At an international space conference, attendees took part in an exercise that imagined an asteroid crashing into Earth. (whatever you imagine is putting literal energy into the psi bank to be destructive. It’s creative visualization IN SHADOW)
With the object first spotted six months before impact, attendees concluded that there was insufficient time for a meaningful response.
There are an estimated 25,000 near-Earth objects potentially threatening our planet.

The asteroid 2021 PDC was first spotted on April 19, 2021 by the Pan-STARRS project at the University of Hawaii. By May 2, astronomers were 100% certain it was going to strike Earth somewhere in Europe or northern Africa. On October 20, 2021, the asteroid plowed into Europe, taking countless lives. (That’s a FUTURE date)

There was absolutely nothing anyone could do to deflect it from its deadly course. Experts could only warn a panicking population to get out of the way as soon as possible, if it was possible.

The above scenario is the result of a recently concluded NASA thought experiment.

The question the agency sought to answer was this: If we discovered a potentially deadly asteroid destined to hit Earth in six months, was there anything we could do to prevent a horrifying catastrophe? The disturbing answer is “no,” not with currently available technology.

While Europe can breathe easy for now, the simulation conducted by NASA/JPL’s Center for Near Earth Object Studies and presented at the 7th IAA Planetary Defense Conference is troubling. Space agencies spot “near-Earth objects” (NEOs) all the time. Many are larger than 140 meters in size, which means they’re potentially deadly.

“The level [at] which we’re finding the 140-meter and larger asteroids remains pretty stable, at about 500 a year. Our projection of the number of these objects out there is about 25,000, and we’ve only found a little over one-third of those so far, maybe 38% or so,” NASA’s Planetary Defense Office Lindley Johnson tells Space.com.

With our current technology, spotting an NEO comes down to whether we just happen to have a telescope pointing in its direction. To remove humanity’s blind spot, the Planetary Society — the same organization that deployed Earth’s first light sails — is developing the NEO Surveyor spacecraft, which they plan to deploy in 2025. According to the Planetary Society, it will be able to detect 90 percent of NEOs of 140 meters or larger, a vast improvement.

The NASA/JPL exercise made clear that six months is just not enough time with our current technology to prepare and launch a mission in time to nudge an NEO off its course. (Small course adjustments become significant over great distances, which is why “nudging” an asteroid is a potential strategy.)

What would such a mission look like? Hollywood aside — remember Armageddon?— we know of no good way to redirect an NEO headed our way. Experts believe that shooting laser beams at an incoming rock, exciting as it might look, is not a realistic possibility. Targeted nuclear blasts might work, but forget about landing Bruce Willis, Ben Affleck, and Liv Tyler on an asteroid to set off a course-altering bomb, especially just a month after its discovery (as was the case in the movie).

Another thing that might work is crashing a spacecraft into an NEO hard enough to shift its course. That’s the idea behind NASA’s Double Asteroid Redirection Test (DART). This mission will shoot a spacecraft at the (non-threatening) asteroid Dimorphos in the fall of 2022 in the hope of changing its trajectory.

The harrowing “tabletop exercise,” as NASA/JPL called it, took place across four days at the conference:

Day 1, “April 19” — The asteroid named “2021 PDC” is discovered 35 million miles away. Scientists calculate it has a 1-in-20 chance of striking Earth.
Day 2, “May 2” — Now certain that 2021 PDC will hit Earth, space mission designers attempt to dream up a response. They conclude that with less than six months to impact, there’s not enough time to realistically mount a mission to disrupt the NEO’s course.
Day 3, “June 30” — Images from the world’s four largest telescopes reveal the area in Europe that will be hit. Space-based infrared measurements narrow the object’s size to between 35 and 700 meters. This would pack a similar punch as a 1.2-megaton nuclear bomb.
Day 4, “October 14” — Six days before impact, the asteroid is just 6.3 million km from Earth. Finally, the Goldstone Solar System Radar has been able to assess the size of 2021 PDC. Scientists calculate the blast from the asteroid will be primarily confined to the border region between Germany, Czechia, Austria, Slovenia, and Croatia. Disaster response experts develop plans for addressing the human toll.

“Each time we participate in an exercise of this nature,” says Johnson, “we learn more about who the key players are in a disaster event, and who needs to know what information, and when.”

Practically speaking, little can be done to hurry technological development along other than budgeting more money toward that goal. Maybe we should have Bruce Willis on call, just in case.

Time Innovation: Multidimensional Understanding of How the Sun’s Changes are Affecting Earth and Our DNA Through the Tzolkin

Building Blocks of DNA Found in Meteorites from Space

Investigators have also found nucleobases, key ingredients of DNA, in meteorites before. However, it has been very difficult to prove that these molecules are not contamination from sources on Earth. [5 Bold Claims of Alien Life]

“People have been finding nucleobases in meteorites for about 50 years now, and have been trying to figure out if they are of biological origin or not,” study co-author Jim Cleaves, a chemist at the Carnegie Institution of Washington, told SPACE.com.

To help confirm if any nucleobases seen in meteorites were of extraterrestrial origin, scientists used the latest scientific analysis techniques on samples from a dozen meteorites — 11 organic-rich meteorites called carbon aceous chondrites and one ureilite, a very rare type of meteorite with a different chemical composition. This was the first time all but two of these meteorites had been analyzed for nucleobases.

The analytical techniques probed the mass and other features of the molecules to identify the presence of extraterrestrial nucleobases and see that they apparently did not come from the surrounding area.

Two of the carbonaceous chondrites contained a diverse array of nucleobases and structurally similar compounds known as nucleobase analogs. Intriguingly, three of these nucleobase analogs are very rare in Earth biology and were not found in soil and ice samples from the areas near where the meteorites were collected at the parts-per-billion limits of their detection techniques.

“Finding nucleobase compounds not typically found in Earth’s biochemistry strongly supports an extraterrestrial origin,” Cleaves said.

“At the start of this project, it looked like the nucleobases in these meteorites were terrestrial contamination — these results were a very big surprise for me,” study lead author Michael Callahan, an analytical chemist and astrobiologist at NASA Goddard Space Flight Center, told SPACE.com.

Lab experiments showed that chemical reactions of ammonia and cyanide, compounds that are common in space, could generate nucleobases and nucleobase analogs very similar to those found in the carbonaceous chondrites. However, the relative abundances of these molecules between the experiments and the meteorites differed, which might be due to further chemical and thermal influences from space.

These findings reveal that meteorites may have been molecular tool kits, providing the essential building blocks for life on Earth, Cleaves said. [7 Theories on the Origin of Life]

“All of this has implications for the origins of life on Earth and potentially elsewhere,” Callahan said. “Are these building blocks of life transferred to other places where they might be useful? Can alternative building blocks be used to build other things?”

In a different study, researchers discovered molecules that make up key parts of a vital biological pathway, the citric acid cycle, in a number of carbonaceous chondrites. The citric acid cycle is “thought by many experts to be among the most ancient of biological processes,” study co-author George Cooper, a chemist at NASA Ames Research Center, told SPACE.com. “One function of this cycle is respiration, when organisms give off carbon dioxide.”

“It is always exciting to find extraterrestrial and ancient 4.6 billion-year-old organic compounds that might have had a role in early life,” Cooper added.

Cleaves, Cooper and their colleagues detailed their findings in two studies online Aug. 8 in the Proceedings of the National Academy of Sciences.

What keeps space empty? (Which creates a vacuum)

Outer space is teaming with fields and particles, as depicted in this artistic rendering. Even a “perfect” vacuum would still hold vacuum energy, the Higgs field, and spacetime curvature. Space seems empty to humans because we can’t see most of the stuff there, and because there is much less air than we are used to.

Space is not empty. A point in outer space is filled with gas, dust, a wind of charged particles from the stars, light from stars, cosmic rays, radiation left over from the Big Bang, gravity, electric and magnetic fields, and neutrinos from nuclear reactions. As the book “Nothingness: The Science of Empty Space” by Dr. Henning Genz describes, space is also filled with two things we can’t directly detect: dark matter and dark energy. Even if all these things could be removed and blocked out from a certain region of space, there would still be three things we could never remove according to Dr. Genz: (1) vacuum energy, (2) the Higgs field, and (3) spacetime curvature.

Vacuum energy (also called vacuum fluctuations or zero-point energy) is a sea of particles and antiparticles flashing briefly into and out of existence. Vacuum energy has a very real effect because it weakens, or screens, electric fields. Vacuum fluctuations are not some exotic, untested, theoretical artifact. Rather, vacuum fluctuations are fundamental to many everyday phenomena. Lasers, like the one in your DVD machine, crucially depend on the existence of vacuum fluctuations. A laser beam is created when you set up a material properly so that you get a chain reaction of coherent light emissions. This chain reaction is started by vacuum fluctuations. Likewise, radioactive decay, such as experienced in the carbon-14 that archeologists use to date materials, is initiated by vacuum fluctuations. Vacuum energy can be measured through the Casimir effect: two uncharged metallic spheres are brought very close together and the vacuum energy causes them to be attracted. When their separation is small enough, the attraction due to vacuum energy dominates over gravitational and electromagnetic effects. Vacuum energy also accounts for the Lamb shift in hydrogen energy levels. Vacuum energy is an established principle of mainstream physics. (On the other hand, harnessing vacuum fluctuations as a free source of industrial energy is pseudo-science.)

Next, the Higgs field exists everywhere and is what gives many particles their mass. Due to the conservation of mass-energy, mass-energy cannot be created or destroyed in a closed system. As a result, when the Higgs field gives mass to a particle, it does so by taking energy out of the vacuum. The Higgs field made big news in 2012 when the first significant experimental verification of its existence was announced at the Large Hadron Collider in CERN.

Lastly, spacetime curvature is an innate property of space itself, according to Einstein’s General Theory of Relativity. Masses act on space by giving it curvature, and space acts back on masses by having them travel in its curved shape. The phenomenon of masses traveling in straight lines in a curved spacetime is known as gravity. The curved trajectory of a satellite in orbit is really a straight line in a curved space. A space devoid of masses still has a shape (it still has Einstein’s metric field). That shape can even be curved, even without any masses, according to the equations. There is no way to suck gravity or block gravity out of a region of space because gravity is just the shape of space itself. As a result, even the most empty of physical vacuums will always have a curvature field.

Perfectly “empty” space will always have vacuum energy, the Higgs field, and spacetime curvature. More typical vacuums, such as in outer space, also have gas, dust, wind, light, electric fields, magnetic fields, cosmic rays, neutrinos, dark matter, and dark energy. Despite all these things zipping around in outer space, space does seem empty to earth-bound humans who are used to a dense layer of air to swim around in. These concepts are summarized in the list below.

Doodling with the Theory of Relativity

Energy = mass x the speed of light squared The speed of light in a vacuum is 186,282 miles per second (299,792 kilometers per second), and in theory nothing can travel faster than light.

In miles per hour, light speed is, well, a lot: about 670,616,629 mph. If you could travel at the speed of light, you could go around the Earth 7.5 times in one second. It’s pretty simple to plug in numbers. Let’s do it backwards so we come up with the sum of E (energy) at the end.

150 pounds (mass) x 186,282mps (the speed of light)^2 = 6.11502737 × 1018 joules of energy (E) which is about 6.1 trillion joules of energy. We could just say 6.1 trillion photons or particles of light. I wonder if a gamma ray has 6.1 trillion photons?

The joule is a derived unit of energy in the International System of Units. It is equal to the energy transferred to an object when a force of one newton acts on that object in the direction of the force’s motion through a distance of one meter. So the energy of a 150 pound woman traveling at the speed of light around the earth is 6.1 trillion particles of light.

Now let’s plug it in. 6.1 trillion light particles = 150 pounds x 186,282mps ^2 E = m c 2

How are you going to get your bod to go at the speed of light? Go to the time portal on the planet that lines up with your DNA and time travel to your destination?

My hypothetical equation is E=mtd^2

Energy = 3DMass of your body (density x volume = mass) x speed of time (DNA)^2.

The word ENERGY could be replaced by the word GRAVITY. We are gravity. All stuff made of DNA which is everything, IS GRAVITY.

Time is the quantity of light particle motion. Is DNA the quantity of light particle motion? Or is DNA the outcome of a certain quantity and formation of light particle motion that ends up looking like us? Our quantity of Energy as light came out to 6.1 trillion mps.

I don’t know. I’m just goofing around. I really do think the Theory of Relativity applies directly to the movement of our DNA AS Time. Einstein’s theory of special relativity says that time slows down or speeds up depending on how fast you move relative to something else. The effects of gravity, as well as the satellites’ increased speed above the Earth relative to observers on the ground (who are made of DNA) made the unadjusted clocks gain 38 microseconds.

We need to think in a new way about the nature of Time and DNA and check it in the lab. I’m looking for someone to help me with that.

Astrophysicists: Gamma-Ray Jets Exceed The Speed Of Light. But can the Speed of Time Exceed a Gamma-Ray Jet?

It says in this article that the super-liminal gamma ray jets may be responsible for time-reversal. OR…is change of direction of TIME responsible for the existence of the super-liminal gamma ray jets?

NOTE: Superliminal means of or pertaining to, or involving, conscious awareness; above the threshold of the subconscious.

This article just came out today. This post ties directly the one I wrote RIGHT BEFORE IT. I was pondering the contents of that post a month ago, before this came out yesterday. The gist is, I thought that it was possible to go faster than the speed of light in a vacuum also.

I thought of this and wrote it two weeks ago.

If the dimensions are unified then the curvature of space could change the speed of light which would change the speed of time. Hypothetically the speed of time could go faster than the speed of light because the dimensions are unified, and the curvature of space-time allows for a shortcut, thus time travel.

Time dilation. Time is relative to the position of the DNA form.
A kin is a person and a day.
What we really are is pure Mind focused with intention not just a blob of DNA.

NOTE**Gamma-ray bursts are extremely energetic explosions that have been observed in distant galaxies. They are the brightest and most energetic electromagnetic events known to occur in the universe. Bursts can last from ten milliseconds to several hours.

Astrophysicists propose that gamma-ray bursts may exceed the speed of light.
The superluminal jets may also be responsible for time-reversibility.
The finding doesn’t go against Einstein’s theory because this effect happens in the jet medium not a vacuum.

According to Einstein’s theory of general relativity, nothing can travel faster than the speed of light in a vacuum. Yet in space many strange things happen, including a new proposal by two astrophysicists that blasts creating bursts of gamma rays may be able to speed up faster than light, going superluminal. Yet, this research by the astrophysicists Jon Hakkila of the College of Charleston and Robert Nemiroff of the Michigan Technological University is not going against Einstein’s theory. What the scientists found is that while these bursts surpass the speed of light in surrounding gas clouds, that only happens in the jet mediums, not in a vacuum. The astrophysicists also think that these superluminal jets can create the time-reversibility that can be observed in gamma-ray burst light curves.

Black-hole-powered galaxies called blazars are the most common sources detected by NASA’s Fermi Gamma-ray Space Telescope. Jon Hakkila likens what they found to skipping stones across the pond. If someone was to throw such a stone into the water towards you, the stone would go through the air in between hops faster than the waves that it causes are moving through the water. As it gets closer, you will see the waves that are produced by each skip in reverse order. The most recently created ones will get to you first and those from the early skips along the water would come last. “Standard gamma-ray burst models have neglected time-reversible light curve properties,” Hakkila explained. “Superluminal jet motion accounts for these properties while retaining a great many standard model features.”
