Time is the strands of past and future in our DNA, not the hands of time on a clock
I’ve created tables for my book, “Sound to Light-The Tones of Creation,” and one table is dedicated to Tone 3 consistently going into beta or gamma hertz. That’s very high for QFactor deep earth layers. What’s causing a strong pulse in Q3?
Well, it’s doing it again.
Our brain pulses and vibrates like everything in this Universe. Brainwaves can be categorized according to their frequency. The brain pulse is measured like sound in cycles per second or Hertz. It is not about spending our entire life in an awakened mind pattern, but to attain mastery of our brainwaves. Mastery means, we want to be able to be in the state of consciousness (the brainwave pattern) of our choice at any given time, and to achieve what we want to do with it. So flexibility and mastery is what we are looking for.
The lowest frequencies are delta. These are less than 4 Hz and occur in deep sleep and in some abnormal processes. It is the dominant rhythm in infants up to one year of age and it is present in stages 3 and 4 of sleep. It tends to be the highest in amplitude and the slowest waves. Delta is associated with deep sleep, this pattern is very slow. However, this brain waves pattern is important for the explorer of consciousness. If you work to merge with the mass consciousness of our planet you need to work in delta, the first step will be to learn to be conscious in your dreams, you can do that, you can go further in the exploration. Astral projection or Out of Body experience occurs in Delta. We increase Delta waves in order to decrease our awareness of the physical world. We also access information in our unconscious mind through Delta. Peak performers decrease Delta waves when high focus and peak performance are required. However, most individuals diagnosed with Attention Deficit Disorder, naturally increase rather than decrease Delta activity when trying to focus.
Associated with creativity and Extra-sensory perception, the theta state is something to learn to go into at will. It is seen in connection with creativity, intuition, daydreaming, and fantasizing and is a repository for memories, emotions, sensation. Theta waves are strong during internal focus, meditation, prayer, and spiritual awareness. There are countless ways to reach theta, and is the state where your ESP can operate, if you do the proper work you can learn to enter theta at will and perform most of the psychic activities. It reflects the state between wakefulness and sleep and relates to the subconscious mind. Viewed as abnormal in awake adults but perfectly normal in children up to 13 years old. It is also normal during sleep. Theta is believed to reflect activity from the limbic system and hippocampus regions. Theta is observed in anxiety, behavioral activation and behavioral inhibition. When the theta rhythm appears to function normally it mediates and/or promotes adaptive, complex behaviors such as learning and memory.
The first pattern discovered in 1908 by an Austrian Psychiatrist named Hans Berger. Alpha pattern appears when in wakefulness where there is a relaxed and effortless alertness. It is recommended to practice your creative visualization and auto-suggestion technique in alpha state. Good healthy alpha production promotes mental resourcefulness, aids in the ability to mentally coordinate, enhance overall sense of relaxation and fatigue. In this state you can move quickly and efficiently to accomplish whatever task is at hand. When Alpha predominates most people feel at ease and calm. It is the major rhythm seen in most adults. The right brain initiates it.
Beta is associated with our waking activity. During a day we experience all the brainwave patterns with a predominance of Beta. It is generally regarded as a normal rhythm and is the dominant rhythm in those who are alert or anxious or who have their eyes open. It is the state that most of the brain is in when we have our eyes open and are listening and thinking during analytical problem solving, judgment, decision making, processing information about the world around us. The beta band has a relatively large range, and has been divided into low, midrange and high. The left brain initiates it.
This range is the most recently discovered and is the fastest frequency at above 33Hz. While little is known in the mainstream about this state of mind, initial research shows Gamma waves are associated with bursts of insight and high-level information processing. When the brain needs to simultaneously process information from different areas, it is hypothesized that the gamma state consolidates the required areas for simultaneous processing. Note that there’s a LOT of disagreement over where Beta range ends & Gamma range begins. Gamma rhythms appear to be involved in higher mental activity, including perception and consciousness.
The Regions of the brain that originates each wave;
Delta-The Thalumus or Cortex (the top middle of the brain)
Theta-The Hippocampal Region-(the middle low part of the brain near the brain stem that C1 hooks into) This must be the subconscious mind.
Alpha-The Right Brain –right side of the head
Beta-The Left Brain-left side of the head
Gamma-these waves originate in the Thalamus (where Delta does) and are then observed to sweep from the frontal lobe throughout the entire brain bringing it into synchronization. Tibetan Buddhist Monks have been observed to run Gamma waves-the fastest wave humans can produce, that we know of.
The neo-cortex and the lobes are the site of the conscious brain. It’s located at the top and sides of the brain. It’s been around for 300,000 years or 1/3 of our species existence. It controls voluntary thought awareness, self-control, and planning.
The subconscious mind is located in the limbic system and the brain stem. It’s the lower brain. This is the old brain and the original human brain. It is responsible for autonomic nervous system, control of internal organs, forges and manages all habits, insight and creativity, and emotions. It’s much faster and efficient than the new brain and has multi-tasking abilities.
Some scientists believe the vagus nerve or spindle neurons that connect the pre-frontal cortex to the insula may be the link to the new brain. Everything initiated in the subconscious now goes into the conscious mind if we let it.
Nuclear warheads will be stopped by the E.T. but they can annihilate each other with missiles and probably will. I am feeling Al Aqsa Mosque being attacked, and that will widen the war. Then Israel’s first temple will be attacked. That may be the Temple of Solomon or the wailing wall.
It is rising.
Go to today’s gateway reading I posted. It’s spot on, the Serpent and the Eagle. This is the Arabs and Jews in their ancient conflict. So much karma, and they won’t let go of the past.

They took advantage of the divisiveness as usual to wrap humanity in a time warp full of religious lies, control of the body and the degradation of women. Karma.

The Sermon on the Mount by Christ was pretty epic. It’s in Matthew 5. It contains what J.C. taught about love. I can barely do it. My head blows up when people are cruel to innocent people or me. I don’t turn the other cheek, and I’m not at martyr level yet. I’m just being honest. I’m not sure I will ever be. Maybe that was J.C.’s mission since he is the Creator, and there have been so many mistakes made by universe actors. He felt the need to understand evil and suffering better since he allows it with free will.
Harry posted this, and my first thought was, “Then that person doesn’t love you.”
When you engage in real love, the blemishes and vices in yourself and the other person are just as important as the beauty and virtues because nobody is perfect. We’re all evolving and growing. But I think that is perfect. So imperfection is perfect if you’re authentic.
If you really love yourself and others, you love all of it. This is what men and women need to do with each other instead of complaining all the time. If you find yourself feeling that way, then you don’t love each other. That’s fine. Maybe someone else’s vices and virtues would suit you better. That’s what knowing synchronicity is for. Karma and dharma. Analog and antipode.
Perfectionism toward yourself and others kills love. I admit I can be guilty of this because error hurts people, and I am very affected by unnecessary suffering on this planet. It seems to me there is a mountain of it and there needs to be less. Still, I have to accept that some people are into suffering and making others suffer, but I don’t have to be around it.
Well, it’s not about me, is it. Everybody has to do themselves and hang out or don’t hang out.

The ancient Maya were arguably one of the greatest sky-watching societies. Accomplished mathematicians, they recorded systematic observations on the motion of the Sun, planets and stars.

In the Maya’s belief system, sunsets were associated with death and decay. Every evening the sun god, Kinich Ahau, made the perilous journey through Xibalba, the Maya underworld, to be born anew at sunrise. Solar eclipses were seen as a “broken sun”—a sign of possible cataclysmic destruction.
That’s sure a holdover memory that religionists ascribed as apocalyptic for yesterday’s event. It was not.

When Joseph presented Pilate’s order for the Master’s body to the centurion, the Jews raised a tumult and clamored for its possession. In their raving they sought violently to take possession of the body, and when they did this, the centurion ordered four of his soldiers to his side, and with drawn swords they stood astride the Master’s body as it lay there on the ground. The centurion ordered the other soldiers to leave the two thieves while they drove back this angry mob of infuriated Jews. When order had been restored, the centurion read the permit from Pilate to the Jews and, stepping aside, said to Joseph: “This body is yours to do with as you see fit. I and my soldiers will stand by to see that no man interferes.”
188:1.2 (2013.1) A crucified person could not be buried in a Jewish cemetery; there was a strict law against such a procedure. Joseph and Nicodemus knew this law, and on the way out to Golgotha they had decided to bury Jesus in Joseph’s new family tomb, hewn out of solid rock, located a short distance north of Golgotha and across the road leading to Samaria. No one had ever lain in this tomb, and they thought it appropriate that the Master should rest there. Joseph really believed that Jesus would rise from the dead, but Nicodemus was very doubtful. These former members of the Sanhedrin had kept their faith in Jesus more or less of a secret, although their fellow Sanhedrists had long suspected them, even before they withdrew from the council. From now on they were the most outspoken disciples of Jesus in all Jerusalem.
188:1.3 (2013.2) At about half past four o’clock the burial procession of Jesus of Nazareth started from Golgotha for Joseph’s tomb across the way. The body was wrapped in a linen sheet as the four men carried it, followed by the faithful women watchers from Galilee. The mortals who bore the material body of Jesus to the tomb were: Joseph, Nicodemus, John, and the Roman centurion.
188:1.4 (2013.3) They carried the body into the tomb, a chamber about ten feet square, where they hurriedly prepared it for burial. The Jews did not really bury their dead; they actually embalmed them. Joseph and Nicodemus had brought with them large quantities of myrrh and aloes, and they now wrapped the body with bandages saturated with these solutions. When the embalming was completed, they tied a napkin about the face, wrapped the body in a linen sheet, and reverently placed it on a shelf in the tomb.
188:1.5 (2013.4) After placing the body in the tomb, the centurion signaled for his soldiers to help roll the doorstone up before the entrance to the tomb. The soldiers then departed for Gehenna with the bodies of the thieves while the others returned to Jerusalem, in sorrow, to observe the Passover feast according to the laws of Moses.
188:1.6 (2013.5) There was considerable hurry and haste about the burial of Jesus because this was preparation day and the Sabbath was drawing on apace. The men hurried back to the city, but the women lingered near the tomb until it was very dark.
188:1.7 (2013.6) While all this was going on, the women were hiding near at hand so that they saw it all and observed where the Master had been laid. They thus secreted themselves because it was not permissible for women to associate with men at such a time. These women did not think Jesus had been properly prepared for burial, and they agreed among themselves to go back to the home of Joseph, rest over the Sabbath, make ready spices and ointments, and return on Sunday morning properly to prepare the Master’s body for the death rest. The women who thus tarried by the tomb on this Friday evening were: Mary Magdalene, Mary the wife of Clopas, Martha another sister of Jesus’ mother, and Rebecca of Sepphoris.
188:1.8 (2013.7) Aside from David Zebedee and Joseph of Arimathea, very few of Jesus’ disciples really believed or understood that he was due to arise from the tomb on the third day.

I looked at the reading for yesterday around midnight, and they had risen markedly from my previous reading. So this is a new graph.
Look at the green gamma hz in the amplitudes yesterday. It is very indicative of the cosmic layer coming forward on a tone 13 day.. I’ve never seen that in four months.
Now, today, the amplitudes have tanked as low as can be in delta hz. The rest is normal.
The qfactors always look odd now.
The lunar eclipse already occurred at 3am when the full moon in Aries opposed our Moon in Libra. It woke me straight awake, and I posted this.
We are on a full moon and a lunar eclipse, the end of a 13-day cycle, and 4-day harmonic. This is a day of CULMINATION.
The next harmonic will end the 20-day cycle with 4Sun
Synchronicity is far beyond clockwork. It’s cosmic and multidimensional.
Guided by Yellow 13 Sun from dawn to noon, the amplitude took its cue from the sun on a Lunar Eclipse cosmic tone 13 AT NOON Russia time as it turned to White 13 Worldbridger. We see the movement of the kin in the magnetosphere along with the tone.
Yellow 13 Sun, our Guide Power is kin 260, the end of the 260-day cycle, far bottom right corner.
Two issues: the danger of total darkness during the day all of a sudden while driving, and the danger of looking straight at the sun without special glasses. It can cause permanent eye damage. It’s probably also just convenient because families may be taking the day off to travel and make a vacation of it.
I will add that the meteorologists are calling for storms in the viewing locations.
It will be seen exclusively in N. America from Mexico up to Canada.

But the eclipse will only hit the portals in bold. These are both located on the future side of the body and the earth, so we are looking at an upcoming transformative future with attributes of both tribes. They are
Blue 13 Monkey is the Hidden Wisdom for the day of the eclipse, White 1 Dog. This is a very positive force for good.
The West is definitely about to be transformed. Remember that we are not on a TIMELINE as time is not linear but spiral like our DNA double helix. We live in TIMESPIRALS that are the past, present, and future, and our minds go back and forth creatively between all three.
But the only transformative mental focus that has power is the present. What you need to release from the past, do it in the present. Do it now. Whatever you want to create for the future, do it in the present. Get to work now. Our work is now, at least part of it. What you don’t want, let go. What you do want, get working.
The universe doesn’t care how hard it is. They are always at hand and have your back in this illusion. There are no limits except the ones you put on yourself. There are no guaranteed outcomes, just process and experience for learning.

The NOAA post said that on March 4th, they saw a substantial reversal. That was exactly 3 days after HF33 ended with the alpha and omega points, leap day, and TWO Blue 1 Monkey kin which I said was epic and closed the back time door to HF33 so it could no longer be tampered with. Now, I realize it changed the direction of the binary triplet configuration. Omg, I have no idea how that wire was tripped or what it will do.
The movement in all of the time portals has definitely changed folks.

THE POLAR VORTEX IS SPINNING BACKWARDS: Earlier this month, atmospheric scientists noticed something unusual in the Arctic stratosphere. The polar vortex was spinning backward.
“The vortex changed direction around March 4th,” reports Dr. Amy Butler, author of NOAA’s Polar Vortex Blog. “It was a substantial reversal, reaching -20.5 m/s a few days ago, which puts it in the top 6 strongest such events since 1979.”
Two weeks later, it is still spinning backwards. What’s going on?
“Atmospheric planetary waves have been breaking in the polar stratosphere, increasing its temperature,” says Butler. “We call this a ‘Sudden Stratospheric Warming‘ event, and it can cause the vortex to change direction.'”
In recent years, many people have heard the phrase “polar vortex” because of the effect it can have on winter weather. When the polar vortex is strong and stable, it helps confine cold air to polar regions. When the vortex weakens or becomes disturbed, cold air spills out to lower latitudes.
This month’s backward vortex has *not* caused an outbreak of winter weather. Instead, it has produced a very strong increase in polar ozone.
The red curve shows how polar ozone has skyrocketed in March 2024.
“Sudden Stratospheric Warming events accelerate the transport of ozone from the tropics to the poles,” explains Butler. “Also, warming air helps prevent chemical ozone loss.”
The current ‘ozone spike’ — the opposite of an ozone hole — is the biggest in the month of March since record-keeping began in 1979.
Soon, things could return to normal. The vortex’s backward-spin is slowing, and “could become westerly again in about 10 days,” says Butler. If so, the ozone spike will subside.
