Star may be for people training in shamanistic healing. If you’re doing shamanistic training you really can’t mess around with sex that is not heart connected, in my opinion.
This is the antonym of “The Relationship Agreement” first suggested on the show “The Big Bang Theory” by Sheldon Cooper. At this point, it’s just an idea but it would make me feel better if men knew my boundaries before I date them. I’m interested in sex and Love but not being a man’s territory for his status ambitions.
They also can’t power trip and insult me like I’m an emotional, needy girl that falls in love when I have sex with a man. I don’t. That’s younger girls, not older women. Nor do I care what previous women have expected of him.l, loke his patriarchally derived money for instance. I control myself. I have zero time or interest in being a dog-trainer because I’m not a bitch.
It can be widely observed that women are treated like “capital”, territory, objects to be owned or sold like a slave as in sex-trafficking, married for status under the guise of love that usually only lasts for ten years, and possessed by a man like a house or a car. Or, used for sex and thrown to the curb with no feelings whatsoever. That is factual in our society.
I strongly feel this agreement is appropriate for women and men over 50 since it is not ideal that either of them reproduces. The main purpose of marriage is protective reproduction. After 50, there is no point of marriage and most professionals agree.
Most females that don’t pander to patriarchy function socially and biologically under the values of Love and Freedom, that have a spiritual foundation, not ownership because we make humans in our bodies which is sacred. Our sex energy is stronger and more important than the male because everything in our body automatically makes a human being. We hold the species in our hearts. We don’t need to dink around with A.I. or technology or cross-dressing to fantasize about being a woman; we live it. It’s true that the egg and the sperm are equal in needing to conceive but the fact that the woman alone does the rest means that the sexual energy we share with a man is a BIG PROFIT to him. It gives him some of eternity whether he realizes it or not.
They take our sex energy and more and don’t give much back because maybe they don’t have as much to give as women do. They try to use money to substitute.
Males and thus patriarchy are cashing in on women who don’t realize what big sexual energy we have that rivals males and men don’t understand why we give it away. Like Bruno Mars sings, “Your sex takes me to Paradise.” If he’s not having sex, he feels like he’s been locked out of heaven! That song says it all as do many other songs with men expressing their deep feelings about how dependent they are on our bodies for happiness. Swimming in our bodies is apparently something spiritual. Women just shake their heads because to us it’s just normal and men get dramatic about it!
Most women love giving their sex energy but not to the point of bankruptcy. It’s getting to the bankrupt point on this planet and it’s up to women to stop the hemorrhage.
If you think about a woman’s body like a bank account, women are letting men rob the bank.
Prostitution starts to make men pay for a loan but only scratches the surface. Men need to start to pay their own way on the Earth in the form of Love so this agreement is my idea to start in that direction. I don’t know if it’s possible. Maybe it’s like trying to get blood from a turnip.
Please note that I’m not suggesting a “No Love”, “No intimacy” agreement. In fact, women are the opposite. The “No-relationship” agreement is a first step to legally and socially protect a woman from becoming the territory of a man and her energy being owned only by herself, thus guarding her sexual energy for future generations of humans and possibly saving the species.
Women are being abused, used, trafficked, raped and denigrated everywhere on the planet and it’s gotta stop. Male, patriarchal institutions are trying to kill the species. That’s the opposite of everything women are about.
The No-Relationship Agreement
This must be initialed by both parties (herein called the fucker and the fuckee whose roles can swap) before having sex. Sex is never an obligatory act once enacted. We are still both totally free. Human beings don’t possess one another; we bond through love. ___________
It’s an idea. When a man I date actually initials it I’ll let you know. It would mean his intent is to love and give something back and not use my sexual energy.
