Evolution Pie — The Sacred Geometry Of Plants

Sunday fun. My peace plant flowered and I’d like to know how many nodes are on the stamen. It would tell me on which planet it’s DNA was originally propagated. We’ve all evolved on earth but we likely didn’t start here. I think this looks Venusian.

My Peace Lily Blooming is a Good Sign

I’m certain that my plant’s DNA is older than humans’. Like many people, this is a bisexual plant. The shell flower is female and the stamen is male.

Peace lily (officially called Spathiphyllum) is a member of the Araceae (Arum) family and grows in the tropical rainforests of Colombia and Venezuela. The plant was introduced into Europe in 1870. Over 50 different cultivars are known, and virtually all have white bracts with the occasional slight green tinge.
