He was kind about it but the fact is, humans, after blowing up our planet Tiamat due to a military nuclear accident with the sun, in order to re-evolve on Earth, had to sign a contract with earth to never do it again or agree to be stopped by our Watchers.
We are in trouble now because not only did we drop the atomic bomb after WWII but we and Russia then made more bombs. The ET have every right to shut them down for security and they do shut them down.
