I went and hung out at Buddy Guy’s on Belmont in Chicago all the time when I lived there in the 90s. I didn’t live far from there in a brownstone in Roscoe Village. Not surprisingly, I worked for a Union and was a strike organizer as well as assistant to the President of the largest Social Security Local that represented our SSA workers nationwide.

The Tones in the GAP kin that are exactly diagonal from each other add up to 14. That makes them Hidden Wisdom or the subconscious mind from the mother seen on your destiny oracle at the bottom as the Occult partner. Your theme tone and the tone of your Occult partner always add to 14.

Going across to the right horizontally from the kin archetype are all the tones belonging to that kin. It’s beautiful and perfectly aligned when you see the patterns as I have for 30 years.
Once again, as I note in my book, Time is DNA, the hidden wisdom and DNA from our mother is key to aligning the telomeres on the ends of our chromosomes healing the electrical system of the body. The key to that system is perfecting our potassium and sodium levels daily at a base physical level to ensure we’re generating ELM energy for our heart and CNS.
What we will continue to work on with this blog is bringing the higher energies INTO the body via meditation and movement to change the DNA, reverse and stop aging, and align the telomeres. I get will get this information from my dreams and Spirit Helpers. This is Ascension 101. We do not need to age, suffer, and die. It should be fairly easy to prove whether this system is working with basic lab tests and by looking at you! As I feel better and get more fit myself I will likely include videos! My patients are commenting on how young I look so, I think it’s working. I can’t even conceive of getting old, frail, and dying. It’s not in my mental files and never has been.

• The Zulu – representatives of the Sphere Being Alliance Guardians of our own Galaxy – whose planet is now the headquarters for the local confederation of star systems – were recently contacted by their counterparts from the Andromeda Galaxy. This group was introduced through their own Galactic Guardians through our own. More on the Zulu in our next video update
• This new group called themselves the “Hue” or “Hew” and were 6.5 – 7.5 feet tall and had dark blue skin with dark black eyes and hair. They were dressed in tight-fitting silver garments that looked like they were Mummy wrapped onto their bodies and feet.
• The Hew shared eons of Andromeda’s history that mirrored very closely what has gone on within our own Galaxy and many others from our local Galactic Neighborhood.
• The Hew recounted how their own Galaxy has been fighting against their own AI prophets and groups like the Orion Group in ours. The Hew described how the outer rims of both Andromeda and the Milky Way have turned into the last remaining battlegrounds in these two Galaxies.
• The Andromeda Galaxy had its own version of the Super Federation to oversee Cosmic Law and Inner-Stellar Agreements while protecting the natural evolution of emerging civilizations. As in our own Galactic Super Federation – The Andromedin Super Federation succumbed to corruption and began to rationalize their way around Cosmic Laws as they were more and more influenced by their version of the Orion Group who were Trojan Horse AI Prophets.
• The Andromeda Super Federation was recently disbanded by their Galactic Guardians and a new system of Galactic Management is being introduced with the Guardians being in direct control.
• The Guardians are higher density – almost angelic – beings that work directly on behalf of the LOGOS or personality of their Galaxy. Each Galaxy is similar to a fractal of the One Infinite Creator and has its own frequency and purpose. Each Galactic LOGOS creates its own flow of time, consciousness, and experience. Similarly, each Star in a Galaxy is its own LOGOS that acts like a replicator – Energy from the Cosmic Web feeds each Star through its center and then feeds out through the star and manifests as matter that is ejected and then begins to organize creating everything we experience in this physical reality. • The Hew shared that the Andromeda Galaxy had not only been dealing with their own AI Prophet Groups but had also had several encounters with the bad guys from our Galaxy who have been collaborating with one another. They had run into several Orion Group, Reptilian, and Dark Fleet assets within their outer rim while battling their own bad guys.
• The Hew named their bad guys “the Andromeda Syndicate” which was made up of dozens of ET groups that have been compromised by the AI god and its technology. The Hew reported that the Andromeda Syndicate had been largely defeated and had withdrawn to a hand full of star systems that they considered strongholds within the outer rims of their and our Galaxies.
• The most cunning and ruthless member of the Andromeda Syndicate – A group of beings we call the Rogue Federation – has been infiltrating the star systems within our Galaxy for thousands of years under the guise of creating trade partnerships and supporting emerging civilizations with new technologies and religious beliefs to aid in their quality of life and advancement as a species.
• These Rogue Federations had become AI Prophets long ago – adopted nanites into their bodies and surrendered their organic existence for one of servitude of their AI god. Their organic bodies were slowly replaced by inorganic matter that mimics the body functions of their once organic body. They appear and feel fully natural to the touch but are no longer flesh and blood beings like we are.
• The Rogue Federation members can change their appearance but within our own Galaxy most often appear as very attractive tall Caucasians between the ages of 28 and 48 years old. This group has earned a reputation as the most cunning, deceitful, and dangerous member of the Andromeda Syndicate. They had misled countless star systems within their own Galaxy and our own and were able to contribute to the corruption of the Super Federations of both Galaxies – a system that had operated flawlessly as far back in time as even the Guardians can remember.
• This Rogue Federation group has been isolated to a couple of dozen star systems along with their allies from two Galaxies. In our own local stellar neighborhood of 52 star systems – the Orion Group, Reptilians, Insectoids, and Mantids along with the Dark Fleet and numerous other AI Prophet Groups are trapped in two star systems that they consider strongholds. Aldebaran and our own Solar System are where these groups are planning to take their last stands. They have amassed large armadas in these two star systems in anticipation of the big battle to come and to somehow avoid the Cosmic Trials that are already beginning throughout our Galactic Cluster.
• In our Galaxy – The Orion Group, Reptilians, Insectoids/Mantids, and their allies have been rooted out of star-system by star-system. These ET groups have tricked emerging civilizations on countless planets into creating religions that enslave their co-creative consciousness as these religions program them to look to the sky for gods to worship or to save them. These civilizations are tricked into using their co-creative abilities into creating versions of Hell that become alternate dimensions where souls are trapped and where demons and devils are conjured from the shadow side of their mass consciousness.
• As each star system is liberated and goes through its own version of a solar flash – a natural cosmic cycle – the negative groups find themselves cast into the Hell they helped create until the cosmic level trials begin. Towards the center of both Galaxies, the more evolved civilizations have been capturing the negative groups for eons and placing them in pocket dimensions that they have created to imprison them until the cosmic trials.
• I will discuss the ET Group from our local stellar neighborhood that we call the ZULU. We will learn some of their over 2-billion-year history and how they evolved through solar eruptions in their solar system that drove them deep into their planet where they have thrived ever since. Their star shifted into a higher density and changed the energetics of their entire solar system. Their planet ended up being unique in our Galaxy and its internal crystalline structure ended up extending their life spans and giving them ascended abilities.

I am working on the first 2 videos in the series of SSP Updates and releasing them over the next number of weeks. I will first set the stage by giving more information on the various ET Groups I have discussed in previous updates.
I will give never-before-released details in addition to other intel I have delivered about these races. I will lay out the history of the Galactic Federations of various names – who are in fact the same group evicted from the Andromeda Galaxy thousands of years ago.
This group was a major threat to the Andromeda Galaxy and took part in attempting to entice their trade partners in that Galaxy to accept new technologies that required chip implants into their brains that then gave the AI god control of their thoughts and behaviors. The SSP Alliance was approached through the Zulu – Human-like ETs from a star system within the 52 stars in our local stellar neighborhood. The Zulu informed us that representatives of the Andromeda Galaxy – Our closest Galactic Neighbor – Had been offering quite a lot of Intel from their Galaxy and how it connects to activities by negative ETs within our own Galaxy.
This group from Andromeda was 6.5 to 7.5 feet tall and had dark blue skin, black hair, and eyes. This group called itself the ‘Hue’ or ‘Hew’. They are the representatives of the Galactic body that has formed since their own Super Federation had been disbanded – for similar reasons as the Super Federation in our own Galaxy – for collusion with the AI god and failure to enforce cosmic laws and interstellar agreements.
We were given the details of how these Galactic Federations were pushed out of Andromeda and into neighboring Galaxies and Dwarf Galaxies surrounding Andromeda and the Milky Way. Some of these Dwarf Galaxies are remnants of ancient galaxies that had their own advanced cultures that had disappeared eons ago. These Dwarf Galaxies in some cases are the nucleus of ancient Galaxies that had their centers stripped away by or in collision with other Galaxies leaving the fossil of the center of that Galaxy.
These “Fossile Galaxy Inhabitants” went through the ascension process to points where they advanced through the densities until they merged with the central mass consciousness of their ancient Galaxy. The super consciousness of some of these Dwarf Galaxies have been orbiting our much younger Galaxies and are taking part in the cosmic trials being conduits for the flow of the “energy of creation” – which will be carrying out judgment against the negative ET – AI Prophet – Groups and the fractile of the AI god that exists within each affected Galaxy.
As I have shared in the past – The Sphere Beings (Blue/Indigo Orbs) are the creative energy of these local Universes. The energy that pulsates through the Cosmic Web – A “Neuron of the One Infinite Creator” – is the same energy that the Sphere Beings are manifest.

This is where the rubber meets the road and there is no esoteric guessing. This is a fact in the body. I work with anatomical facts as much as I do with intuition. This issue will affect whether or not you can align your telomeres and evolve your RNA to improve your body.
Potassium and Sodium are electrolyte minerals vitally important to the body. An electrolyte is just as it sounds, electrical. They are minerals that conduct our naturally occurring electricity in the body. If you weren’t busy powering yourself internally you could light up a lightbulb. Truth. Instead, you power up your own heart with electromagnetic energy. You need electrolytes to do that or…else.
My intuition led me to investigate the role kidney and adrenal glands play in electrolyte processing. They sit atop the kidneys. My acupuncturist says I have adrenal fatigue from too much stress. That causes HPB and possibly kidney damage.
The adrenal cortex is an important factor in the control of electrolyte and water balance and in blood pressure homeostasis. Not surprisingly, therefore, hyper- and hyposecretion of one or more of its products has extensive repercussions.
We all need 4700mg of potassium and 1800 mg of sodium daily. Don’t wait for your doctor to tell you this as likely they do not know. They aren’t trained in nutrition sadly. Ideally, you get them in your food and not just as a supplement as they are in their whole natural form in food.
Fast food and canned food are not food. I’m referring to fresh whole foods which are the only way to get all of your nutrients; proteins, complex carbs, and fats. If you’re interested in knowing exactly what nutrients you’re eating so you’re sitting in truth, I use the cronometer.com app. It is perfect and has a huge compendium of foods already in memory but you can create a new food if need be.
The purpose of my focus here is my intuition is telling me our electrolytes in the body, which send ELM energy to the heart, are also responsible for the health of our telomeres. If you are low on either or both potassium or sodium your telomeres will deteriorate and age you, not dissimilar to car coils I suppose. It’s a vulgar analogy.
If you only eat whole foods it’s very likely your sodium will tank. Then add a tsp. of soy sauce to your stirfry. The only way you’ll know is if you track the nutrient-dense food you’re eating. It’s crazy. You will notice that you are getting all of your vitamins in spades but take a look at your sodium. It will be very low if you don’t salt your food or eat snacks or fast food. Too many people say not to eat salt. The fact is, our bodies thrive on salt AND sugar. Your carbs should not be too low either. For instance, if you eat ONLY healthy complex carbs you will barely get enough calories in…seriously. That includes fruit. I had to add granola which has some sugar in it to keep my calories up because I’m losing weight too quickly. That is definitely a thing. Your body thinks it’s dying and your energy drops. Not good.
Track your potassium and sodium as you do the telomeres meditation to reverse aging. They are producing the electricity you need in your body to keep your heart happy and QI moving. A banana is only 400 mg out of the 4700 you need!!. Urban myth on that one.

You can free yourself from a negative event or trauma without interacting or needing anything from that person. Forgiveness is 100% in your hands, for you, not them. All it does is cut the cord with that person. We call it bless and release. If you hate their guts or hold revenge in your heart you are hurting yourself by tying yourself into THEIR karma and making it part of yours. Your choice. People do it all the time. In no way does your forgiveness of someone let them off of their karmic hook. That is the universe’s business and they can’t escape it. Neither can any of us! Don’t ever think that begging someone’s forgiveness let’s you worm out of your destiny. Always keep your own ongoing relationship with Source for the growth of your soul. The telomeres are at the end of your chromosomes on all of your cells, like the end of a shoelace with plastic wrapped around it but in our case it would be like a type of electrical coil and they’re stimulated by the spinal column but there’s also crystalline energy there that I see.
While I’m doing this meditation I’m seeing the GAP kin being the location for a large portion of the telomeres. The ends of the chromosomes need to be stimulated to impact the central nervous system at the axis of the Eternal Present in a positive way. As you know the GAP kin refer to specific parts of the body for their evolution.
Any kin, events or people who you’ve dialed up in theTzolkin, who have impacted you negatively, have affected that part of your body and aged you. You let them for a soul lesson. You can reverse it by letting it go, forgiving and learning from it. That is what Tone 11 is about and why this is coming to me today.

This Destiny Kin is spinning art, beauty, elegance, athletic muscles, human free will, and a desire to expand through exploration. The solar tone gives strong intention but does not always follow through if there is fear (Sun in Pisces). She had an Aries N. Node so she did manifest her intentions for the most part in an aggressive way, more than her husband which is saying something.

Sun in 1° 1’Pisces-Ruled by Neptune. It’s her antipode challenge in 5D. White 9 Mirror is ruled by Neptune whose analog is Red 9 Dragon. It’s Draco energy.
Moon in 0° 36’Sagittarius is ruled by Jupiter. Jupiter mediates Yellow 9 Seed, her Guide Power whose analog is Blue 9 Eagle. Jupiter is home to the time thieves. This gives a career focus that is very ambitious and expansive.
Mercury in 5° 53’Aquarius is ruled by Uranus. This gives a very independent spirit and an ability to communicate with people from all walks in life.
Venus in 17° 0’Aquarius is also ruled by Uranus. A Venus in Aquarius woman cannot be managed in a love relationship. If Donald tried to subdue her through force he has big karma for that. She was ruled by Venus in her theme and support so she was extremely expansive and open about art, and beauty and expanded her empire in novel ways.
Mars in 6° 30’Pisces-These two seem to contradict but here we have her Hidden Wisdom. Mars mediates Red 5 Radiant Skywalker. Skywalker kin isn’t usually radiant. We make a mess. She did not and it was her secret power. The fact that it was in Pisces meant she could assert her vision but change her mind as long as did it neatly. Because her Sun was in Pisces, she could totally get away with it. This is mischievous.
Jupiter in 21° 31’Capricorn alludes to her Yellow 9 Seed Guide Power. This is her business acumen which can also be ruthless.
Saturn in 2° 56’Virgo (r). This is ruthless in detail and I’m sure she helped Donald find dirt on people.
Uranus in 26° 35’Gemini(r)-President Trump is a Gemini so her Aquarian acumen really helped him FOCUS which I believe he has an issue with. Many Gemini do. They both had sun placements going in opposite directions; Pisces the two fish and Gemini the two faces so there was definitely duplicity about the two of them together; quite dangerous if you ruffle their feathers. But they understood each other.
Neptune in 14° 51’Libra(r) Libra is ruled by Venus but we saw Neptune in her White Mirror Antipode. It looks like her reflection and rumination were always on beauty and hosting. Having parties.

North Node in 28° 47’Aries(r)This is her Hidden Wisdom or subconscious programming ruled by Red 5 Skywalker. Big synchronicity since they are both mediated by Mars. The N. Node is your destiny. She was destined to be a leader, considered a great woman.
Chiron in 8° 21’Sagittarius-Chiron is the wounded healer. Her gregarious, adventurous spirit eventually got squelched by her fear of Covid. Last two years she didn’t go anywhere.
Ascendant in 24° 51’Scorpio-She appeared powerful and sexual. That’s Scorpio. Plus Yellow Star and Blue Monkey pulse below the navel down to the knees.
Did she ever embody her destiny oracle! She was as glitz and glamour as possible. But don’t judge people because they are different than you. She had a destiny to fulfill as we all do, that is different from others. Love and accept people AS THEY ARE. Life on this planet is difficult when it comes to being understood. I highly doubt there is another human being on the planet that eclipsed him. Strong, accomplished woman shining bright. Good for her.
And I must say it’s a bit of an omen that she fell on her steps at home and died yesterday. That’s exactly what happened during Yellow Star in the Dreamspell when the Time Thieves took over Earth. It was kin 208, Yellow 13 Cosmic Star. It was THE TIME ERUPTION and an omega ending point in the Tzolkin, HF52. My laptop motherboard fried that day. Yellow 1 human was the GForce. Yellow 5 Human was Ivana’s GForce. Radiant Humans, basking in Free Will, at least we’re supposed to.
Today is White 6 Rhythmic Mirror, her antipode but a different tone. The birth and death gateway is definitely functioning in the Matrix and the family group. I’m guessing yesterday, Red 5 Radiant Earth pulses off of someone in the family or her mate that was very significant emotionally to her.
I didn’t know they needed us as helpers though.
