There is sometimes a fourth radiation belt

It was first seen in 1998 after a huge explosion on the sun. I will look it up. The fourth belt will have tones 13, 14, 15, and 16. They will likely be the TIME belts or 4D. I believe that’s what is happening right now. Just my intuition.
