Pichai Sundararajan (born June 10, 1972), better known as Sundar Pichai, is an Indian-born American business executive. He is the chief executive officer of Alphabet Inc. and its subsidiary Google.
Pichai began his career as a materials engineer. Following a short stint at the management consulting firm McKinsey & Co., Pichai joined Google in 2004, where he led the product management for Google’s client software products.
He was responsible for Google Chrome and ChromeOS. He also played a major role in developing Google Drive. In addition, he went on to oversee the development of other applications such as Gmail and Google Maps.
In 2010, Pichai announced the open-sourcing of the new video codec VP8 by Google. He introduced the new video format, WebM. The Chromebook was released in 2012. In 2013, Pichai added Android to the list of Google products that he oversaw.
Pichai was selected to become the next CEO of Google on August 10, 2015. He had previously been appointed chief product officer by then CEO Larry Page. On October 24, 2015, he stepped into the new position at the completion of the formation of Alphabet Inc., the new holding company for the Google company family. He was appointed to the Alphabet Board of Directors in 2017.

I got the most offensive, aggressive call last week about my google business listing that I’ve had for 25 years. They censored the NAME of my business, and they deleted my google business listing. The guy hung up on me, and now they’ve called me 3 days in a row. I have not called them back. It’s a blindside attack because once again, I’m an outlier. I cause no trouble to them. I’m just different from everyone else in this town listed on Google as bodyworkers.
Sundar Pichai is the CEO. I’m not sure Larry Page is still in charge. He just owns most of the shares with another guy, maybe. This situation is in flux.
Elon posted about Google last week before this happened, probably thinking about buying them out. I’ve asked him to try to take them over. Google needs to cease existing as they are now. They are illegal and unacceptable, like Facebook.

On December 4, 2019, along with his co-founder, Brin, they stepped down from all executive positions and day-to-day roles within the company. He remains an Alphabet Inc. board member, employee, and controlling shareholder.
Google messed with me big time, and business is still slow. I haven’t forgotten it. Karma.💥
Oh, and he’s a specist in favor of deficient human minds, in his view, will eventually be uploaded to a computer. He doesn’t think we need humans. He’s wrong. We don’t need him or Google.
