Essay: The Effort to Be Free is Politics


There is no freedom without the truth. That’s why political activism doesn’t work. It spins people’s wheels, so they never really find empowerment, which is in their body mind.

Politics and journalism are based on lies for the gain of money and power and that is not a conspiracy theory. It’s based on untold human graves, suffering and abuse at the hands of state governments all over the world. Any politician who supports the status quo is in shadow. Same for the media who are 100% bought and paid for biased.

There is a great price to pay for seeing what you want to see instead of the truth and the politicians and the media know exactly how to tell you just what you want to hear.

3D-4D-5D. THEY ARE ONE. This is easy. They are one and the dimensions are ONE. Quantum physics and holistic health are saying the same thing.

Earth-time-eternity. All one. We are in the flesh which IS time, which is eternal. The eternal moment is now and now never ends. That’s why time is said to fly. As soon as you think of the past moment or the next future moment you are still in now. Now never ends!! We talk about yesterday and tomorrow but they never actually leave or arrive. It’s an illusion.

Now is eternal, time is eternal, mind is eternal, the body is eternal and it’s all that way Now. Rest in it. Forgive yourself and everyone their error. This life is a dualistic mirage. Chill, breathe and love your body. It is sacred. Everything you learn in the body you cannot learn if you give it up to death.

Blue 6 Rhythmic Eagle (Blue Avians)

Corey refers to “The Guardians” at 3:55 in this post. He has talked about them before so I knew he was in touch with them. I want you to see what Craig Campobasso has to say about them in his book and see a picture.

They are a diverse selection of species from across the length and breadth of the universe. They are called the Guardian Sacred Builders. They have Blue Printing programs. They also meet with the Angelic Corps bimonthly under the crystal dome. The picture below is an image of Blue Printers race that came from another universe to ours. They serve as Overseers of the Blue Printers and Ancient Builder Groups in a variety of universes. They are humanoid in appearance. They believe in the Cosmic Law of One.

They are protectors of worlds and their people and create enormous shields of protection around a planet or solar system by employing sacred geometry and physics by ways and means of their unparalleled manifestation of mind tech. (There are details in the book). Some oversee the Living Library of Akasha. (There is far more in the book). They exist in 4D and up. The first guardians were assigned to Earth more than thirty million years ago.

My note: These folks aren’t perfect and the Ancient Builder Race isn’t perfect. Many mistakes have been allowed to happen which have not been accounted for, especially with regard to Maldek. But I suppose that hearing will come up in the universe at some point. I don’t feel completely comfortable with them.

Well, what he says at the end here is what I am single-handedly doing because I have little money or attention and I KNOW what human DNA is made from and very few people are hearing me. I’m fully aware of that. As a woman, if I speak with authority on any social media platform I am immediately attacked or kicked off. That’s fine bc social media is full of indolence, sexism, and fear.

That’s OK. I’m going forward because I can feel it. I’m not waiting for anyone to rescue me. I never came to this planet and gave over my power for ONE HOT SECOND because God is real IN US! Love is real, IN US. Eternity is real IN US.

My meeting with the BBB (Better Business Bureau) heads of the Michigan office is this Thursday. They loved my website and my information and talked to me for an hour on the phone.

I already gave part of my holistic story to Ryan Kelley who is running for Governor of Michigan. If the universe is behind me I can seed, here in Michigan, A HOLISTIC HEALTHCARE MOVEMENT based on the empowerment I teach on this blog. Time is us.

We can heal ourselves, we can release the past, we can change our DNA, we can focus our minds and change our habits. I’m personally doing all of it. Anyone can get out of the sick care revolving door of fear of death and suffering.

I want to start with rescinding a local ordinance that protects prostitution bodywork, which is what Jeffrey Epstein engaged in to lure poor women into his predatory world of elite abuse. There are videos about it. That kind of thing is right here in Grand Rapids in addition to sex trafficking. Then we need the governor to license all holistic practitioners in the state. The P.T. and the chiropractors like to block us bc they’re territorial.

We need to create a new way with our minds and bodies and I’m happy to lead it. In the process, it will bring gender balance to men and women because body integrity and mental focus are one with this issue.

The intellect is not the mind and it is limited by the accuracy of data. As we know, error in data is prevalent on earth and amongst humans because our perception is limited.

I couldn’t relate to any of them when he was talking about identity. I said out loud, “My identity is Cosmic. I don’t just have a human identity at all.” Then after I said that, he said that in Yoga they strive for a cosmic identity. We think through our entire bodies. The Body IS the Mind. And the Maya taught that all of the amino acids, thus ALL of the tribes ARE our body and ARE time itself.

There is a mental body and a physical body but they function as one. The second brain is in the gut but the only reason the brain is important is that it is completely connected to the WHOLE body which is why our healthcare needs to be realistic and holistic.

This is Now a Meditation on Merging and Cooperating. Take Some Time on, Internalize and Visualize It


Visualize the body parts noted merging and cooperating. Think of the attributes I posted yesterday and bring those in. This is 50/50. Both sides are EQUALLY important. You are visualizing the exact SAME body part noted, just on the other side of the body. I’ve seen this reality in bodywork practice for twenty years and I’ve said for twenty years, “Your body is like a marriage. The two sides are in fact one. When one side is in pain or weak, the other side picks up the slack.” We correct that side in my office and then need to work the other side that picked up the slack because it gets tired.

0-9 is Galactic Karmic in-breath or CA, Past to Present. Male energy comes down the right side.

What Are the Dimensions and What Do They Feel Like?


Planetary Human Fully Physical and Multidimensional

They are not abstract or just in the ethers, they are physical and IN our bodies. That’s why I keep harping on the body. It’s also the main way our energy, ideas, creativity, and joy are vampired from us by default if we have no boundaries and just give it over or watch media constantly and let our minds be programmed by it instead of programming our own minds.

We give it over in non-loving sex, the sick-care system with their cutting and drugging and ignorance about the multiple dimensions in the body for self-healing, low frequency food that is so easy to get, co-dependent marriage, and media.

All the dimensions are ONE, UNIFIED, just as our bodies are in one piece or whole. That’s why I’m wholistic (holistic). You see two words in there; whole, and holy. We are explicated into a body, into the synchronistic hologram FROM implicate order or Galactic Center. It’s also called Big Mind in Taoism.

We are Big Mind as long as we receive Big Mind into our bodies and realize that we literally are a temple of holiness. Not holy by religious definition but by nature. Every single dimension is in our body.

I haven’t actually heard anyone else say that all the dimensions are in our body so this may be new to you. I’ve always known it and get tired of defending myself in my office from patients who have let the white coats do everything vile imaginable to them and then ask me to align it because they are in worse pain than before. They realize they made a mistake. The Tao says,

“The great way is easy but people prefer the side-paths.”

Don’t go off on a side path. You go off on a side path because you’re following other people. It’s always a mistake to follow others. Be self-existing from your heart center.

There are different opinions on the number of dimensions. The one most often heard is nine. Everyone agrees there are four with time being number four but no one realizes yet that time is manifested as DNA. It’s not just etheric. But our DNA is not just three dimensions as everyone thinks. They believe that DNA alone is what makes us flesh and visible. That’s incorrect. There are many things that makes us flesh and visible in this hologram.

  1. Our mental intention to be here. No one stays in physical when they really, truly want to leave. It’s the will to live, and physician’s know it well. Patients that have no rational reason to be alive simply are because they want to be.
  2. We were born and given a body by our mother and father.
  3. We existed in different manifested dimensions before and wanted to knock around with other bodies and souls in this dimension, for fun and learning.
  4. We agreed to get a job done and have a mission working with an E.T. or Spirit Guide group. (That’s why I’m here.)

I experience the different dimensions in my body. I can feel them. When I’m in my office doing Reiki I can actually feel 13 because there are more than nine. I don’t know where everyone is getting nine. If you are a Reiki Master and have your hands on multiple people as I do, you can feel them. It’s very clear. I just checked with my pendulum also on my own body.

The Maya helped me with this today. They are a civilization of healers. The synchronicity of this is amazing with shiatsu added in. The male principle enters from the top of the right side of the body, goes down to Tone 1 ankle over to Tone 13 left ankle as the female energy. In shiatsu female energy enters and is received from the left foot and goes up the left side and circles back.

The crossover polarity is at the causal body, tone 7, the throat.

Are the 13 Tones of Creation aligned with these bodies emanating from our flesh body? Yes. They merge perfectly. I just figured it out.

The Tzolkin tone’s on the body circle around the joints and this has been known for some time. I didn’t figure that out but I merged it with the 13 chakras or energy bodies, the Tones of Creation with an understanding of the Reiki positions.

  • Self-Existing 4 is the right hand

So the 13 dimensional bodies emanate from the joints as the Tones of Creation. Thus, the Tones of creation create those 13 bodies that all emanate from what we perceive to be “only flesh and blood”. We are in fact…a multidimensional body, 13 of them, laying there on that bed, on the floor, or on a treatment table. Meditate on it as you lay there.

The chakras don’t go straight up the center of the body. they go in a circle or an infinity symbol around the body. Their effect goes through the center of the body though.

Love yourself, know and feel your body, feed it good thoughts and feelings and know that it is naturally full of light. This raises your frequency which is our main work right now.

How to Choose the Multidimensional 13,000 Year Timeline


You have 12 energy bodies. The flesh is just one.

First of all, make sure you really want to be here and remain alive. Some who have been through major trauma and feel like others dominate them, like mates, parents, jobs, the military, and bossy E.T. ancestors…have a death wish.

What I would suggest is they actually have a self-empowerment wish but they’ve given so much over in their past that they’ve lost their inner compass just from habit.

I’ll be direct as usual. You have to let that shit go and rampage your passion and express it. Even if it comes out crazy and negative at first, view it as food poisoning. You have to throw up negative feelings and experiences about yourself and your time on earth.

We have great potential for good and creativity as a collective. Even J.C. said, “You will do greater things than me”. No one talks about that. It’s scary to rumble with God bc you’ll probably screw up. Then you are forgiven! Once you open your heart to love and LOVE YOURSELF as a child of God you can’t lose that love. This awareness can heal and align universal mistakes, and there have been a pile of universe actor mistakes that were supposed to be helping us.

Letting A.I. in to this dimension was a big one and the Reptilians are experiencing that karma now. They’re losing their souls and their species may end. They crave human DNA that is filled with Source, our Creator. It’s very sad and I wonder what can be done. They helped seed humans and their DNA is in us.

To align with the 13 timeline, RECEIVE into yourself all you need and crave but don’t believe you deserve or can have. This is the divine feminine energy that is in all humans. The receptive principle is female. The opposite is TAKING energy or vampiring out of lack. This energy tends to dominate the planet bc of the cabal. Well f… them. I’m sick of thinking and talking about a bunch of insane losers who don’t believe in anything but their own evil and how to get freaky with zombies.They need to leave this planet now with their B.S. and get some deep healing elsewhere.

We live in an abundant universe not a poor one. “ASK and you will receive.” Don’t ask and say, “No. this is stupid. I don’t feel that in my core nor do I believe it.” Then it won’t come to you bc you said so. Make up your mind!

Stop following 12:60 based mainstream media, science, politics, religion, crappy art that is dark and psychotic, portrays women as dark wiccans and men as fools. Sell stuff you don’t use or need or give it away. Get your house organized, make it beautiful to your taste.

We have to help and heal ourselves! This is our test now! We are the authority with God in us. Of course we have others for support but they’re not going to do it for us nor can they. We’re not helpless babies.

That’s just a start. I’ll stop there for today. Take charge of your time, your mind, your focus and your body or the dark actors who have a death wish will do it for you. It’s unnecessary.

Time Innovation: History-Archaology-The Two Time Spiral Choices Simplified

They were better artists than us.

780,000 years ago was the last pole shift, during the Stone Age. In that time period, sentient humans evolved and burgeoned the planet. We stood up on two legs and our brains turned on so that we could make choices, at least most of us. It’s called Free Will and it is High Frequency Universal Law. We are not called to be slaves or prisoners in someone else’s drama whether it’s 3D or a holonomic simulation controlled by A.I. But if we don’t speak up and exercise our freedom to choose, by default, we’re in THEIR game.

780,000 years on the C.A. timeline of 12:60 are 65, 12,000 year cycles which is why those that believe 12:60 is THE REALITY are now in synchronicity with the 12:60 sprockets. 13:20 coordinate controls the 65 harmonic Tzolkin. That synchronicity is giving them a temporary lens into other dimensions so they can get a glimpse of the choice they have. Thus the E.T. are around A LOT.

  • Learn more about biology and our incredible bodies and immune systems so that we approach our body as a WHOLE, not in pieces.
  • Learn about the 12 other energy bodies we have and how to get them aligned

OUR ENERGY and mindset are ONE with the planet. As millions have the chance and time to raise their consciousness frequency so will Earth. Then the cataclysm can be checked and happen gradually. I choose 13 root time cycle. It also incorporates equal power of the female with the male. That has to happen for the earth to balance whether you like it or not. Every other planet in our local universe shares power equally with the female. If a capable and smart female leader steps forward, stop knocking her down and show some respect for her Mind, not just her body.

The Two Timeline Choices Simplified

780,000 years ago was the last pole shift, during the Stone Age. In that time period, sentient humans evolved and burgeoned the planet. We stood up on two legs and our brains turned on so that we could make choices, at least most of us. It’s called Free Will and it is High Frequency Universal Law. We are not called to be slaves or prisoners in someone else’s drama whether it’s 3D or a holonomic simulation controlled by A.I. But if we don’t speak up and exercise our freedom to choose, by default, we’re in THEIR game.

That synchronicity is giving them a temporary lens into other dimensions so they can get a glimpse of the choice they have. Thus the E.T. are around A LOT.

What Does it Mean to Raise Your Frequency? How do you Do it?


We are being told by the UAP/E.T. community, spiritual community and even imminent cataclysm community to raise our personal frequency to deal with the new cycle changes and ascension of the planet and our bodies. How it is measured and who measures it?

Apparently certain E.T. can measure it when they are near you and will tailor their communication or telepathy to your frequency. They can feel it and so can some humans. I know I can feel my patients frequency. It’s not difficult for any human to be telepathic and has nothing to do with intelligence or consciousness level. Telepathy is a natural part of our brains. You can start simply by asking, “Do I feel good or bad with myself right now?” Good can be as simple as content and awake, no pain anywhere.

When you’re next to someone or feeling yourself, you feel either a level of fear or a level of love and then all the gradients in between. Just because you disagree with someone for five minutes it doesn’t lower your vibration. It only changes your frequency if you habitually want to fight that person. Politics is low frequency as is competition. We are taught that competition is good. Maybe sometimes but at it’s base it’s poverty of Self and belief that you have to fight for attention you need from others. The remedy is a relationship with Spirit. Others are not God. God is God. You will always be disappointed if you expect others to fill your deepest needs that only Source and yourself can fill. This is a huge frequency issue, even for the E.T.

  • Any type of love and desire to channel universal energy for any reason will raise your frequency. For example, I feel I’m at my highest frequency when I’m doing Reiki in my office. It’s through the roof. I’m not thinking; I’m sitting in a spinning vortex of energy that is coming through my body, my DNA and I can feel my spirit helpers all around me. I’m happiest and most centered in my office running Reiki for clients and I’m busy.
  • Loving the earth and what your physical senses bring in raises your frequency. For example, smell the outside air, walk in the grass, listen to the birds, watch the humans being silly, smell fresh mown grass and the flowers. That raises your frequency.
  • Pondering someone who really wronged or backstabbed you, forgiving them, cutting the cord and letting them go into their own karma and vortex REALLY raises your frequency. Mind you, your action here does not affect them, it’s affects you. It’s like washing toxic mud off of you or a fabulous elimination. LOL. You have to get that out of there. It’s like food poisoning. You have to throw it up. Forgiveness IS PHYSICAL because first you do it emotionally and physically.
  • Picking food to eat that you like, that you feel happy eating, that you have no guilt about, that produces good memories from childhood raises your frequency. Espresso and dark chocolate raise my frequency because I love the flavors. Some people can dictate the vibration of their food; Your food does not have to dictate your frequency. I disagree with many of my peers on this and joke that it means a wonderful salad would make a better President than J.B. if that’s the case. Is the salad sentient and powerful? More than you? We need to stop projecting holiness or un-holiness onto food that is dead, already picked, killed, you name it. If you do you’re being religious about food and the proselytizing follows. That will lower your frequency. Yes it has nutrients but many E.T. have evolved to the point where they don’t eat or eliminate any more. I’m way into that. The fact is, WE control our frequency with our minds and hearts. Our food does not control our vibration. What you think and feel when you eat the food controls your vibration. So, to each his own. Don’t judge people for what they eat.
  • You do need water though. You need WATER first before any food. The hydrogen gene (water with oxygen) IS holy in my opinion. E.T.’s do drink water but don’t eat food necessarily.
  • Meditation, calming the mind, getting to delta wave waking trance state raises your frequency. The belief is we only get delta waves when we’re in deep sleep but we can hit delta state in deep meditation also. I do. I can feel my brain dropping back and my pineal gland dominating. If you close your eyes and release the muscles behind the eyes, your brain will defer to the pineal gland and you can go down. What I have found is that if I keep the pineal gland looking down into my body it will not go up and out the crown chakra and start remote viewing which is what psychic mediums do when they read. I do that as well. I’ve done that my whole life but I don’t prefer it. It’s not terribly fun to look out randomly into the public and read people right now. I don’t do it. I stay in my vortex and retain my energy for myself and my clients.
  • Not talking and not participating in arguments or even leaving raises your frequency.
  • Doing Tai Chi or Qi Kung raises your frequency. You can feel the power in your body and have good self-esteem about that.
  • Wishing well for others no matter what raises your vibration. It doesn’t change them, it changes you because you no longer get frustrated or judge others who you have no control over. Accepting that you have no control over others seriously raises your vibration. So does focusing on yourself. In that way, you can be of service to others without tapping yourself out or feeling like a sacrifice. Abundance is reality, not poverty.

Full Moon in Scorpio and Pluto Retrograde; Shake-up for Yellow Sun (The Sun) and Blue Storm


The Sun is drastically changing THE EARTH and HUMAN BODIES right now.

The weather on earth and events on the sun are chaotic right now. The Covid-19 virus is hitting certain areas hard again. Nothing seems to letting up in fact it seems be getting worse. The energy at dusk and into the evening is so odd now. It feels like everything is changing quickly. I feel like crawling into a hole except my personal life and my business are going great. I’m staying in my self-generating vortex would be the reason, but family and friends are dropping like flies under the weight of reacting to the larger culture. I hope you’re not. It’s just very unnerving to vibe on the outside world and see things turning upside down.

Pluto mediates Yellow Sun and Blue Storm and is the farthest planet in our solar system from our Sun. We are in the energy of enlightenment and self-generation gone retrograde with this cycle. It seems like a boomerang energy to me since the Sun and Pluto are so distant.

In addition, there are a host of planets in Taurus right now; Sun, Mercury, Venus, Uranus and Black Lilith. Taurus rules Earth with co-ruler Venus, I guess and Earth mediates Blue Hand and Yellow Human. I can’t say Taurus’s are happy campers right now, at least not the ones I know. They’re all having a fit. In addition, if any of them has a lunar eclipse in Scorpio with the current full moon line-up the lunar lessons are going to be in their face and there will be offloading. There is much ambition for accomplishment, fame, and fortune from Taurus, Blue Hand, and Yellow Human kin right now. Scorpio and Black Lilith come along and churn up superficial attachment and resistance to learning spiritual lessons. Just sayin’ “How’s that goin’ for ya?”

Isoleucine and Glutamic Acid are in play here; HAND and HUMAN. Hand to the plow comes to mind.

Scorpio alignment also means a shake-up of deep underwater caverns and tectonic plate movement which is moved by the Sun and ruled by Pluto. Much synchronicity here.
