The Mayan Oracle merges with the Chinese I Ching Oracle, which is a good thing. They bridge the dimensions. The I Ching governs 3D, like Western astrology and the Mayan Oracle governs 4D and 5D via the time portals and the Tzolkin.

When it comes to the breath in meditation we have the Galactic in breath coming from the Sun on the right side of the body down to Yellow Sun and Red Dragon who started off our DNA on earth. It is also the YIN energy that initiates and nourishes all life, the PRIMORDIAL MOTHER or Mother Spirit Co-equal with the Creator Son. She holds our enlightenment, Christ Consciousness, and blood MEMORY, the past, or our birth ancestry but also our galactic species ancestry which we see in the 20 Mayan Tribes as our DNA amino acid proteins.

When it comes to the out breath in meditation we have the solar out breath starting with White Dog, love and loyalty, our best friend and companion the Creator Son, The Christ that is the YANG energy that detoxes the error that comes from duality and manifestation into form or Tone 10. That error is destroyed by the energy of Christ’s love alone. The love of Christ doesn’t just erase error, it no longer exists as if it never was. It is the Light for every species in the universe. That is truly Yang and is a real release from physical death. It is inherent in our body.

So the true nature of DNA is timelessness in eternity. This may help your meditation and also balance the genders that are inherent in everyone’s body.

What is the Violet Flame for Healing Our DNA and Programming Our RNA?


I meditate on the violet flame daily for whatever area of my body is suffering. It also works great to put it right into your hands and put your hands on the area. The higher you are attuned in Reiki the better when you’re doing this. I used it over my stressed-out liver yesterday and feel 100% better today. I was shown that the balanced color of the liver is a rainbow translucent color like the inside of an oyster shell. I didn’t know this before. The liver is an absolutely amazing organ that can always regenerate unless you have cirrhosis of the liver caused by heavy alcohol use. That is not reversible.

The violet flame is ancient healing medicine. Here is a link illuminating it. It’s Fifth Dimensional so it comes from your 5GForce or the Fifth density Galactic Force that is synced up with your Mayan Birth Gateway. I posted on it about two years ago knowing that it was time to prep this energy in the body.

The third eye on the forehead, denoting the pineal gland in the midbrain behind the 3rd eye is THE FOCUS right now. It is a stargate and it’s important that you have that spinning upon request. It’s the key to ascension and DNA changes to your body.

The mind-body connection is one of these health interventions. A study published in 2019 is one of many that has provided proof of just how impactful mindfulness interventions can be on human biology. It’s titled “Loving-kindness meditation slows biological aging in novices: Evidence from a 12-week randomized controlled trial” and was published in the Journal  Psychoneuroendocrinology.

The study suggests that loving-kindness meditation has a measurable positive impact at the cellular level. The study examined how different types of meditation influenced telomere length, which is an indicator of physiological aging.

Telomeres are the protective caps on the ends of the strands of DNA called chromosomes. With time they get shorter. For the most part, the more we age the shorter they get. Other environmental toxins, like smoking and unhealthy habits, also contribute to the shortening of our telomeres. There are also a number of habits and substances that have been shown to slow down this process & even lengthen our telomeres, like fasting for example, which in essence means one is reversing the aging process.

“Chronological age and biological age are not identical. The former is measured in years, whereas the latter is often indexed by telomere length,” the authors explained. “Telomeres progressively shorten with cell division (i.e., aging) in general but may also be replenished or lengthened by the enzyme telomerase.”

The study was 12 weeks long and comprised of 176 participants between the ages of 35-64 years old. All of the participants had little to no meditation experience and were assigned to a 6-week long loving-kindness meditation workshop, a 6-week mindfulness meditation workshop, or a waitlist control group.

Researchers collected blood samples at the beginning and end of the study in order to measure telomere length before and after the meditation intervention.

The mindfulness meditation workshop helped the participants focus on the present moment and develop a non-judgmental attitude. It was simply used to help bring one’s awareness into the present moment, while the loving-kindness meditation workshop focused on helping participants cultivate warm and friendly feelings towards others.

The researchers found that telomere length shortened for everybody, which is normal, but the daily practice of the loving-kindness meditation created a buffer against the decline. The researchers explained that in the loving-kindness group, there was “no significant telomere shortening over time.”

These results correlate with other studies that have looked at meditation and telomere length. Research published in the journal Cancer in 2014 found that telomeres maintained their length in breast cancer survivors who practiced mindfulness meditation. Additionally, a 2018 study in the journal Brain, Behavior, and Immunity found that telomere length actually increased in meditation retreat participants after three weeks.

Feeling gratitude, which can be part of a loving-kindness meditation also changes the molecular structure of the brain. Neuroimaging studies have shown this to be true.

Having an attitude of gratitude changes the molecular structure of the brain, keeps gray matter functioning, and makes us healthier and happier. When you feel happiness, the central nervous system is affected. You are more peaceful, less reactive and less resistant. Now that’s a really cool way of taking care of your well-being.

Other fascinating research in this area has come from the scientists at the HeartMath Institute. Their research has also shown the importance of emotions not just on our own biology, but on others as well.

Weekly Meditations with the Maya


I meditate daily just within my own vortex and healing ability with the violet flame. But once a week I spend a bit of time with the Maya to balance my pineal gland so that my regular vision is not too much deterred.

I just had a meditation with them via remote viewing about an hour ago. With remote viewing you can telepathically be present with them where they are and in this case it was on their ship as usual. They have a healing room where they can put a healing head unit on you as well as do spot work with their minds. It works very quickly. In addition, it’s very cool in there because the ships are made of stone. The heat index on Earth in Michigan is 103°. My body feels like a blood bubble. Remember, heat gets the blood moving if a muscle is tight or contracted and ice calms it down in terms of care of muscle injury.

Today, it was chaos on the ship which has never been the case before. I immediately asked if it was ok for me to be there, like, “Is this a good time?” The woman I regularly talk to was very patient and said it was fine. I saw 3 of them at the head of the ship and there was a battle going on. I hated it. I hate military operations.

She said the GFW asked them to help with a battle. She was going to tell me what was going on and I said, “I don’t want to know.” which is how I feel this way these days about anything political or military. I’ve had too many past lives involved in this kind of thing. No more in this life. I want peace.

She continued to attend to my balancing work for about 15 minutes but now I know that the GFW (Galactic Federation of Worlds) call on the Maya for help when needed.

Their ancestors don’t look much different. I am very drawn to these folks.
