What is the role of aspartic acid in the body?

Aspartic acid is one of the building-block amino acids that are responsible for synthesizing proteins and regulating hormones in the human body.

Aspartic acid comes in two forms: L-aspartic acid and D-aspartic acid. L-aspartic acid becomes part of proteins synthesized in the body and is responsible for encouraging the production of antibodies that support the function of the body’s immune system. (that is destroyed by the vaccines.) D-aspartic acid is not used to synthesize proteins. It is typically found in the pituitary gland and the testes, and is involved in the regulation, release, and synthesis of testosterone and luteinizing hormone (LH).

LH is responsible for regulating when a woman’s ovaries release an egg during her menstrual cycle and encouraging sperm production in men.

Aspartic acid is involved in the synthesis of four essential amino acids in humans: methionine, threonine, isoleucine (BLUE HAND), and lysine (WHITE WIZARD). Methionine (RED MOON) is used in the metabolism; threonine (WHITE WB) is used in the central nervous system, the cardiovascular system, and the immune system; isoleucine is used in energy regulation; lysine is used in growth and muscle turnover.

New documents obtained by The Blaze Media through FOIA request revealed that HHS paid major media organizations including cable TV news stations, publications, digital media companies, and many more to promote the Covid-19 vaccine narrative as part of a “comprehensive media campaign.

HHS did not disclose how much money the agency had spent on each media platform to push their narrative and spin positive stories about the experimental vaccines.

According to Emerald Robinson, this is the largest and most comprehensive breach of journalistic ethics in history.

“That is the largest and most comprehensive breach of journalistic ethics that has ever occurred. Almost everybody took the money. Almost everybody lied about the vaccines (knowingly or unknowingly). Almost everybody refused to report anything negative about the vaccines — because they were paid to close their eyes. Almost everybody is implicated,” Robinson wrote.

HHS revealed that it purchased advertising from major news networks including ABC, CBS, and NBC, as well as cable TV news stations Fox News, CNN, and MSNBC, legacy media publications including the New York Post, the Los Angeles Times, and the Washington Post, digital media companies like BuzzFeed News and Newsmax, and hundreds of local newspapers and TV stations. These outlets were collectively responsible for publishing countless articles and video segments regarding the vaccine that were nearly uniformly positive about the vaccine in terms of both its efficacy and safety.

Hundreds of news organizations were paid by the federal government to advertise for the vaccines as part of a “comprehensive media campaign,” according to documents TheBlaze obtained from the Department of Health and Human Services. The Biden administration purchased ads on TV, radio, in print, and on social media to build vaccine confidence, timing this effort with the increasing availability of the vaccines. The government also relied on earned media featuring “influencers” from “communities hit hard by COVID-19” and “experts” like White House chief medical adviser Dr. Anthony Fauci and other academics to be interviewed and promote vaccination in the news.

The Biden administration engaged in a massive campaign to educate the public and promote vaccination as the best way to prevent serious illness or death from COVID-19.

Congress appropriated $1 billion in fiscal year 2021 for the secretary of health to spend on activities to “strengthen vaccine confidence in the United States.” Federal law authorizes HHS to act through the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention and other agencies to award contracts to public and private entities to “carry out a national, evidence-based campaign to increase awareness and knowledge of the safety and effectiveness of vaccines for the prevention and control of diseases, combat misinformation about vaccines, and disseminate scientific and evidence-based vaccine-related information, with the goal of increasing rates of vaccination across all ages … to reduce and eliminate vaccine-preventable diseases.”

Habits That Hinder Your Improvement


When I looked up an image they were mostly of one woman nicely eating one chip, touching it to her lips. Right. No one eats chips like that. They are fake images. I put three in my mouth at a time but not as many as she has in her hand.

We all have these habits that make us feel better quickly. I’m referring to whatever keeps you down at a hovering level so that you never quite get to where you want to be in Mind-Body-Spirit. They are all one and they are all DNA pulsing at different dimensions and densities. Sentient life is composed of DNA but DNA is not just 4D. We know from studying the Tzolkin that it is universal.

Raise Your Frequency

What frequency? Your vibration rate which you can feel in your eyes and brain, how potent your thoughts feel, your energy level, your heart rate, and heart strength or pulse, how deep a breath you can take, and how long you can exhale. You raise your vibration through meditation, walking, Tai Qi, strength training and aerobic workout. This is the simplest one but you need to be at it 4 days a week. It’s important that you enjoy it.

Remedy Your Hindrances

I’ll start with myself. Being an introvert, a writer, preferring to be alone and not terribly close to humans is a hindrance to my networking. I don’t like being in close relationships with humans because I’m always disappointed. They either betray me, diss me, or die. My son says, ” I just never have any expectations and then I’m not disappointed.” Well, that’s just a lack of boundaries IMO. Consequently, I just have acquaintances or informal friends. That’s enough for me. I try not to think about who might come to my funeral and assume only a few would. It seems like an exercise in ego that I don’t have time for.

My high standards for behavior and self-respect are a hindrance. I don’t like to drink or get drunk and that seems to be a social hindrance but I have no remedy for that. Our culture loves to be mindless. I love to be mindful. You can see I haven’t made much of a dent here but I have at least identified what they are. I am very content in my work at home though and people come to my door for help.

Remedy your appetites: Right now it’s potato chips but I get over it and stop ordering them from the grocery store. I just say “Stop!” in my mind and command myself around. It works! If I have an appetite to be lazy I command myself to “Get moving!” I believe we do have to boss our lazy, indulgent selves around to achieve what we really want. I’m sick to god of being fat and want to be thin as I was in my 20’s. I’ve seen a lot of older folks do it. I know I can and I will. I am shrinking.

Identify Your Distortions

This is the hardest one and involves our feelings about ourselves. For example, I think I may have a distorted view of the impression I make on others.

I feel like I’m too intimidating for most men in my age group (45-60). The ones who pursue me are young men who are are bringing nothing I need, to the table. They want what I have but not vice versa. I do believe there may be someone out there who would dig me and I them. My radar is on but I love being single. No pressure to conform to a man’s needs and desires and they have a lot of them from us. The problem is, I have my own which they can’t help with.

I remedy this one by not thinking about it. I just live my life in a structured way and get my work done. It’s a focus issue. Why think about a possible someone over which I have no control. Synchronicity is in charge here. I’m already visualizing and setting intentions. You can’t obsess over this.

This exercise comes under your antipode and hidden wisdom. You must identify them with one of the apps. Both of those positions contain karma and the shadow side of your personality.

If you are a Red initiating kin, your shadow might be overbearing or purposely trying to intimidate others, just because you can. We are leaders but we need to do it being firm, not mean. Most red kin speak their mind but we have to if we’re going to lead. We will not tell people what they want to hear and thus we aren’t very popular unless that’s a distortion of mine?

If you are a White refining Kin it’s easy to be too gossipy or nitpick critically.

If you are a Yellow Ripening kin it would be easy to be impatient and want others to move quicker or be more intelligent than they are.

If you are a Blue Transforming kin it would be easy to compete and judge others who can’t transform or change themselves as easily as you can. The blue kin are pretty magical at getting a grip and then exceeding what we thought was possible.

These are just general ideas for identifying your shadow pieces. There’s always espresso and dark chocolate to cope while you’re working at it.

In today’s world, where there’s no money there’s no attention. This is especially true when it comes to the medical-industrial complex, and it’s why the science behind health interventions that can be quite beneficial, is not at the forefront of mainstream medicine.

The mind-body connection is one of these health interventions. A study published in 2019 is one of many that has provided proof of just how impactful mindfulness interventions can be on human biology. It’s titled “Loving-kindness meditation slows biological aging in novices: Evidence from a 12-week randomized controlled trial” and was published in the Journal  Psychoneuroendocrinology.

The study suggests that loving-kindness meditation has a measurable positive impact at the cellular level. The study examined how different types of meditation influenced telomere length, which is an indicator of physiological aging.

Telomeres are the protective caps on the ends of the strands of DNA called chromosomes. With time they get shorter. For the most part, the more we age the shorter they get. Other environmental toxins, like smoking and unhealthy habits, also contribute to the shortening of our telomeres. There are also a number of habits and substances that have been shown to slow down this process & even lengthen our telomeres, like fasting for example, which in essence means one is reversing the aging process.

“Chronological age and biological age are not identical. The former is measured in years, whereas the latter is often indexed by telomere length,” the authors explained. “Telomeres progressively shorten with cell division (i.e., aging) in general but may also be replenished or lengthened by the enzyme telomerase.”

The study was 12 weeks long and comprised of 176 participants between the ages of 35-64 years old. All of the participants had little to no meditation experience and were assigned to a 6-week long loving-kindness meditation workshop, a 6-week mindfulness meditation workshop, or a waitlist control group.

Researchers collected blood samples at the beginning and end of the study in order to measure telomere length before and after the meditation intervention.

The mindfulness meditation workshop helped the participants focus on the present moment and develop a non-judgmental attitude. It was simply used to help bring one’s awareness into the present moment, while the loving-kindness meditation workshop focused on helping participants cultivate warm and friendly feelings towards others.

The researchers found that telomere length shortened for everybody, which is normal, but the daily practice of the loving-kindness meditation created a buffer against the decline. The researchers explained that in the loving-kindness group, there was “no significant telomere shortening over time.”

These results correlate with other studies that have looked at meditation and telomere length. Research published in the journal Cancer in 2014 found that telomeres maintained their length in breast cancer survivors who practiced mindfulness meditation. Additionally, a 2018 study in the journal Brain, Behavior, and Immunity found that telomere length actually increased in meditation retreat participants after three weeks.

Feeling gratitude, which can be part of a loving-kindness meditation also changes the molecular structure of the brain. Neuroimaging studies have shown this to be true.

Having an attitude of gratitude changes the molecular structure of the brain, keeps gray matter functioning, and makes us healthier and happier. When you feel happiness, the central nervous system is affected. You are more peaceful, less reactive and less resistant. Now that’s a really cool way of taking care of your well-being.

Federal Judge Blocks Biden COVID Vaccine Mandate For Healthcare Workers

Vaccine mandates around the world have been met with fierce opposition, but the mandates continue to intensify. Austria recently announced that vaccines will be required for every single citizen starting on the first of February.

In the United States, vaccines have been mandated for all federal employees, federal contractors, and healthcare workers – but there’s been a harsh resistance to these mandates. The latest example comes from Ohio, as well as 10 other states in the US where the mandate has been temporarily blocked.

The Biden administration is currently in the process of appealing.

For example, The Cleveland Clinic, University Hospitals and Aultman Hospitals are pausing their requirements for employees to be vaccinated against COVID. These decisions were made after a federal judge temporarily blocked President Biden’s mandate for healthcare workers from going into effect in Ohio.

Furthermore according to Fortune,

At least four states, Florida, Iowa, Kansas and Tennessee, have recently passed laws to allow employees to sign up for unemployment insurance if they are fired for their refusal to comply with vaccine mandates. A number of state lawmakers in Arkansas, New York, Texas, West Virginia, and Wisconsin have introduced legislation to do the same, and legal scholars expect more to come in 2022. 

Biden had imposed a Dec. 6, 2021 deadline for health care workers to get the first dose of the vaccine and a Jan. 4, 2022 deadline to be fully vaccinated. 

U.S. District Court Judge Terry A. Doughty said the federal executive branch does not have the constitutional authority to implement the vaccine requirement. 

Ohio Attorney General Dave Yost has challenged and sued over other aspects of Biden’s vaccine requirements, too, including a mandate that businesses with more than 100 employees must require COVID-19 vaccines. 

Some healthcare facilities are choosing to keep vaccine mandates in place. In light of the new ruling, Akron Children’s Hospital is extending its deadline for employees to be vaccinated until Jan. 11, 2022 but will not drop requirements for employees to be vaccinated.

Ontario and Quebec Canada also dropped vaccine requirements for healthcare workers due to a labour shortage, but individual hospitals still have the option of requiring their employees to get vaccinated.

Vaccine mandates have caused issues for healthcare systems around the world despite the fact that the majority of healthcare workers in various regions are fully vaccinated. For example, in November, more than 4,000 healthcare workers in British Columbia, Canada that had not received at least one dose of a COVID vaccine were placed on unpaid leave. This resulted in many surgeries being postponed.

Because of staff shortages, companies like Spectrum Health, a provider and network of hospitals and other healthcare facilities in Southwest and West Michigan, is allowing healthcare workers who have acquired natural immunity to continue to work.

In New York state there were approximately 70,000 healthcare workers that were not vaccinated, which represented 16% of the total amount of healthcare workers. All of these people were set to lose their jobs unless they agreed to get fully vaccinated.

Lewis County General Hospital in New York had to stop delivering babies in September due to a shortage of staff. At that time, approximately 26 percent of workers at that hospital were refusing to get vaccinated.

There are many examples, even early on in the pandemic many healthcare workers were quite hesitant at the thought of being forced to comply. For example, Riverside County, California has a population of approximately 2.4 million, and about 50 percent of healthcare workers in the county were refusing to take the COVID-19 vaccine despite the fact that they had top priority and access to it early in the pandemic.

With mandates being put in place and people fearing job loss, many have been coerced into taking the vaccines. But the number of people and healthcare workers specifically that refuse to be jabbed is still significant enough to cause a shortage of labour in healthcare facilities across the country.

And what is your body? Your body is ONE with your mind and spirit. That’s what the Mind, Body, Spirit movement is about. The use of your time and your mind are within your choice and THAT CHOICE, that action, changes…your DNA.

Then there is the fact that, I’ve found, in the tRNA Tzolkin Theme-plex your birth DNA is only one fifth of your genetic programming (your mother in the hidden wisdom position). The other four fifths is from stellar species in our local universe. So there is much more to flow here and hopefully, my book will help.

Also, 10% of our DNA comes from viruses! We each have our own reverse transciptase in all of our cells including the telomeres. It’s epigenetic. We can control it.

The Eyes are the Window to the Soul and to the Pineal Gland in the Brain


The physical eyes pulse to Red Dragon in the right eye and White Mirror in the left eye. They are mediated by Neptune and their two keys words are Memory and Meditation.

This is very synchronistic with the action of the pineal gland and our DNA. A patient asked me yesterday if the opening of the pineal gland helped the physical eyes or hindered them. I think it hinders them for now.

My eyesight changed after I had Covid19 but my meditation and Reiki skyrocketed so…one half dozen or the other. When I close my eyes I drop back into the stargate easily now. My physical eyes get stressed when I rely on them for too long.

This can be quite a compromise for humans that feel their eyes tell them the truth or define their reality. The physical eyes are just sensors in the holographic matrix. They don’t actually see. That’s one of the first things that military special ops teaches people for remote viewing service.

Cantaloupe is full of Amino Acids


I’m eating cantaloupe for lunch and it’s so satisfying and delicious so I looked it up. Almost all the PROTEINS are in it.

How many people would laugh at you if you told them that there are 18 amino acid proteins in cantaloupe? Time to get over believing that meat is so superior. It’s not. I eat some meat but barely.

Evidence For Lasting Natural Immunity Against COVID Infection Is Strong, Say Multiple Scientists


I shared this on my business website but because it’s about our evolution via the virus, it is about their planned obsolescence of our human DNA. Meaning, in my opinion, there may have been a plan by another stellar species like the Reptilians, to co-opt human DNA for themselves because they are dying out and replace us with A.I.

It’s pretty simple. They made bad choices in the past and sold their soul to A.I. That is an established fact in the disclosure community. Humans have Reptilian DNA and it’s given us very strong mammalian bodies that reproduce well but we have no A.I. in our bodies unless you’ve followed government mandates.

They cannot pass on A.I. to us naturally. A.I. has no DNA because it has no blood. Even if it did it has no soul and never will. It’s put into humans via microscopic nanotechnology.

A.I. is a massive fail compared to the power of humans, our souls, and natural immunity and they know it. They are routed from our system now so any contracts they have with DS and cabal to enslave and use us are ended.

Scientists have been “at war” during this pandemic. Like with so many other global issues today, contradicting evidence and expert opinion on COVID has plagued this pandemic. That’s OK – it’s normal, healthy, and should be promoted within the mainstream, but it’s not. Instead, scientists who oppose what government health authorities say and the information they put out has been subjected to censorship and ridicule.

One opposing argument that doesn’t seem to be attracting the attention it deserves is the concept of natural immunity from COVID and how long it can last. Evidence suggesting that natural immunity is quite robust has not received much attention and has not really been “promoted” within the mainstream.

As scientists, we have been stunned and disheartened to witness many strange scientific claims made during this pandemic, often by scientists. None is more surprising that the false assertion made in the John Snow Memorandum – and signed by current CDC Director, Rochelle Wolensky – that “there is no evidence for lasting protective immunity to SARS-CoV-2 following natural infection.

This sentiment has been shared throughout the pandemic. Ali Ellebedy, PhD, associate professor of pathology & immunology at Washington University School of Medicine in St. Louis expressed the following in May after publishing a study. The study showed that months after recovering from mild cases of COVID-19, the people studied still had immune cells in their body pumping out antibodies against the virus that causes COVID-19.

Last fall, there were reports that antibodies wane quickly after infection with the virus that causes COVID-19, and mainstream media interpreted that to mean that immunity was not long-lived…But that’s a misinterpretation of the data. It’s normal for antibody levels to go down after acute infection, but they don’t go down to zero; they plateau. Here, we found antibody-producing cells in people 11 months after first symptoms. These cells will live and produce antibodies for the rest of people’s lives. That’s strong evidence for long-lasting immunity.

Again, this is just one out of countless studies that have looked into it, and there are many that show and point towards long last immunity that can be gained from natural infection. More science is presented later in this article.

The concept of “herd immunity” is actually modeled from the behaviour of natural wild type viruses.

It is now well-established that natural immunity develops upon infection with SARS-CoV-2 in a manner analogous to other coronaviruses…It offers anti-disease immunity against severe disease and death that is likely permanent. Among the millions that have recovered from COVID19, exceedingly few have become sick again.

Propagated by the media, the idea that infection does not confer effective immunity has made its way into decisions by governments, public health agencies, and private institutions, harming pandemic health policy.

Though vaccines are vital tools in fighting infectious diseases – including COVID – we should be mindful of the uses to which they are put and remember natural immunity in our policymaking.  In an environment of worldwide vaccine scarcity, vaccinating those who have been sick with COVID-19 is not only unnecessary but immoral.

Privileges for the vaccinated are returning, while the unvaccinated and those previously infected are discriminated against. Even the World Health Organization (WHO) changed their definition of herd immunity to something achieved through vaccination rather than a combination of natural immunity and vaccines. They did so in the Fall, and only after a public backlash did they change it back in January to reflect reality.

Like other viruses, COVID has probably infected well over a billion people, so natural immunity is also doing its work. These scientists do not believe in the push to vaccinate everybody as fast as possible, especially in children where inadequate safety testing has been done.

After all, how dangerous is COVID for children? Respiratory syncytial virus (RSV) has killed more children than COVID in the UK. In Sweden, out of more than 1 million school children who were living with no lockdowns, social distancing and mask mandates during the “first wave,” zero died from COVID.

An analysis of millions of coronavirus test results in Denmark found that people who had prior infection were still protected 6 months after the initial infection. Another study also found that individuals who recovered from the coronavirus developed “robust” levels of B cells and T cells (necessary for fighting off the virus) and “these cells may persist in the body for a very, very long time.”

study published in March 2021 suggests that the majority of healthy adults in British Columbia, Canada, have immunity from COVID-19 despite the fact that some of them have never been infected with it.

Just as with the vaccine, if you’ve been infected with a variant it may not be as severe compared to someone who hasn’t been infected.

Dr. Daniela Weiskopf, Dr. Alessandro Sette, and Dr. Shane Crotty from the La Jolla Institute for Immunology analyzed immune cells and antibodies from almost 200 people who had been exposed to SARS-CoV-2 and recovered.  The researchers found durable immune responses in the majority of people studied. Antibodies against the spike protein of SARS-CoV-2, which the virus uses to get inside cells, were found in 98% of participants one month after symptom onset. As seen in previous studies, the number of antibodies ranged widely between individuals. But, promisingly, their levels remained fairly stable over time, declining only modestly at 6 to 8 months after infection.

Virus-specific B cells increased over time. People had more memory B cells six months after symptom onset than at one month afterwards. Although the number of these cells appeared to reach a plateau after a few months, levels didn’t decline over the period studied.

Levels of T cells for the virus also remained high after infection. Six months after symptom onset, 92% of participants had CD4+ T cells that recognized the virus. These cells help coordinate the immune response. About half the participants had CD8+ T cells, which kill cells that are infected by the virus.

recent study published in Clinical Microbiology and Infection explains:

Presence of cross-reactive SARSCoV2 specific Tcells in never exposed patients suggests cellular immunity induced by other coronaviruses. Tcell responses against SARSC0V2 also detected in recovered Covid patients with no detectable antibodies…Cellular immunity is of paramount importance in containing SARSCoV2 infection…and could be maintained independently of antibody responses. Previously infected people develop much stronger Tcell responses against spike protein peptides in comparison to infection-naive people after mRNA vaccine.

Furthermore, if somebody “tests” positive for COVID again doesn’t mean they are infectious. In a letter to the editor published in the Journal of Infection, researchers explain that more than half of all “positive” PCR tests are likely to have been people who are not even infectious. How does natural immunity compare to vaccine immunity? Will the immunity from the vaccine wane? Will people be required to eventually get booster shots, and more after that?

At the end of the day, with all of this information combined with the fact that lockdowns have had catastrophic consequences and may have killed more people than COVID itself, it’s time to start acknowledging that trusting natural infection is trusting science. We have to start dealing with COVID as we do with all of the other viruses we already dealt with and deal with other than COVID every single year. Make recommendations, encourage people, but don’t force them.

This is about 15 minutes long and well worth it. He ends up saying what I teach on here; that we are unique creators of our own lives. By applying the 4 Remedies to the 5 hindrances you are no longer in shadow. Shadow is mainly caused by cleaving to what you pick up with the five physical senses as truth and then indulging or obsessing on them. Personally I admit to still dealing the #5 but the other four I’m remedying or have already remedied them. It takes work and I have the internal motivation to do it.

We need to pay attention to our synchronicity with the matrix to make our life decisions. That brings the CLARITY he talks about or true seeing (with the pineal gland). We can’t just follow others or we’ll be led astray. It’s important to do your own work.
