Myself, and many others sometimes feel that it’s no fun to have self-control and discipline. In my life it’s been indulging in baked goods and foxy men. The consequences of that is too many layers of fat in the past and not very good emotional bonding with men. I always thought, “What’s the point? They don’t know how they feel and it will take up too much time to teach them.” I preferred super intelligent men to ones that were emotionally mature.
That was in the past. All of that has changed now. With my patients, they seem to over-indulge in beer, drinking, money, status, laziness (not working out) and guilt. None of them are vastly out of hand though and they are generally holistic. They just say they wish they could do better. We all do. But who actually does improve and what does it take to hit a wall?
When you finally see your pattern and that it’s not working for you and making you unhappy you will actually make a change. I did. I’m a good example not a hypocrite. I could not sleep at night if I was a hypocrite. I’m doing it right now and have full control over this aspect of my life. For all of us, the only thing we can control is OUR BODY which is OUR TIME. We have no control whatsoever over the outside world or other people. That has to sink in so we stop wasting our time reacting to (emotionally) or trying to change a KALI YUGA world and the people in it, in vain. (See previous post) Just straighten up yourself and those who are cleaned up will gravitate to you. The quality of your life will improve.
You’ll have to be willing to let the others go and ignore their jealousy because they aren’t willing to do the work you’re doing. There’s the rub. It’s not that you’re better, you’re just willing to do the work it takes to be happier and healthier. The Universe doesn’t love you any more than it does slackers but you love yourself more than slackers and they will see that as Selfish. Ponder this fact and how it’s ruined our world to venerate and extol a bad attitude about yourself. Self-hatred is the way of the world. It’s very hip SHADOW energy.
When you really decide to raise your level of consciousness, you find out who the haters are. Let them drop and find your own way instead of continuing to “fit in”. It will be worth it in the end for the limited time you have on the planet.

Dreams are literal on the unconscious mind level. They are real in another density, not dimension. Layers of energy frequency are density. Humans have felt them forever. That’s what the phrase “The tension was so thick you could cut it with a knife.” means. People have said that forever and they use their intuition to read the room. Dimension is H x W x L x D; height, width, length and depth or 3 and 4D and people hold onto it with their fists as though that’s all there is.
Science has proven anywhere from 7 to 21 dimensions although they may mean density. We’re in flux here so you may want to open up your perceptions of reality. It’s potent in geometry and physics for quantification and measuring, all Tone 4 activities and they are the 4 dimensions. I would say depth is time. And think about depth. Let’s talk about the Mirror for a second. It keeps coming up when I watch a show on Prime Video or talking to someone. It is said that the mirrors in our world that we use, made of quartz crystal and silver, reverse the image in the glass so we are seeing ourselves in reverse.
Look in a mirror. The left side of your face IS ON THE LEFT in a mirror and the right side of your face is ON THE RIGHT in a mirror. That is an exact reflection of yourself to yourself. It’s not reversed.
It IS reversed compared to how OTHERS see us. They see us backward. When you look at someone, you see the right side of their face as their left side. You see the left side of their face as the right side. What’s reversed is OUR vision of others, not the mirror.
Do I somehow have this wrong? I don’t understand why they say the mirror reverses our image? We reverse each other’s image and it’s true that we do not see what others see when they look at us from all angles in real life. All we have to do to see ourselves from all angles is hold up a mirror to another mirror and turn around 360°. I do that often myself. It’s very enlightening.

Saturn is our mediating planet today. Saturn has a had a significant hand in setting our DNA patterns on earth, obviously. You can see the hexagon everywhere. I’m grateful. After our epic screw-up on Tiamat we obviously needed some help and discipline. Let’s hope we get our act together now so we can run our planet without so much E.T. help. We’ll see. Humans need to be more logical and reasonable and get their emotions under control, imo.
I meditate daily just within my own vortex and healing ability with the violet flame. But once a week I spend a bit of time with the Maya to balance my pineal gland so that my regular vision is not too much deterred.
I just had a meditation with them via remote viewing about an hour ago. With remote viewing you can telepathically be present with them where they are and in this case it was on their ship as usual. They have a healing room where they can put a healing head unit on you as well as do spot work with their minds. It works very quickly. In addition, it’s very cool in there because the ships are made of stone. The heat index on Earth in Michigan is 103°. My body feels like a blood bubble. Remember, heat gets the blood moving if a muscle is tight or contracted and ice calms it down in terms of care of muscle injury.
Today, it was chaos on the ship which has never been the case before. I immediately asked if it was ok for me to be there, like, “Is this a good time?” The woman I regularly talk to was very patient and said it was fine. I saw 3 of them at the head of the ship and there was a battle going on. I hated it. I hate military operations.
She said the GFW asked them to help with a battle. She was going to tell me what was going on and I said, “I don’t want to know.” which is how I feel this way these days about anything political or military. I’ve had too many past lives involved in this kind of thing. No more in this life. I want peace.
She continued to attend to my balancing work for about 15 minutes but now I know that the GFW (Galactic Federation of Worlds) call on the Maya for help when needed.
Their ancestors don’t look much different. I am very drawn to these folks.
Jose knew amino acids were musical 50 years ago. I knew it 30 years ago. But to use them to do crazy-making in the human genome as they’ve done with the mRNA vaccine is not something that anyone intelligent, stable, and creative human wants to do. The DS does this kind of genetic experiment underground in the MIL labs. They are reputably psychopaths.
The Mayan Tzolkin Tones of Creation have planted seeds in the likes of MIT folks, although they probably wouldn’t admit it. Unless…it’s a synchronicity. They got the idea that amino acid proteins have sound attached to them from somewhere. Gee, I must be on to something.
But their motivation is to expand A.I. without understanding what they’re creating. They have no idea. This is how Tiamat got blown up. They thought they understood the power of the Sun and timed it wrong. Instead, their military weapon blew up the planet.

Tone 11 pulses to the left hip. This is my grandmother’s birth gateway as well as 4 other significant people in my life. It is also the start of my inverse harmonic which holds the most powerful life lessons for us.
My mom has scheduled LEFT hip replacement surgery on this gateway unknowingly; in 9 days. It’s her mother’s gateway, who she did not get along with at all. The analog is White 11 Spectral Wizard which is my Mom’s Hidden Wisdom. So her hidden wisdom was her mother’s support!! Not only that, my cousin Wayne Dirksen died on this gateway and he was my Grandma’s best chum as a teenager.

The freaky part for me is my grandmother, Red 11 Serpent, died on my mom’s gateway; Blue 3 Hand.
This is how the matrix works with families. We use each others gateways to make passages, learn lessons and resolve karma. Best to know them in your own circle and be ready to face true feelings and issues if they come up for a hearing. Yes, there are family courts over there. Timelessness is unified with space-time so we are in it NOW. What we perceive with our five senses is space-time or the third and fourth dimension. Their existence is not in question and I recently found a book by C Howard Hinton where he proves the existence of the fourth dimension. It’s all math; geometry.
Once we get into multiple dimensions at once in our mindfulness/awareness, time is not relevant. You sit in eternity in your body. The Mayan ZERO is exponential time and it’s just an endless adventure of learning from planet to planet in a different body once we leave this dimension. All of it is MIND or Consciousness which we can work with right now. Remember that on this planet with our Tzolkin, 0=19 or the zero 19 code.
There are specific lessons in the body in this dimension and embodiment and we all know what they are. In order to learn them, you need to be attached to your body. I wonder if intuitively we know that it’s possible to keep living as long as we wish? Disease and death are for backwater planets ya know and that’s us. We could change our reputation. An awareness of timelessness, just as today’s mantra says, is essential to breathe and keep the DNA full of light and love.
There is no illness and death in truth and that is in our bodies now in this dimension. There is no, “Oh wait until I get to heaven and everything will be perfect.” We are supposed to be working toward or relaxing into earth becoming like that right now.

L-serine is an amino acid essential for the synthesis of phosphatidylserine, which is a component of the membrane of brain cells (i.e., neurons). It can be produced in the body, including the brain, but an external supply from the diet is essential in maintaining necessary levels. Although preclinical studies suggest L-serine may inhibit inflammation in the brain, levels of L-serine in humans do not appear to be associated with dementia or cognitive decline. To reflect order outward means we need to create order inside ourselves. Are you in alignment with thought and feeling habits? It will reflect in your body whatever your alignment is.
The verb reflect can mean a person sitting and pondering an issue or reflecting on something into his inner mirror. It can also mean that you are using your inner mirror to project an image out that reflects what you are inside. This is an interesting phenom. Once a majority of people on the planet are doing it, which I believe many are now, the planet will change for the better.
It depends on focus direction; in or out. Most people can see the world around them because their inner mirror is almost always projected outward. When you focus outward you CREATE outward; you don’t change yourself. The only reason our world is everything it is, is because our collective minds mirrored it back to whoever suggested it in the first place.
For instance; who had the idea of processed food packaged in solid waste which cannot be easily returned to the earth? That was a bad suggestion yet most of us buy things such as that at the grocery store. I don’t anymore. I eat whole foods. The packaging is probably not actually being recycled but thrown in the dump or the ocean.
Who had the idea of processed, white sugar and then putting it in almost every bit of food to the point of humans having no palate for natural vegetables and fruit? You get my point. Now that I don’t eat sugar, V8 juice tastes sweet to me.
Solar panels, reflecting the sun and bringing non-polluting energy up is a great idea. It is positive reflection to reflect on.

I was downloading this just now and putting it in the Blue Eagle Archetypes folder when I saw that the aurora IS an Eagle. Happy Day. Big synchronicity.All of the auroras on the planet are projected as holograms by the Tzolkin via the Van Allen belts.

JUPITER is the mediating planet today. I watched a special on it last night on Prime Video. Check it out. Jupiter is a massive zone of magnetic influence. It’s moon IO emits radio energy which could be the source of the Creative tones. I have another theory that it’s Saturn. The planet is 4 BILLION years old. Metallic hydrogen is at it’s core. Jupiter is the fastest spinning planet at one rotation in ten hours.

Receptive time would be the left side of the body or the female side. The right side is male, but we are always both at the same time. It’s like the brain. The brain always functions as ONE brain. Chiron was a Greek Centaur, reputedly mythological but who knows. He was famous for his wisdom and knowledge of medicine.

Chiron was notable throughout Greek mythology for his youth-nurturing nature. His personal skills tend to match those of his foster father Apollo, who taught the young centaur the art of medicine, herbs, music, archery, hunting, gymnastics and prophecy, and made him rise above his beastly nature.
Chiron was known for his knowledge and skill with medicine, and thus was credited with the discovery of botany and pharmacy, the science of herbs and medicine.
Like satyrs, centaurs were notorious for being wild, lusty, overly indulgent drinkers and carousers, violent when intoxicated, and generally uncultured delinquents. Chiron, by contrast, was intelligent, civilized and kind, because he was not related directly to the other centaursdue to his parentage.
Chiron is a comet with a unique and erratic orbit. In the natal chart, Chiron is symbolized by the “wounded healer.” It represents our deepest wound and our efforts to heal the wound.
Chiron in our natal charts points to where we have healing powers as the result of our own deep spiritual wounds. We may over-compensate in these areas of life. Chiron, as a wounded healer, first must face issues of low self-worth and feelings of inadequacy and learn to rise above these issues.
Because the wound goes deep, and we may work hard to overcome it, healing powers are potent. As such, Chiron in our charts is a place of great knowledge, experience, talent, and wisdom. But everyone has free will so no one gets their way all the time even if they are correct. That’s Earth. Only certain people are allowed to define things and get any attention for defining it and in no way does it have to be accurate these days. That’s politics and it’s usually incorrect on the facts. It just has to blasted all of over MSM which programs people’s minds because they don’t know how to or won’t program their own minds. But you can define things for yourself in your vortex and watch your personal life and body change even if no one else is paying attention. Our minds influence our bodies more than anyone else by default. Realize this and it will repel people from you who refuse to take responsibility for their health and their body as human beings. It’s separating people right now in fact. So be it. Birds of a feather flock together.
It’s unlikely that most people will be influential. That’s not lost on me. Fear, ignorance and negativity still rule the narrative because disclosure has not completely taken hold yet, but I do believe it’s changing slowly. The facts are out there due to Corey Goode, Stephen Greer, David Wilcock. and others. What has really been lost is the elegance of the Guide Power; Yellow Star. Creating elegance gives me a reason to keep writing. People who are gracious and graceful are in short supply. I encourage you to follow the guide power in a world that thinks ugly is sexy.
Most humans won’t speak up if normally they’ve leaned a certain way on things socially but their silent buying habits and behavior will change. Those that pay attention can see it. Your intuition can feel it as well.
