I just got back from my meeting with the BBB and Leslie King’s name was dropped. She is from Grand Rapids, lives here, and helps women who have been human trafficked. Human trafficking and violence toward women and men in the sex trade is a nationwide problem. As she says on the video, it is a multibillion dollar industry. This is Jeffrey Epstein level evil on which I did a blog post showing how he lingered in the shadow of his birth kin destiny.
This mentality has corrupted bodyworkers, healers and lightworkers in my state and likely all over the country because of the DEGRADATION OF THE HUMAN BODY and our DNA, and who we are as a species. It speaks directly to what I am about and teaching as far as holistic mindset and the Mayan oracle.
She talks about forgiveness, spirituality, and about feeling hugged by Spirit. She FELT IT. God answered her prayer and it took her into rehab. Makes me weep. God is real. Source is real. Synchronicity is REAL.

We are being told by the UAP/E.T. community, spiritual community and even imminent cataclysm community to raise our personal frequency to deal with the new cycle changes and ascension of the planet and our bodies. How it is measured and who measures it?
Apparently certain E.T. can measure it when they are near you and will tailor their communication or telepathy to your frequency. They can feel it and so can some humans. I know I can feel my patients frequency. It’s not difficult for any human to be telepathic and has nothing to do with intelligence or consciousness level. Telepathy is a natural part of our brains. You can start simply by asking, “Do I feel good or bad with myself right now?” Good can be as simple as content and awake, no pain anywhere.
When you’re next to someone or feeling yourself, you feel either a level of fear or a level of love and then all the gradients in between. Just because you disagree with someone for five minutes it doesn’t lower your vibration. It only changes your frequency if you habitually want to fight that person. Politics is low frequency as is competition. We are taught that competition is good. Maybe sometimes but at it’s base it’s poverty of Self and belief that you have to fight for attention you need from others. The remedy is a relationship with Spirit. Others are not God. God is God. You will always be disappointed if you expect others to fill your deepest needs that only Source and yourself can fill. This is a huge frequency issue, even for the E.T.
Any type of love and desire to channel universal energy for any reason will raise your frequency. For example, I feel I’m at my highest frequency when I’m doing Reiki in my office. It’s through the roof. I’m not thinking; I’m sitting in a spinning vortex of energy that is coming through my body, my DNA and I can feel my spirit helpers all around me. I’m happiest and most centered in my office running Reiki for clients and I’m busy.
Loving the earth and what your physical senses bring in raises your frequency. For example, smell the outside air, walk in the grass, listen to the birds, watch the humans being silly, smell fresh mown grass and the flowers. That raises your frequency.
Pondering someone who really wronged or backstabbed you, forgiving them, cutting the cord and letting them go into their own karma and vortex REALLY raises your frequency. Mind you, your action here does not affect them, it’s affects you. It’s like washing toxic mud off of you or a fabulous elimination. LOL. You have to get that out of there. It’s like food poisoning. You have to throw it up. Forgiveness IS PHYSICAL because first you do it emotionally and physically.
Picking food to eat that you like, that you feel happy eating, that you have no guilt about, that produces good memories from childhood raises your frequency. Espresso and dark chocolate raise my frequency because I love the flavors. Some people can dictate the vibration of their food; Your food does not have to dictate your frequency. I disagree with many of my peers on this and joke that it means a wonderful salad would make a better President than J.B. if that’s the case. Is the salad sentient and powerful? More than you? We need to stop projecting holiness or un-holiness onto food that is dead, already picked, killed, you name it. If you do you’re being religious about food and the proselytizing follows. That will lower your frequency. Yes it has nutrients but many E.T. have evolved to the point where they don’t eat or eliminate any more. I’m way into that. The fact is, WE control our frequency with our minds and hearts. Our food does not control our vibration. What you think and feel when you eat the food controls your vibration. So, to each his own. Don’t judge people for what they eat.
You do need water though. You need WATER first before any food. The hydrogen gene (water with oxygen) IS holy in my opinion. E.T.’s do drink water but don’t eat food necessarily.
Meditation, calming the mind, getting to delta wave waking trance state raises your frequency. The belief is we only get delta waves when we’re in deep sleep but we can hit delta state in deep meditation also. I do. I can feel my brain dropping back and my pineal gland dominating. If you close your eyes and release the muscles behind the eyes, your brain will defer to the pineal gland and you can go down. What I have found is that if I keep the pineal gland looking down into my body it will not go up and out the crown chakra and start remote viewing which is what psychic mediums do when they read. I do that as well. I’ve done that my whole life but I don’t prefer it. It’s not terribly fun to look out randomly into the public and read people right now. I don’t do it. I stay in my vortex and retain my energy for myself and my clients.
Not talking and not participating in arguments or even leaving raises your frequency.
Doing Tai Chi or Qi Kung raises your frequency. You can feel the power in your body and have good self-esteem about that.
Wishing well for others no matter what raises your vibration. It doesn’t change them, it changes you because you no longer get frustrated or judge others who you have no control over. Accepting that you have no control over others seriously raises your vibration. So does focusing on yourself. In that way, you can be of service to others without tapping yourself out or feeling like a sacrifice. Abundance is reality, not poverty.

I perked up when I heard military insider Emery Smith say, “Humans are egos.” That rang true. Today is Tone 5, the Overtone tone that is about commanding, radiance and empowerment. There is one thing every human wants and that’s personal power. If they don’t know how to self-generate it inside, which is Tone 4, they will project outside of themselves and try to pulse off of or vampire off of someone’s else’s energy to make themselves bigger or better in some way by competing. Or they will fain affinity when there might not really be much affinity to try to energy cord the person to suck energy from them. For some reason, humans compete more with each other gender wise than listening and vibing with the universe. Women compete more with women and men compete more with men.
Today is White 5 Wind which is mediated by Uranus. The attributes are communication, breath, and spirit. agile, divine breath, clever, multifaceted, inspiration to all, idealistic, mental, presence of truth, spiritual, and romantic. That’s all positive. Why is the antipode or challenge Yellow 5 Human? Why are humans a challenge to radiant empowerment? Because they compete and want to dominate more than they want to love. That’s ego. They don’t see themselves the way God sees them. That’s the definition of politics and why it does NO GOOD in the world. It’s a waste of time and drama. The attributes of Yellow Human are influence, wisdom, and free will. Humans use their influence and freewill mainly, to try to control and dominate others.
The Guide Power is White 5 Dog or Radiant Love and Loyalty, Heart. So in the Tzolkin, the energy line up and consequently the cellular DNA line-up is correct. How will that show itself in human behavior?
White 5 Wind is Divine breath and communication
If you improve something in your life or you reach a goal, get healthier or more radiant, the same gender so-called friends will SAY something positive and encouraging to you that is sincere. They will not act jealous or self-depricating, or self conscious low self-esteem about themselves. They will be happy for you. They will not call you names and hate on you, even jokingly. The “I’m so jealous I hate you” little comment. Or, “I can’t (or can) do this as well as you do!” They turn the focus to themselves and how weak they are. Watch your back!
This is my pet peeve with women. I don’t obey or follow humans as I’ve said before. I work very closely with my spirit guides, my intuition and the Universe. I am successful at anything I put my mind to and women and maybe one man compete with me. Their competition with me inspires them to do better which is good. Blue 9 Storm is the Hidden Wisdom. It is about catalyzing energy and self-generation so there you have it.
Most humans react or stare at each other on social media and in politics and then MIMIC or COMPETE to try to one up each other to be better than they were before. That’s not such a bad thing as long as they’re strangers. But it’s not loving with a friend. When a friend or sibling says something that’s competitive I know they don’t love me and it’s happened more often than not. As I type I can think of no less than 20 women and one man that either has competed or competes with me now. The funny thing is, they don’t want to hang out with me when I reach out to them. That clinches it. They feel too insecure around me. That’s not love. They aren’t the least bit concerned about what I need, don’t ask and don’t think there is anything I need because I don’t whine and I’m not dependent and insecure.

I have to say, no matter what malarky is happening around me in human society I’m almost always at a 1 on the upward spiral. I don’t listen to or follow humans. Daily, I work with the universe and that’s how it’s always been for me. Maybe I’m a humanoid. I don’t know. We’re all just people evolving. The downward spiral is delusional lying to yourself. None of that is real. But I’ve learned people have reasons for sitting in shadow and I ABSOLUTELY accept it. Maybe it’s creative for them! There is no judgment and the universe watches over everyone.
The mental programming that’s going on right now is far more dangerous than CV2. I saw the most sinister, propaganda article by Google yesterday that stated that if everyone “cares” about one another by wearing a mask, CV2 will disappear. WOW! None of that is true and the experts will tell you that. Viruses never go away they just mutate!
The powers that be continue to play on natural human good intentions and good will to suck the life out of us for their nefarious purposes which would blow everyone’s mind if you knew the truth. Let’s just say we live in an inhabited universe and some humans have made alliances that are better for them than us.
Once a virus is born it never goes away. It just keeps mutating until it turns into DNA over a long period of time. By then it’s not very potent and doesn’t mutate on it’s own like the RNA retroviruses. And it’s ever so easy to get into a host since it’s microscopic. Nothing can stop it. They won’t tell you that. IF YOU BREATHE, and everyone has to breathe or you’d be dead, it’s already in you and just sitting there like every other virus on the planet eating the bacteria in your body that you no longer need. It’s no big deal as long as you’re chill and are happy.
That gets to the point of the today’s title. You’ve got to be inward and focus on controlling your own mind. We all came to this planet to check out the digs, to explore. Red 9 Skywalker is all about pulsing to explore and that is today’s theme.

I was cleaning like crazy this morning and have new plans for my office to please my patients and myself. There is always room for improvement! How many bazillion times have you heard a guy say “No drama!”? They act like they give women no drama. Men are over the top!!! Men get emotional physicallyand sometimes verbally. Their actions are too dramatic. That’s the testosterone and they put WOMEN through the wringer not being able to calm down their testosterone or my favorite, being so confused about how to relate what they want to us that they send dual-minded, conflicting signals. A lot of women think they’re lying but half of the time I think they just don’t know what to say…literally.
Women are more dramatic in expressing themselves verbally. Women are actually brilliant at expressing themselves verbally and men are FOREVER telling us to be quiet and stop being so dramatic. I fucking hate it nor will I obey. I find men and women to be equally expressive emotionally but in these two different modes.
Next time a man says to you, “Cut the drama” when you’re speaking and expressing your feelings, bring down the curtain on his ass regarding how his actions are overdramatic expressing HIS feelings. He can “cut the drama” too. Sheesh!
