As a bodyworker, I have my hands on all kinds of muscles and a person’s muscle make-up is as unique as their personality. While it’s true you can do muscle-strengthening, you can only strengthen what you’ve got. If you’re super thin, you’ll stay super thin with bigger muscles. If you don’t have it already you won’t have more. If you’ve got a lot of muscle, more than you want, it’s not easy to get rid of, and likely you cannot. You might gain too much weight because muscle weighs more than fat so be careful. We need to accept our bodies and what we have to work with and ignore the media portrayal of what is beautiful and what is not. Be creative with your body and most of all have fun and keep moving.

The correctable problem is the connective tissue to the joint; muscle, tendon, and ligament filled with blood that controls the bone. I know none of you are bored by Einstein. Energy = mass x the speed of light squared. So, any consciousness, energy, or ability to think and move that WE have in our body is mass, just a form of energy that is LIGHT moving at 299, 792, 458 miles per / second squared. That is 299 million, 792 thousand, 459 x 2 which is 90,000,000,000 (km/sec)2. That is how fast our molecules are spinning with intention and DNA so that we APPEAR solid. Of course, the powers that be don’t want you to know that!
We are NOT in fact solid or sitting still. We are pure mental energy, spinning light. We ARE a Light Body that appears solid. We can’t exactly put our hand straight through another person because of the intensity of our own field. My Reiki goes through people though so it is spinning faster. They can feel it.
This is a huge leap past Newtonian Materialism which is where our sick care view of the body is, but it is even behind what we know to be true in the quantum world. People FOLLOW whatever media science espouses but you know as well as I do that people have their own intuition and know things about themselves and their bodies that doctors just don’t get. Please frequent a holistic practitioner and trained energy worker and then do public reviews for them instead of being afraid of what others will think because you’re not a materialist only seeing a white coat. The new science backs us up and our outcomes prove it.
By the way, you don’t need mushrooms to wake up the pineal gland. It’s not that hard to do.
Your aura changes daily based on what you’re processing so there’s no point in paying someone to read it. Just get the therapy you feel you need to help you align it yourself. The aura is the emanations from your Light Body. The Light Body is TIMELESS whose Source is the brain and spinal column.
Gaining in this 3D world brings death and suffering eventually by following their programming, if you’re Into that kind of thing. Some people are. So Be it.

I’m thinking out loud on this one, parsing, and reading. I will have to analyze the situation given what I know from my 23 years of being a holistic doctor and Reiki Master. I will also consult my acupuncturist. Of course, I am completely trained in anatomy, all of the organs, muscles, nerves, ligaments, etc., and then with the Reiki Master training, all of the chakras, the energy flow of the body, and more. What is for sure is that I am busy in my office, people get well and tell others word of mouth and it continues. I am a cash practice. No way, no how will sickcare white coats let me into their circus nor do I want to be. The things I see done to my patient’s bodies would make your hair curl.
There is no designation of right or left, front or back though for the FINGERS.
Thumb compression is used for points 1, 9, 16, 19, and 21 on the body, maybe both thumbs. In the Mayan system that is the Yellow Sun Right Thumb and the White Dog left thumb. Read the attributes next to the word “thumb” on the chart. They are the same as the attributes for Yellow Sun/White Dog. Interesting.
Let’s look at today. The middle finger of the right hand is White Wind pulsing down to Red Earth. Remember your analog is ONE with you so Red Earth~White Wind is ONE. The middle finger on the left hand is Yellow Human. If you read the attributes of the word “Middle” on the chart they are in line with White Wind and Yellow Human.
Red Serpent~White Wizard kin, the Maldek memories are somewhere in your unconscious mind or even conscious mind! Many of these two kin have actually left earth now because earth is releasing Maldekian karma based on the Lucifer rebellion ( the c$%^&). At some point, the asteroid belt may turn to dust and disappear, I hope.
Red Skywalker~White World-Bridger kin holds the trauma and memory of the escape in our bodies. I am not sure yet whether at that time we stayed on Earth after the other kin safely landed in the ocean or left to heal on another planet. Our kin had extensive injuries as we saw to it that the remnant seed of Maldek got out so we were the last to leave. Currently, the Skywalker and World-Bridger kin I know have these health issues going on. We are healing with these new ascension frequencies though.
Our home is now a ring of rocks, held in place by its own dream spell, it’s still there, with its karma.
