This amino acid is a building block that helps create proteins. It stimulates the release of insulin and gets rid of ammonia. Most importantly, the body uses arginine to make nitric oxide. Children need arginine to help them grow and develop. In adults, it helps improves blood flow, heals wounds, and repair damaged tissue. The good news is that arginine is found in many foods, so it is easy to increase your intake when your body needs more.

This process, called metabolism, makes energy and the materials needed for growth, reproduction, and maintaining health. It’s basically fiber which, when I eat it all the time, I feel like a rabbit, constantly chewing. We do need some fiber but we also need some fun and not be 100% healthy all the time. Makes me crazy when people get dogmatic about food.
I’m all over this one because I have a 200 year old American Elm in my front yard, 4 big maple and a red maple in my backyard and a bazillion leaves every fall. If you leave them on the ground, it helps the bugs have a warm place to reproduce which is good for all of nature. Bugs and spiders are beneficial. If you mulch them it clogs up the grass roots so I don’t necessarily agree with that. We rake most of them and pile them up to turn into soil over a few years.

We are the capacitators of the noosphere, the diffuse mental field around the planet, whether we know it or not.

I think it’s more realistic for humans to accept that we have a mind and contribute with all Creation, to creation, as we always have which shows up in the Psi Bank. We are not powerless victims waiting for an inevitable disaster. Things are just changing. Change is natural and good.

Our self esteem plummets when we don’t use our time to create or do art when we don’t view our own bodies as art and take care of them and when we don’t see God in us or in each other.

Humans have been abused and used on earth ever since we stood up and walked on two legs. We have had a mindset of trusting children, highly programmable and emotional.
The offloading and programming from species who look human but are not… needs to stop ✋. They run the institutions and just want to use humans.. We need to finally see ourselves as creative adults, not slaves begging for money and more stuff and waiting like helpless children for the Sun to snuff us out.
