Cursory Look at HF 13 which hits on July 7, This Thursday
Folks, HF13 starts with Red Moon mediated by Mercury and then moves to White 11 Dog on July 7 on the dharmic side of the holon, also Mercury. The short of it is, down the line, all 5 planets that instigated the Crack in the Psi Bank THAT THE SCIENCE SITE NAMED, go down the line mediating those tribes I named in the last post. It’s startling. This is quite a synchronicity.
Then I saw the Science post about satellites crashing to earth.
I will parse this out in the morning after I sleep. Maybe I’ll have a dream. Tomorrow is Tone 6, HF12 I think, Red 6 Serpent. I’m not looking at the Tzolkin right now, I just have it in my head.
That’s right because then we have White 7worldBridger, 8Hand, and 9Star.
HF 13 on Thursday is 10Moon. 😳. Mercury. Yeah, the c+×#$% might have a message coming from the universe, like, time is up dudes. Here, eat this satellite.
We’ll see. I have to leave the possibility open that I’m wrong or it’s a personal shakeup and not a collective one as is the case too much in my opinion.

364 days will eventually be the length of a complete solar year, not 365. I posted yesterday that the length of a day is shortening so over time this will be the case.
As you can see, 364 is exactly divisible by 13 and 28 which is the number of a complete lunar cycle in a solar year; 13, 28 day full moon cycles. They are each 28 days long which is the days in a healthy, aligned woman’s fertility cycle.
It’s all about alignment with NATURE and gender balance of power. It’s only on earth that these are problems folks. In the rest of the universe, females and males share power equally and are equally loved and respected by each other. Men suffer from this imbalance too so I am not deaf to that at all. Androgyny is also seen in the universe.

Saturday-UPDATED-5th Density or 5GForce Human Helpers for the 20 Tribes of Time
By my rough calculation, there are about two different 5GForce helpers PER TRIBE that would contact you in mediation to help with your body changes and ascension provided your pineal gland is open. I’ve said before that must happen so that your vision becomes spiritual and not locked or imprisoned into 3D clenching. We’re done being clenched to the illusion of just the material world. The material world is a real manifestation of spirit, but it is a limited one that keeps you attached to your identity as a body. As a human, you name it. Everything our identities consist of can become a prison unless we see and feel our Higher Selves in Timelessness. That’s why I do this work.
There are a handful of large overseers or diverse groups. They are humans at very high levels of consciousness BUT, they are not perfect. Corey Goode has made it very clear that the Universe does not function perfectly. That should be obvious by the radical mistake made on Maldek and the infestation of the C$%^^ trying to cull humans and the rest of DNA from the planet. The overseers who may not necessarily work with individuals in meditation are:
- Agarthans
- Altarians
- Andromedans
- Twenty-Four Elders of Andromeda
- Angelic Corp (Your individual angels may attend to you)
- Arcturians-one of the most advanced civilizations in the galaxy
- The Guardians-? May not always be good IMO-Ancient Builder Race-On Earth 30 million years ago
- The Melchizedeks-Work with the Archangels and J.C.
- Super angels Gavalia and Galantia from the Isle of Paradise, Where SOURCE is.
- The Watchers from Central Control in the INNER EARTH-The Elders. They are completely and in detail keeping an eye on the safety of Lightworkers and Starseeds, thwarting evil in high places, and helping with souls coming and going. They are in charge of protocols for Earth being groomed for induction into the Galacterian Alignment of Space Peoples and Planets. I feel they are the ones that inboxed my consciousness and commissioned me to this task. I’m fit for this one.
Part Two lists Zeta Humans, Greys, and more but they are generally not highly evolved, if at all. A couple are but they’ve come under the heavy influence of the Draco over billions of years. The Draco (Red Dragon) was the first tribe to seed our planet billions of years ago according to his narrative and that totally agrees with the Tzolkin. So they are bent on believing they own us and our local system and will stop at nothing to control it. Not all of them are like that. Some have come around and I’m reading all of that right now.
Red Dragon kin ARE A PART OF OUR DNA and our consciousness. It is our Reptilian brain or limbic brain. Under no circumstances should we reject kin just because they are Red Dragon. However, the leader of that tribe are as evil as it gets and many have gone through soul extinction. If you are Red Dragon, I will illuminate who I believe your 5GForce helper may be so that you can be protected in meditation.
Part Three is Animal and Insect Races. A few of them are highly conscious. Most aren’t.

Part Five is the Reptilians. A few of them are good and helping us and I will post on it. But many are Service to Self (Lower Self or Identity).
What Are the Mind and the Brain? How Do They Interact?
They are resonant on this Tone 7 Resonant day. Look on the top right of the image below where it says Upper Dantien and points to the 3rd eye, the 6th chakra, or the pineal gland. This is key right now. You must have this open and spinning to ascend. You can open it yourself or a Reiki Master can open it for you and coach you in boundaries so you don’t go galloping out into the ether while you meditate with no knowledge of where you are going or why. You must have intent and focus when you consciously travel out. Getting high catapults you out into the ether. Be very careful.
The mind is timelessness or eternity interfaced with the brain in time which is your DNA in every cell of your body. It is our Higher Selves speaking to our earth self or embodiment through a genetic biological computer.
That is a vulgar analogy because the brain is an amazing organ. Every cell of our body receives MIND! Every cell of our body absorbs our thought and feeling habits. That is why we feel the way we do. Don’t blame others for how you feel when you allow their thoughts and feelings to be dumped at the doorstep of your body. Boundaries! You have to nicely but firmly say, Please stop. No thank you, or just turn it off.
The mind is especially efficient at getting through to our brain and then our unconscious mind in our dream state when asleep because our brains aren’t distracted by the illusion of the holographic matrix we call our lives.
Our Higher Selves have EXACT navigation coordinates for the manifestation of our chosen destiny if only we’d stop blaming people and events in our matrix for the fact that we are not paying more attention to the voice of our Higher Selves, as though we have no choice over distraction or focus. We do have a choice about which voices we heed and which ones we ignore. You will know which way to go if you use your Intuitive radar and remember your dreams.
I’m big on being distracted or entertained when I get bored which is often. I want someone or something to distract me from my own mind in the matrix. But the mind in the matrix is fruitless and leads down wrong paths. I realize that now.
It is vital to walk to balance your QI and let your arms swing. The less thinking the better while you walk. You must be mindful of what you put in your mouth. We are not yogis yet to be able to radically change the QI inherent in our food. The QI in your food DOES affect us until we ascend. Cane sugar is always toxic and non-nutrient, it is a high like cocaine, and highly addictive if you tend to have bad moods. As soon as sugar touches your tongue you feel happy, at least I did. I don’t do it anymore. Sugar will eventually kill all of your tissue, especially the nerve tissue. White flour foods are always non-nutrients. Alcohol is worse than non-nutrient. Salt is a mineral. The amount needed is only the size of your pinky fingernail. Do not buy anything with added salt. Eat fresh.
The Galacterian Alignment of Space People
This is the definition from the book, “The Extraterrestrial Species Almanac” by Craig Campobasso. His father was in the Air Force and worked for Project Blue Book, the US Air Force study on unidentified flying objects that started in 1952 and investigates more than 11,000 sightings until it was decommissioned in January of 1970. He didn’t know his father but pursued concrete information on E.T. himself. There are other pieces but he essentially lived a parallel life to his father whom he did not know.

The vibes are good today but this is tension material. Chill tonight if you can. People who are still in the old narrative are going deeper into negativity if they aren’t lifting their frequency. Don’t rescue or try to teach anymore. Take care of yourself.
The Cosmic Law of One
We are mammals and we like to be nurturing, cozy, have sex, and reproduce generally speaking. I think that instinct is starting to wane with young people. So, if you pick up this book, it’s a little different. Most E.T. look just like humans but they are not so mammalian. And the ones who do not look human are in fact something altogether different. Keep an open mind and don’t expect the millions of species in the universe to be like us. Most are benevolent though.

- Law of Spiritual Development: Connecting to Source daily to design your spiritual path towards Divinity.

- Law of Social Interaction: Maintaining close relationships with family, and friends, and making new friends does the heart good.
- Law of Compensation: Working towards personal goals and achieving the end result no matter how challenging the path might be.

The Brain is Not the Mind
The intellect is not the mind and it is limited by the accuracy of data. As we know, error in data is prevalent on earth and amongst humans because our perception is limited.
I couldn’t relate to any of them when he was talking about identity. I said out loud, “My identity is Cosmic. I don’t just have a human identity at all.” Then after I said that, he said that in Yoga they strive for a cosmic identity. We think through our entire bodies. The Body IS the Mind. And the Maya taught that all of the amino acids, thus ALL of the tribes ARE our body and ARE time itself.
There is a mental body and a physical body but they function as one. The second brain is in the gut but the only reason the brain is important is that it is completely connected to the WHOLE body which is why our healthcare needs to be realistic and holistic.
The Changes in our Local System Outer Planets Control 10 of the Mayan Tribes
The top 10 planets on the image are the outer planets which are a matter of astronomical fact. And, their atmospheres are collapsing or something else. That is also a matter of scientific fact and not a happy one.
The right and left karmic/dharmic sides of the body channel the five outer planets starting with;
- Pluto mediated byYellow Sun and Blue Storm tribes-The Stop Codon and Tryptophan in 3D. Pluto’s atmosphere has already collapsed

- Jupiter mediated by Yellow Seed and Blue Eagle tribes-Valine and Arginine in 3D. Jupiter’s huge storm is reversing or stopping.
All five of those planets have atmospheres that either have collapsed already or are collapsing or the storms are entirely reversing. It’s going to pulse through our bodies synergy because we’re connected to the ten local planets. In addition the left skyfoot also coincides with those five planets but they run up the left side of the body.
These are located on the head, face, neck, shoulders and arms, all upper body issues can start pulsing due to the evolutionary changes in the outer planets.
The right fire hand and the left blood foot are connected by the URANUS Time Tunnel in the cosmic web. Uranus is going through big changes.

Last but not least, our home planet of earth is warming, the poles are about to shift north to south and the mantle is heaving from the core which is how the tectonic plate shift will occur. All of the MIND of all DNA on the planet is causing these changes to earth and to our sun. WE are changing the earth and the Sun, they are not changing us. Anyone who thinks DNA is not sentient and has no real power to change anything is in for a shock. DNA is Time itself. It is vitally important to meditate and set your intentions, mind and heart daily and take full control of every cell of your body. Unless you love cataclysm and fear mongering and look forward to suffering and decimation. I don’t. And it’s not necessary. Cataclysm focus is end times madness and it’s violent and mean. If that is your focus then that is what will come to your neck of the woods. We are co-creators with All That is.
