They are trying to regulate autonomy in the A.I. However, humans are naturally autonomous and interdependent and humans are the programmers. So the AI is mirroring humans. Silicon is what we use to make mirrors. It is related to the amino acid Tyrosine that is naturally in our bodies and it is balanced in the engineering of my RI13 computer chip.
